I ordered the Veggie Build Your Own Cravings Box because I don't eat beef. I'm not a vegetarian, my body doesn't have the proper "ingredients" to digest beef products properly. So when I ordered a black bean chalupa supreme I expect exactly that. Instead, I received a seasoned BEEF chalupa supreme!!!! As you can see that is not what I ordered! The smell was horrendous which made the entire meal inedible!! The restaurant should consider themselves lucky that none of this was consumed. This location is difficult to get to, what with all the one-ways and circuitous roads and the gargantuan Route 68 bisecting this otherwise very quiet and quaint town. This is a newly remodeled location (reopened within the last few months), so everything inside is super clean, tidy, and organized. With no one in line, the cashier was friendly and upbeat and took my order without delay. There were only a handful of seated customers. My food order was accurate and delivered quickly. As far as Taco Bells go, my experience was just fine. I'd stop in here again. It's also a bit tricky to exit; you don't exit from where you pull in (it's not really clear...) you have to go around the drive-thru, which doesn't look wide enough for a car. I figured it out lol. I have been using Doordash for delivery here and mostly it has worked out ok. Tonight the order did not have the included soda, the dasher said he can't do anything, no one will answer the phone at the store. The total indifference is mindboggling given the premium one pays to use Doordash. It's a combo meal - everyone gets a drink with a combo meal. Do they not teach this at Taco Bell school? Worst Taco Bell in the world. Constantly slow. Constantly messing up. I would say 3 out of 4 visits I do not receive an item I ordered. The food is sub par in taste and quality. The facilities aren't the cleanest. The location is kind of a bummer. It's tight and dangerous, especially during busy times. Really has gone downhill in the last 10-15 years since I was a teenager and would constantly eat at this Taco Bell. My biggest issue is: it's the only one in the area. I like Taco Bells. This one was slightly below average. Had to wait a while for our food. The seven layer burritos came out with the tortillas a bit crunchy on one side and without being as warm and creamy as I'm used to. Still, reasonable food quickly during part of a road trip. read more

I rarely eat Taco Bell, but whenever I am working in Cumberland, there isn't much to choose from, so I indulge myself with a chicken grilled stuffed burrito. I have only been inside once and it was clean. No one was inside, which is usually the case. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I generally use the drive through, which runs fast, usually 1-2 cars are ahead of you. I have to disagree with Alan's review. Every time I have gotten my chicken grilled stuffed burrito, it has a good amount of chicken in it. It is nicely prepared and symmetrical, I have had burritos with guacamole on one side, sour cream on the other side and cheese in the middle, annoying, but not here. They also give a good amount of hot sauce, no need to keep begging for more. I am assuming Alan must have had a rogue employee making his burrito that day. If ur in the mood for a cheap quick burrito, this place will suit your needs. read more

I've been to this Restaurants Drive thru three times in the last two weeks late night and not because of the food, but because there's not much to choose from here in Cumberland. The thing is that at least they could be less rude when taking the order. They make it almost impossible to reach the food out of the container they hand it to you in. Now the food your lucky if any part of it is hot even if you eat it in their parking lot. Not one out of three times was I given napkins. It's a shame that the staff must dislike their job so much that it shows in the food and service. I guess it's time to find another late night drive thru. read more

I've given this place a try twice in the past week via drive-thru. There is almost always a pretty long line for the drive thru at this location, but apparently not for good reasons. Each time I went I would patiently wait in line till my turn to order. Both times I was greeted over the intercom and told that they would be with me in just a moment, no problems there they seemed busy. The food here is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what they provide! The place was so dirty I was about to call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT on them! The restaurant smelled like ROTTEN Bowel movement and body odor in some areas of it. The place looked and smelled FILTHY! They took almost 20 minutes to provide my order. My order arrived and when I ate it; parts of it WERE BURNT! It appears they weren't keeping their grill clean and I had consumed the contents of burnt stuff left over from other orders. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Nor would I go there again. For $14.00, I could have gone to one of the sit down restaurants and eaten better food. I used to stop at times and order seemed ok but yesterday my husband and I stopped and ordered 2 Mexican Pizzas Combos the single tacos seemed fine but the Mexican Pizza had the taste of shortening that had gone bad or was very old and it tasted like this, I had ate a good bit and the taste got to you when you got to the bare shell part so it was in the crust. my husbands was the same. it made us get both sick and we where in misery the rest of the evening ,Our dog that ate a part of the scrap got sick as well and vomited , I have tried to call them only to to hear a beep and a dead line, nobody on other end of phone. I would not want anyone else getting sick and do not want someone else to go through this.
