The restaurant is quiet with music playing in the background, but not so loud that you cannot talk. It was very clean with tables spaced well enough that you do not sit right next to someone else. The food, I was happy to see that they used Romaine instead of iceberg lettuce in the salad, the dressing is vinegar based with oil and herbs. It was a nice side. The shawarma sandwich has a very nice complexity of flavors and textures. The smell and flavor of the spices are warming. After placing the second order, we immediately got a call from the store saying, "We can't make your second order. You can't double the coupons because we don't make any money." My wife tried to ask for clarification, but the caller (the owner or manager) hung up on her. When we called back, he repeated that he cancelled the second order because they don't make any money. I told him that if the app allows this promotion, he needs to take it up with corporate, not punish customers for using it. He refused, saying, "You can pick up your first order, but we're not making the second one," and hung up a second time. This location is one of nine Subways in the Winchester area, but apparently the only one that decides who they will or won't serve. We never picked up our food, requested a refund, and placed a stop payment. In the end, all this store accomplished was losing a customer and earning a bad review -- along with two unclaimed subs that are getting refunded.
