I placed a pickup order on 10/08/25 at 8:20. I got to the store at 8:55, expecting it to be ready to pick up. As I park, an older blonde employee locked the doors. I went up to the door and flashed my phone to show her I had placed an order 30 minutes ago. She flat out ignored me and went to the back. I stand outside for 7 more minutes as I see THREE different employees passing by, look at me, and also ignore me. I went back to my car. I was trying to cancel my order and get a refund but it wouldn't let me since it said the store had already prepared the food. One of the employees was mopping right in front of the door, so I went back to try and talk again, and she finally opened the door and another employee came out and grabbed my order from the counter. Jersey Mike's as a whole has consistently failed to get even the simplest orders right, and it's beyond frustrating. I don't visit often, and when I do, it's usually because I'm with a group that chooses to eat here. On my own, Jersey Mike's will never be my first choice--and this is exactly why. I ordered a #7 Turkey and Provolone with NO CHEESE, extra meat, lettuce, and salt. Seems simple enough, right? Apparently not. There was cheese, no extra meat, and who knows if the salt was even there. This isn't the first time this has happened--nearly every location I've been to has messed up this BASIC request. To make matters worse, the mobile app doesn't even let you build your own sub, forcing you to modify an existing one and just hope the employees actually read it (spoiler: they don't). If reading and following an order is too difficult, maybe Jersey Mike's should rethink its hiring and training process. If you enjoy overpaying for a sandwich you have to fix yourself, then by all means, go for it. But personally, I'm done giving this place chances. read more

My husband and I grabbed a quick supper here tonight. The place wasn't busy at all. It was clean enough. Well lit. Decent decor. My problem was the demeanor of the staff. It wasn't the product they produced for us. It was the way they made us feel as customers. If I didn't know any better, I'd have thought it was put down day at the vet. No smiles or eye contact. Nothing that said they were the least bit interested in the people who make their pay check a reality. It was a very uncomfortable few minutes while going in for a bite to eat. This place is terrible if you order online. I've had jersey mikes before and this one is one of the worst. Constantly will put things wrong on my salads like adding mayo on the #13 when it doesn't even come with mayo. Came in to pick up two giant subs, a #6 and #13. I repeated my order 3 times. The White woman slicing the meat sliced my #6 and then her and a White man behind the counter both walked away. I had to ask another employee; the Black man to slice my #13. Then another White woman employee #2 did my toppings, didn't put my pepper relish on even though I had asked multiple times. So it's not like she didn't hear me, she just ignored it. She then walked away to serve a White man, next in line. I had to ask the same Black man for my pepper relish as he was slicing my sandwich since apparently he's the only one that can hear. I mention their races because the Black man was the only one that was professional with service and listening to my requests. He basically had to make, top and slice my sandwich by himself even though there were 3 other White employees. I can't help but to think this is racially motivated, being as I'm Asian woman and three White employees just ignored me or walked away instead of doing my sandwich. They were nice to the White men in front of me and behind me. Crazy how a 10 minute transaction can make you feel like trash. I used to frequent Subway a lot and though it was a good sub for the price but my last visit changed everything. I was told they ran out of sub rolls and only had the flat bread. Really!!!!! This place really needs to get their act together. I was just there for a pick-up order, I walked in to an empty restaurant besides the 10+ employees standing behind the counter laughing playing games... not making sandwiches. I waited for about 5 minutes after I was never greeted and watched them play Grabass until I told them I was waiting for my pickup order and asked if it was ready... they never even pulled the ticket or started making my sandwich. This is the 4th time I have had issues with a pickup order at this location. It's always the same thing, employees too busy playing with each other, they NEVER greet you or ask what you need. I've stood by the pickup order line before for 25 minutes until they finally asked and realized they had made my sub but forgot to put it out. Another time they lost my ticket and never made my sub. And my personal favorite... I placed a pickup order, showed up to actually eat at the restaurant. When mu sub wasn't ready they said it would be another 30 minutes due to an influx of pickup orders. I asked since I'm there, and plan on eating there, could they move my order up in line. They said no, they will not but feel free to cancel the order (which is not possible and receive a refund). So since there was no line, I asked if I ordered from the counter would they start making it right away and they said yes. So I ordered from the counter and got my sub made immediately. Sandwiches are made fresh and to someone's special requests. Last week; I had a late night in the office and arrived just as they were closing. How has no one reviewed them yet? I've been eating Jersey Mike's since college and they are by far the best of the chain sandwich shops. If you like Jimmy John's you'll love Jersey Mike's. Everything is always fresh and the bacon is real cooked crispy bacon not the limb half cooked strips you get at other sub places. They also have hot subs. One tip, I recommend getting your sub mikes way but keep in mind if you do, they will drown it in oil and vinegar. It's great if you're eating it right then but they get pretty soggy if you're saving some for later. You can also ask for the oil and vinegar in to go cups. read more

We have always liked Jersey Mike's subs. On our last order (steak and cheese subs) we found strips of plastic all through the sub filling. It was a clear plastic and looked like the (nearly invisible) plastic that surrounds luncheon meats and cheeses, so extra caution should have been exercised to avoid contamination of the food. Great subs and service today at the Winchester location. Cold cuts sliced fresh for the order, hot sandwiches contents cooked to order. Team friendly and attentive, place clean and tidy. Will def come back. Sorry it took so long to try this place. I am gluten free so the offering of Udi's gluten free rolls is epic for me.
