The staff turnover has become frequent. The cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking. The quality of orders being accurate is mediocre. This used to be a place we frequented and trusted to be exceptional. That is no longer the case and we find that we get home with a bag of food that does not match what we paid for. I went in there today. Ordered as usual. Went to the cold station told them corn and light tomatoes. They put a full scoop on. I told them no, light tomatoes. They then put another scoop. I told them again no I wanted light tomatoes. They then scooped the tomatoes and other ingredients from my bowl back to the cold tomato container. This is just gross. The lid on my guacamole is from something else. It has queso or sour cream on the inside of the lid and some on top of the guacamole. They covered everything in sour cream which I never ordered., I asked for it without. They put the wrong protein on the items. And they didn't include the chips with my order of chips and salsa. I should have known when we pulled up by the trash in the parking lot that this place, which we have enjoyed since it opened, had changed. Inside, the place was literally filthy. Trash on the floor, dirty windows and even the splash guards over the food were filthy. The food looked old and dried out. We were with friends and in a hurry , so we ordered anyway. The girl behind the counter was indifferent and not polite. The second girl, when I saw her put about a quarter scoop of Guac on my bowl, was irritated when I asked her for more. I stated that their $2.60 extra charge deserved more than she gave me. The guy in charge at the register admonished her for giving me more and said to her that would not happen again. Our tab was $29 for 2 drinks, a bowl and a burrito, when during the pandemic it was $21. The tables were filthy. I had about 2 bites but could not stop thinking about how dirty the kitchen must be. This is the only chipotle in town. So they could have pretty lousy service, but they don't. The place is average on cleanliness. I think this is due to being short staffed (like everywhere right now), so they focus on customers food order instead of tidying the drink station. I've observed it's the customers who make the drink station a mess and don't clean it up...which is a vent for a different day. The food is always fresh, the right temp (hot things hot, cold things cold) and the scoop size varies with each person like normal. I've noticed their rate of error is low, but they're pretty chill about fixing it if they got it wrong. Four stars because it's not above average (which id give three stars) but it's better than average. read more

I ask for extra meat and extra fajitas and extra lettuce and would really like a nice meal that I just paid $13 for and when I get home I find my bowl half full. I downloaded and installed the Chipotle app and gave it a shot for ordering my dinner tonight. It was surprisingly easy and meant that I didn't have to wait in a queue or hang around in the store any longer than immediately necessary. Awesome. Other than that, it was the same burrito bowl as usual with chicken, rice, black beans, three different salsas and then lettuce on top. Easy! Delicious! As I was ordering the burrito toppings, I answered that I would like cheese after he skipped by it and asked if I would like guacamole or lettuce. With a long line of customers, he proceeded to lecture me about the proper way he would like me to ask for toppings. I am driving home from storm restoration in Louisiana, I don't care to be lectured by the person preparing my burrito on a good day, but especially not when I've been working 16 hour days for the past three weeks, so I cut off his rant with, " please, I would like some cheese, and then guacamole." After waiting 20 minutes in line for 3 orders (all are vegetarian), I was told at the counter there were no beans of any sort, only after I placed my order. The reason I go to chipotle is because I can count on a healthy, filling meal with a lot of protein. As a vegetarian, it is nice to have a restaurant I can count on to provide all of that. I understand restaurants run out of ingredients, but a sign on the door could have saved me half an hour of my time, not wasted any employees time, and I could have chosen another lunch option that would have provided what I needed. Mobile ordered food to take it to someone on their break. Placed order for 10:50, we get there slightly early and tell the lady we were here. She proceeds to tell the two DoorDashers that she did not have any DoorDash orders come through yet. They leave, call DoorDash and we stand there. A full 10 minutes, goes by before she finally directs us to the line and tells us to order there because she has not received any mobile orders either. I had bought a few other items and was not prepared to pay twice. (most places hold that original money for 24-48 hours) The AI chat was not allowing me to cancel the original order. I'm getting pretty upset because this person is expecting their food at their break time. The nice lady is making our food, then the manager comes over and is telling me that cheese is extra. I frequent this place about three times a week and I've never had to pay extra until now. I told her to just take it out of my bowl and she walked away. The nice lady who was making our food bagged our food, then we stood there for a cashier. No one came to help check us out for a while. Eventually we checked out. We ended up leaving the store about 25 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. Another thing about this chipotle is that the workers are always standing behind the line on their phones. Which is another reason why I was so frustrated that we had to wait 10 minutes before she even told us that she didn't have our order while the employees were standing on their phones. They don't change their gloves or wash hands after handling phones. They take phone calls with their AirPods in, in plain sight. I have worked in food for four years, I am Servsafe certified, and let me just say that is extremely gross. This is definitely an eat-in or in-store order only restaurant, if you order from the app (or aren't there to watch the order) you get about half the amount of food you do when you order in person. Very common for them to either leave out items you order or give you very small portions. When you are there in person and can supervise your order then the food is as good as any Chipotle around you just need to keep them honest. read more

I've got to say I love Chipotle, but this location has been a nightmare for sometime. Cleanliness looks like something exploded. The drink area is disgusting. The older gentleman on the first prep area is so rude to customers and reminds customers of inflation and that his wages need to be paid when they ask for more of something. I've given this place several chances but I'm kinda done now. Placed a mobile order and was missing both sides of guac that I paid for. After the cashier refused to help, the people at the to-go food line informed me they were out (at 1:00 pm). I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't help me and to request one online. We are fairly frequent Chipotle customers, but I think I had just about enough. Tonight our online order was picked up by someone else for the second time. Ok fine that's not really Chipotle's fault. But it does mean that my husband then had to wait for our order to be made again. When he finally got home, our order was as totally messed up. It was like they had mixed and matched our bowls. I had his chicken and white rice with the toppings I ordered and he had my steak and brown rice with the toppings he ordered. Our guacamole was absolutely disgusting. This restaurant is in serious need of new management! Went there last night to get an order to go. They were out of the new steak that I was going to try. I saw guy in the back making huge bowl of white rice, was happy I was going to get fresh batch. When I started to order my bowl, I ask for white rice. Beware! Food quality was poor, and my online order was 25 minutes late. Why can't Chipotle get their act together?

So I went to order online and was told that they were out of 1/2 of their menu items. So I ordered white rice, double chicken and lettuce, and set the pickup time for 7pm. I arrived at 7pm and walked inside to find my order not ready. I figured it was busy so I waited a few more minutes outside, hoping to see my bag placed on the shelf. 30 minutes later, it arrived. By now I was already irritated so I grabbed my bag and drove home. Once I got home I opened my bowl to find NOTHING BUT COLD CHICKEN. No rice, no lettuce, just chicken. 10 dollars for some cold flavorless chicken???
