I got the wing dinner today. The chicken could have been fresher. The wings were more bones than meat. I did enjoy the pinto beans and Cajun rice. I expected a little more from a chicken place. The sweet tea is on point. The customer service is ok; but it is fast food so don't expect too much. The restaurant was clean from the outside. I did the drive thru. This is the best bojangles I've been to in the midlands. The service was quick and great. They were accurate with my order and I did not find anything disappointing whatsoever. I even watched the lady carefully select and pack each piece of chicken and biscuit into the bo box for my order, which is such an appreciated gesture to see in a drive thru. The woman in the drive thru window was nice and didn't give me any issues when I wanted to change my regular sized green beans to a family size. I want to make it clear most of my answers to the social distancing questions is "no" due to there is no inside dining. I know this due to one of the employees open the door to speak to a contractor and immediately closed it in my face without saying a word. I realized there was no inside dining when I tried to enter and the door was locked. Totally disappointing; you would think in these unprecedenting times with all the business loss due to covid the staff would be more welcoming to patrons who patronize their business. I understand most restaurants are not entertaining the inside dining idea and I agree, anything to assist with returning back to normalcy. However, please communicate this information to your customers. He could of simply informed us while he had the door open that it was only drive thru at this time. Frustrated tourist! read more

Bo berry biscuits were great and service was terrific they were very nice and food came out relatively quick

The staff was very helpful even though short staffed. All were friendly and professional. My wife and I tried several items. The 2 pc chicken with breast and wing was good. Chicken had a bit of spice to it but was not over powering. Cajun red beans also nicely spiced but not too much. If you like super spicy this is not for you. This was just good food with a little kick. The mashed potatoes were okay. I'm not a fan of white gravy at all, but this was okay. My wife had 4 pc tenders. Amazing. All whole breast meat no fillers, not fused, just good chicken. Bo-berry biscuits? I had to try them. They were a solid winner in my book! Berries throughout and good biscuit. My wife tried cinnamon biscuits. She liked them but I did not. I'm a cinnamon raisin fan. Sorry. And we tried a sweet potato pie. I enjoy Bojangles flavors; however, not on this visit. I ordered the chicken supremes combo with the seasoned fries and biscuit. The seasoned fries were lacking seasoning. The biscuit was dry on the outside, but was still edible. The Supremes were lacking seasoning as well. Disappointing experience but I will be back. read more

By the time I got to the pickup counter my biscuits were in the bag and another friendly smile wished me a good morning. On to the food.... My Cajun Chicken Biscuit was perfect. Fluffy biscuit and a moist piece of spicy chicken. My Bride had the steak biscuit which she said was OK. I tribute the lack luster response to a non morning woman up since 5am. As far as the food goes, nothing to complain about. 12 pieces of southern fried chicken, 12 chicken tenders with dipping sauces, biscuits, 3 sides, half a gallon of iced tea, plates, napkins and sporks. What a great value with enough food for 8 people with leftovers! My only complaint was the extraordinary amount of time it took to put my order together. But maybe it could have been the fact that the chicken was freshly made and cooked till done but still very moist. read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. We were staying at a hotel right behind it. Went in at 7:00 one night, no other customers were in there, nor in the drive thru. We walk in and they look at us and turn their backs to us. We wait at the register and they turn around again and look and turn back around, never acknowledging us. We left and will not go back. This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Whenever we go there they are always out of something. Like yesterday they had not biscuits or tenders. All because they turned of the oven before the place even closes. So I talk to management and they said they weren't supposed to turn of the oven before it closes. So I really love bojangles. We don't have them in Michigan so whenever I'm down south I always stop by. I always get the Bo fries because they are so good well seasoned and always hot and fresh. The sweet tea is really good chicken is tasty. I had the bo Bo biscuit as well as the pecan twist for the first time they both were very tasty and very sweet I only can take so much. We have been treated terribly more than a handful of times at this location. They stare at us and our children like they don't want us in there and do not wish to help us. They act like we are an inconvenience just being there. When we try to order they act like it is a huge problem and they just want us to leave. We will never go there again and will encourage everyone we know to as well. read more

How does a chicken place not have chicken on a slow Sunday afternoon? Why would they ring you up for something they do not have and then try to pass off something else? I am pretty sure you would notice that it si not what you oredered. How is it they would put a new employee on the cash register with no supervision? Why would you hire some one that has to deal with people that has no people skills and does not bother to listen when you tell them the same thing 4 times? Why would you have people standing around doing nothing when there was plenty of things that should have been done?? POOR MANAGEMENT. VERY DISAPPOINTED. TRIED TO LET SEVERAL THINGS SLIDE BUT THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I realize it is fast food and one cannot expect 5 star service but this was just plan unexceptable. Staff seems to know what they are doing. The place is not very clean, could be way better. They are taking a long time to serve food to the customers. Very dusty. Almost none of the tables are wiped down. For this to be a newer location, I am very unsatisfied. I have only been sitting here for 10 minutes observing and have already seen 4 people walk in and walk out. Staff is starting to talk more than they are working.
