This is the best Bojangles unit I've been to... and I'm from the Charlotte NC area where there's one on every corner. The morning crew especially runs a tight ship. I only like the fries if they're fresh. The dirty rice and pintos are good options. They are champs of game day takeout. Tip: get the WINGS. Whole wings, meaty and juicy. Ham biscuits are a cut above Hard@@s. Gravy actually has sausage in it. Only wish this unit was closer to me. read more

It's a Southern thing, my boyfriend says, as he is from Nashville & loves Bojangles, so we came here for breakfast, ordering the country ham biscuits & & sausage & egg biscuits. Also some sweet tea! Very good service & cheery ambiance for dining pleasures. read more

It was my first time trying bojangles and I couldn't pass it up while in Nashville Them chicken fingers are seasoned to perfection. The blueberry glazed biscuit was delicious and them big ass tator tots were tasty. The regular biscuits were pretty good too. I ordered delivery through them and they dropped off my food quickly. Bojangles did not disappoint and I wish they had one in California! read more

Chicken was old, hard and inedible. Biscuit was sorta warm and just okay. Blueberry biscuit was hard and cold. In town visiting so staying at hotel and very disappointed. First time EVER I have been unhappy with food at Bojangles. First and last time I'll visit this location. Old hickory blvd. Y'all should be ashamed. read more

We were in the mood to try the new Bojangles chicken sandwich as we are ever on the quest to sample each sandwich in the great "Chicken Sandwich Wars". I'd honestly never eaten at a Bojangles though I have tried their breakfast biscuits at a few events in the past. I saw this particular location had better than average ratings regarding cleanliness which is why we opted for it. And the reviews were correct. This was a spotless, clean, new restaurant with friendly staff and fast service. The chicken sandwich is good, too. Really great spice to it, crispy, and flavorful. On a warm bun and you can "club" it with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Fries are surprisingly good too, wedge style with good spice. All in all, Bojangles chicken sandwich slots on my list of the best chicken sandwiches below Popeye's (but still worth trying), perhaps equal to KFC and well, well above Chicfila. I have no idea why it took a fast food chicken restaurant this long to add a chicken biscuit to their breakfast menu (whereas sausage used to be the only option) and a chicken sandwich to their lunch menu (whereas fish used to be the only option). But I'm glad they did! read more

Not a big fast food person, but when you are wanting a quick breakfast biscuit, this place hits the spot. Their biscuits are consistently good at this place, and the staff here is always nice and get my order right, even when throw a curve ball. Mainly have had their breakfast here. I'm not a fan of their coffee, so in the past have taken my own, but their breakfast biscuits are good, sweet biscuits and potato rounds. On occasion have had their fried chicken and pretty tasty. read more

Bojangles - Chicken sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

The great thing about visiting family is their local recommendations! On our way to shopping, we made a quick stop at the nearby Bojangles for a snack of chicken tenders, fries and blueberry biscuits. I wasn't even hungry but ate the fries (seasoned well, hint of spice) and a delicious chicken tender. I was so full, I could only nibble on the biscuit which had blueberries and was drizzled with a sugar glaze. Best to eat while hot so we parked and ate in the car before heading out. read more

Bojangles - Sweet blueberry biscuits. Couldn't wait to try so excuse the bite marks. - Fast Food Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

The chicken strips are fantastic here and the signature dipping sauce is one of the best I have had. The drive thru experience is horrible- the speaker is muffled and does not have a screen to see your order. The staff is not aware of nationwide corporate promotions (very large ones) and gives a blank we don't know look when inquiring about them and then not honoring it for what was advertised. This is sadly one of the things that can destroy national chains ( franchise owners who want a brand recognition but don't want to live up to brand standards of marketing) read more

Never go to the one on Gallatin Rd Madison, horrible horrible service and they are always out of chicken, even if you place an order on-line and they give you 45 min for pickup, when you get there, they tell you they are out of stuff, "why didn't you let us know or call us before hand?" "Or make more?" and then was trying to get a refund was a chore in itself. read more

If I could give negative stars I would... placed an order on the app that deducted $ out of my acct... when I arrived to get my food, the manager on duty (a middle aged African American woman) told me my order "didn't go through... I even showed her my bank acct that read "BOJANGLES CHICKEN" with the debit...still her reply was "it didn't go thru ma'am and step away from the counter"...she refused to give me an adequate reason for this.... no food and it took 10 days for my$ to land back in my account...UNBELIEVABLE!! Extremely rude... I will never return and discourage anyone I know from frequenting that particular restaurant as and often. read more

Whatever you do don't go to the one on Donelson Pike. The workers are lazy and have no customer service skills at all.

The chicken sandwich hits the spot!! I recommend coming here. The service is super fast!

Hot and fresh biscuits and chicken at 10am on a Sunday. Still fast. The Cajun flavor of the chicken is awesome, it doesn't need a sauce. I'd like to try with sauce maybe next time. Sweet tea is awesome too - not syrupy! We already want to get back in line for another biscuit read more

Food is always Hot & Fresh! Taste is delicious! But the customer service at the Old Hickory Blvd. location is consistently terrible & collectively rude. Don't dare communicate that you'll need more sauce, you might be unknowingly charged with 0 communication. read more

I took my wife to a local eatery, Bojangles Chicken, up at Nippers Corner. When we last ate there six years ago, the place was dreary and the chicken was worse. We gave them another chance and how Bojangles has changed! First, the place has ditched the old, tired look and now shows warm, bright colors. I ordered the meal with a drumstick and two thighs. Would it be the hard, practically unseasoned chicken of before? No! The fry on each piece was well seasoned and had a kick to it. The meat was warm and tender, just as well-cooked fried chicken should be. My side was mac & cheese. It was first rate for a fast food place. One of their freshly baked, buttermilk biscuits came with my meal,It was so good , I could return just for a plate of biscuits and gravy. My health conscious wife was so disgusted after our earlier visit that she vowed never to return. Although she avoids fried foods, she admitted that this meal was a lot better than the food on her last visit. Now to rate this Bojangles. The chicken was moderately spicy, not Nashville Hot Chicken hot. It tasted just like home-cooked chicken. Yummy. My mac & cheese was better than that served at most fast food places, My biscuit was the best part of my meal.I'll be back for this chicken and I recommend this Bojangles to others. They get four stars. read more

Wish this restaurant was in the west coast!!! It definitely rivals Popeyes and KFC!!! Their food was great and I liked the spicy chicken. Their food layout kind of reminded me of a cafeteria because they have the hot side dishes in the front. They basically ask you what you want and the employee gets your order. I had to buy a bottle of their fries seasoning because it was GOOD! Will visit this restaurant if I got back to Tennessee. read more

Ordered 3 piece meal with biscuit only today. It was horrible. The chicken crust tasted burnt, like it was fried in old oil. The cheese biscuits are nasty with two much garlic. I would rather go to Red Lobster for their cheesy biscuits. This is the 3rd time to Bojangles with the exact same results. Won't go back. And we used to love Bojangles. read more

Ive been meaning to leave this review for a long time. This Bojangles is THE BEST in the entire Nashville and surrounding area. I live right down the road so it's an easy go-to spot for me when I'm looking for good chicken. When you go to this Nippers Corner location, you will never be disappointed. I've lived here about 2 years now and have been to the Bojangles probably close to 30 times. Day or night, there could be zero customers in the store or the drive thru, and this spot is always steaming hot fresh. All the workers are super nice and the speed they do it doesn't even seem possible. They absolutely deserve a raise for the work they do and the quality they're delivering this stuff. Can't wait to go here again and it's so nice to see a place that cares about the quality and a price that, in these days, blows damn near every other chain out of the water for what you're getting. A 5 piece is only 11$, go to canes and you'll have to take out a loan! Thank you Nippers Corner Bo's, I hope you get treated well as employees. read more

Where do I begin? This Bojangles is subpar for numerous reasons. I got a Supremes combo and the chicken was clearly old, kind of chewy and cold. The biscuit was similar. I went for dinner and felt like I was served food made at lunch. The next morning I was violently ill so yeah, don't think I will return to this location. Ever. Which is a shame cause I do love some Bojangles when I'm hung over! read more

Not too long ago, I ripped Gus's off of Old Hickory Blvd. up one end and down the other. I then suggested that, once the Bojangles opened, that would be a better choice. I was in the area, and it occurred to me that I had better check my assumptions if I was going to make such a statement, that I had better consider it worth eating at myself, to at least maintain some level of consistency. So I got a two piece dark snack with a biscuit. And it was all right. Don't get me wrong: significantly cheaper, more consistent, and less of a hassle than Gus's. But it was just all right for friend chicken. It was tender and juicy, and had some heat, but not much. But it was kind of bland otherwise. The biscuit was fine. Just OK. I have no hesitancy recommending Bojangle's over Gus's. Gus's is an embarrassment to Nashville (but it's a Memphis establishment, so that's not a surprise), and since Bojangles was decent, it's several steps above Gus's. If you like Hot Chicken, this is all right, and wont do you wrong if you're in the area. But there are other places in Nashville that are better. So don't feel like you have to make the trip. read more

The closest Bojangles to Franklin, this location is a winner. It's clean, slick, offers great service and those all so famous Bo-Berry Biscuits and chicken tenders. We couldn't have asked for a better experience here. Our food was hot when we got it, came out within minutes and even the fries tasted like they just came out of the frier. Great sweet tea and for the price there's a tremendous amount of value. read more

I've been wanting to try Bojangles for a while now and while in town, my boyfriend and I dropped by. I would say it's similar to Popeyes, they both have spicy and regular tenders. What I liked best was the diet Mountain Dew, which wasn't really part of the chicken experience but this is the first place I've been to that has it so I was super excited. Besides that, the chicken was okay, wasn't super hot, and the fries were also okay. I think I would've enjoyed it more if the meal was fresh and hot. read more

Not very friendly! The food is always old and dried out. Just go to another location.. super slow even though it's not busy. The ladies do more chattering amongst one another than being attentive to the customer. read more

Went on the 4th of July and found out they don't get holiday pay...boo! Cashier was very friendly and took our order quickly and efficiently. I love their biscuits so I typically order a bacon and cheese biscuit with seasoned fries and a sweet tea. I've gotten that from this location several times and it's always good! The seasoned fries are usually good here as is the sweet tea. I've been in this location a couple times and tonight has been the best customer service I've ever received at any bojangles! Whoever is doing the hiring now is doing a great job! read more

This place has the BEST spicy chicken tenders and tiny cheese biscuits!! Even their ranch dipping sauce is fabulous:)

I don't often feel moved to leave a review regarding a restaurant that is part of a chain but this location and their staff were so welcoming, considerate, efficient and professional I had to complement them and applaud their food and service. The manager definitely is part of the reason that I will be going back. read more

This Bojangles is surprisingly excellent! I'm not a big fan of fast food, but the food that I've gotten here has always been hot and delicious. There's always a couple minute wait at the drive thru (which I consider a good thing!) but the food comes out steaming and fresh. Everyone that works there is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure that you have a great experience. Whether you're eating inside, or going through the drive thru, I would definitely recommend it for fast, delicious food! read more

We decided to try the new Bojangles in Hermitage this morning and ordered 2 orange juices, a chicken biscuit combo with added cheese, and a bacon, egg, and cheese combo at 6:30 a.m. We received two frozen orange juice boxes, a chicken biscuit that was not fully cooked- without cheese, and our hash browns smelled and tasted like onion rings. Not pleased with our food quality or taste. read more

I went to the one in La Verge TN about a month ago they had no chicken it was about 7:00 Pm dinner time. You would think they would have chicken at dinner time. I had to wait bout 20 minutes. Once I got my chicken I had mostly chicken wings in a 20 piece box and when I got home I did not have my biscuits that were suppose to be in my bag. Today Jan 17 2019 I went to the same store at 7:20 pm I ordered a 20 piece box they only had 15 pieces of chicken. I ask to speak to the manager and told her of my last visit and ask why at dinner time she had no chicken. She was very rude to me and said the cars before me had taken all the chicken. I ask was it not her job to make sure she had chicken.(I had been a chicken store manager in the past) she slammed the drive thru window very hard in my face.I really like there chicken but they need to get managers that know how to manage. read more

Biscuit - Great Cajun Filet - Good Seasoned Fries - Good Sweet Tea - Very Sweet I have only had breakfast at Bojangles. The biscuit is a generously sized ensemble of flour, butter, and flaky goodness. It's a stellar biscuit with a buttery crust with soft and flaky innards. The Cajun Filet of chicken was supposedly spicy. I liked the flavor, but it didn't have a serious kick to the level of heat. Instead of potato rounds, I opted for Seasoned Fries that come dusted with some cajun seasoning. The natural cut fries were really good and the seasoning was great. The Sweet Tea was spot on for what Southerners expect for their favorite import. The tea was strong and the level of sweetness over the top. This remodeled location used to house the Schlotzky's Deli. You order at the cashier next to a large cafeteria style set up. It appears that during lunch and dinner service you can see the various chicken and sides offerings on the hot bar. I like the set up. The fact that Bo's is across the street from Gus' Fried Chicken could erupt a wonderful Fried Chicken War in the area. Now, if I could only get a Nashville Style Hot Chicken place to open in the area...we'd be in great shape! The drive-thru set up could be the worst set up in Nashville. The drive thru was not busy at 8am, but what little traffic it had almost eliminates the usability of the parking lot. I've already planned when I go to lunch at Bo's that I will park down near Las Palmas and walk to Bojangles to avoid the poor planned drive-thru. read more

We visited Bojangles for the first time on 11 June. We tried the chicken, the biscuits, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, dirty rice and pinto beans. The last item was the worst: a pasty, unappetizing mess with no flavor (I took two bites and gave up). The rice was glutinous and flavorless. The green beans were canned, of course; the potatoes were of the instant variety. The chicken was nothing special; the breading was crisp but also had little flavor. The whole experience was vastly inferior to Popeye's Chicken. Since they are located across the street from the best chicken in Nashville (Gus' Fried Chicken), I do not expect Bojangles to last long. read more

What's good? Fried chicken dinner dark meat, mac and cheese and the booberry biscuits plus sweet tea. Better thana nearby place imho
