Well had to try another Nashville location. Oh boy Saturday and nuts. It was packed inside and out. Once in the drive through line, I wished we had a way out of it. However for the amount of cars it moved quicker than we thought, service and friendliness of employees was great. Most importantly our burger was made as described, packed for where we were eating and for the amount of food being made, we didn't feel like it was just thrown together and put in a bag. I will say, this location across from outlets is convenient but still needs some time to possibly get the crowds down.

My 1st time going to in and out, and it's cool. Over hyped in my opinion, but I still enjoyed it. I'm glad I waited to come, because I was actually able to get in and out. We've all seen the lines, and I didn't have to go through that. Not pictured were animal style fries, and that was pretty enjoyable. I'll definitely return if I happen to be in the area.

I was beyond excited when it was announced that In-N-Out Burger was opening locations in Tennessee. I live in Indiana but drive to Florida fairly frequently, and this location is along my regular route between Indiana and Florida. I brought a friend with me who had never been to an In-N-Out Burger before. She was very happy with the food quality but truly amazed with the service. The service wasn't just friendly, it was incredibly friendly. Employees were smiling, greeting customers and thanking them. Some of the employees were walking around chatting with customers and checking to make sure everyone was happy with their food. One thing I appreciate about In-N-Out is the beautiful landscaping. Every location I have visited has been nicely landscaped with beautiful trees. The patio is enjoyable and today the weather was perfect for outdoor dining. Food was excellent as always. I'm used to getting In-N-Out only when I visit California, Colorado, Texas, and Utah. I'm so happy to have Tennessee locations.

We walked in and were greeted with a warm smile and in-n-out hats and stickers for my kids by Juniper. Juniper took our order and was friendly and kind the entire time. Our food was so yummy, we also got regular fries and cheese fries. We are on a roadtrip so we used the bathroom as well which was clean. It was super busy in the resturant people kept coming but the staff was great and handled everything in timely manner. I highly recommend. Also again shout out to Juniper for her great attitude and awesome customer service!

I grew up on In-N-Out and this location has some of the best fries I've ever had. The staff were exceptional as you'd expect from In-N-Out... but the wait was insane. There were less than 10 cars ahead of me and it took 30min to get through.

I was excited to stay in line for an hour to try In-N-Out for the first time. My expectations must have been set too high. I got the cheese burger animal style - it was fine, but not sit in line for an hour fine. The fries did not taste fresh, which was disappointing because there are so many people, how could they not be hot & fresh? The price is right, though. All my food was a little less than $10. There's plenty of space to park if you're going inside to eat. Like: strawberry milkshake; affordable prices; cheeseburger Dislike: fries

This location opened in December of 2025 & is all new. As with all In N Outs, the drive up line was long but it actually went quick! We stopped for chocolate milkshakes after shopping at the nearby outlet mall. The ambiance was busy but hopping. This location is very clean & inviting.

I tried to get in the drive through the first time and it was so confusing and I gave up. What a mess. I went back the next day and there were less people in line. I was rewarded with patience, great food, friendly service and in the end, I was a happy customer. Food 5 stars Service 5 stars Waiting 3 stars overall 5 stars

Overall: YAY for In-N-Out! I missed this a lot as a Cali native, and it REALLY hit the spot for me. I was so happy this came to TN. I got my usual burger with animal style fries and it did not disappoint. Service: Though it can be alarming to see a long line, we went inside and had about less than a 15-20 minute wait. Ambience: Good ol' cozy In-N-Out! Don't really have much to say about the design, beyond that it is nice and clean.

What's not to like at In-N-Out? The food is always piping hot and the service is always solid. I tried the Flying Dutchman for the first time. I thought it would have had more substantial slabs of onions to eat it like a burger. But it was a nice low carb option. I should have ordered Protein Style for the lettuce bun. But it was still delicious either way. Just had to eat it with a fork.

And In-N-Out in Nashville?! One that captures the original flavor and ambiance perfectly, while expanding the franchise to a broader population?? The staff were excellent and friendly, the burgers were exactly as expected, and the location was unexpectedly great.

Welcome to Tennessee, In-N-Out! Anyone who knows me knows my love for this burger chain knows no bounds. I am a massive fan of In-N-Out Burger, and was over the moon for their first Eastern locations to open here. After all the holiday madness, and the winter weather that followed, we finally made it out to the Antioch location! Even on a Thursday night in late January, they still had people directing traffic upon our arrival. While the drive-thru line stretched way across the parking lot, there was no line to dine-in! We placed our order at the counter, and then duked it out for a table inside. (Kidding, of course, but you do have to be quick to find a place to sit and eat indoors!) The dining room is bigger than at the AZ locations I'm used to, but that makes total sense all things considered. They had so many employees working during our visit ... I counted around eight people just in the dining room. We were gifted stickers and paper hats while we waited for our food, which made the wait all the more worth it! (It actually only took about 10 minutes for us to get our food, despite how busy it was inside!) Our burgers were delicious (as is always the case when it comes to In-N-Out). I am so stoked to have my favorite fast food burgers just down the highway! I can't wait for even more TN locations to open.

On my way home from South Florida and had to stop and get my In-N-Out fix here in Antioch, TN. We are thrilled to have In-N-Out migrating eastward and can't wait for a few stores in Northwest Missouri. Let's Go!

The orders were mismatched so we had to hand bags, fries, onion rings, and condiments around. McDonalds and Five Guys can get it right, so I suspect it has something to do with Whataburger's order management software. If they are cooking the food fresh, the 10-12 minute wait was certainly worth it. The patty melt and onion rings were really good. The kids enjoyed their food as well. The soda fountain mix tasted a little off compared to other big box burger joints. It may have just been this location. Additionally, they didn't mark the diet drink so we had to have one of the kids check and then swap drinks around.

You can order at a kiosk, or you can order at the counter. I think I chose the wrong option (ordering at the counter), because the person behind the counter acted like I invaded his personal space and was asking his mother to make me food from her own kitchen. He was wiping down trays when I walked up to order, and he did not stop wiping those dang trays the entire time he reluctantly punched in my order. Do I offend? (No Duckie from Pretty in Pink.) And guess what: Homie didn't get my order correct! I guess I should have ordered from the kiosk. If you visit this Whataburger, you should order from the kiosk. The food itself is fine. Cheeseburgers come with everything on them, unless you specifically order differently. Everything includes yellow mustard and pickles. The hamburger buns were a little less than fresh. The fries tasted like they had been under a warming lamp for a little while. For real, though: This Whataburger location needs to get it together, because it's located next to an In-N-Out. You're competing against the best of the best, Whataburger.
