I had In-N-Out when I was younger on the West Coast, so it was exciting to finally have one closer to home. We went on a Friday night and it was definitely busy. It took a little while to get our food, but everything came out hot and fresh. The burgers were pretty good, and the onion wrapped Flying Dutchman was piping hot and really fun to try. The fries were probably my least favorite part. They were fresh but just didn't have much flavor. We ended up staying and getting milkshakes, and the Neapolitan shake was really good. The staff was super friendly and doing a great job, even though it was clearly a lot of high schoolers running the place. I would recommend going when it's less busy or just expecting a wait. Overall, it's worth trying because of all the hype, but I do think there are better burgers out there. read more

In-N-Out, everybody knows the name. Now we can get it in, or just outside of, nashville! Ive seen some crazy ordering hacks so Ill have to make my way through the list. Although still fast food, you can tell the food is higher quality and yet somehow it can be cheaper than McDonalds. The mustard grilled burger is the way to go if you ask me. At some point ill cave and try the flying dutchman. We have gone a couple times since they have opened and each time has been a pleasant experience. I have not tried the drive-thru yet. Well had to try another Nashville location. Oh boy Saturday and nuts. It was packed inside and out. Once in the drive through line, I wished we had a way out of it. However for the amount of cars it moved quicker than we thought, service and friendliness of employees was great. Most importantly our burger was made as described, packed for where we were eating and for the amount of food being made, we didn't feel like it was just thrown together and put in a bag. I was beyond excited when it was announced that In-N-Out Burger was opening locations in Tennessee. I live in Indiana but drive to Florida fairly frequently, and this location is along my regular route between Indiana and Florida. I brought a friend with me who had never been to an In-N-Out Burger before. She was very happy with the food quality but truly amazed with the service. The service wasn't just friendly, it was incredibly friendly. Employees were smiling, greeting customers and thanking them. Some of the employees were walking around chatting with customers and checking to make sure everyone was happy with their food. One thing I appreciate about In-N-Out is the beautiful landscaping. Every location I have visited has been nicely landscaped with beautiful trees. The patio is enjoyable and today the weather was perfect for outdoor dining. Food was excellent as always. I'm used to getting In-N-Out only when I visit California, Colorado, Texas, and Utah. I'm so happy to have Tennessee locations. read more

We walked in and were greeted with a warm smile and in-n-out hats and stickers for my kids by Juniper. Juniper took our order and was friendly and kind the entire time. Welcome to Tennessee, In-N-Out! Anyone who knows me knows my love for this burger chain knows no bounds. I am a massive fan of In-N-Out Burger, and was over the moon for their first Eastern locations to open here. After all the holiday madness, and the winter weather that followed, we finally made it out to the Antioch location! Even on a Thursday night in late January, they still had people directing traffic upon our arrival. While the drive-thru line stretched way across the parking lot, there was no line to dine-in! We placed our order at the counter, and then duked it out for a table inside. (Kidding, of course, but you do have to be quick to find a place to sit and eat indoors!) The dining room is bigger than at the AZ locations I'm used to, but that makes total sense all things considered. They had so many employees working during our visit ... I counted around eight people just in the dining room. We were gifted stickers and paper hats while we waited for our food, which made the wait all the more worth it! (It actually only took about 10 minutes for us to get our food, despite how busy it was inside!) Our burgers were delicious (as is always the case when it comes to In-N-Out). I am so stoked to have my favorite fast food burgers just down the highway! I can't wait for even more TN locations to open. read more

Wooo! In n out made it to Tennessee! I love in n out and I'm glad the quality was consistent here compared to California. I got a double double and I'm obsessed with that sauce and the burger Patties tasted really good and it's not greasy at all! The fries were fresh but a little less flavorful for me personally, so here's a menu hack: ask for animal style which is sauce, cheese, and onions on top of the fries. Shoutout to Kiara and Noah. They were so kind and went above and beyond with getting us free refills for our drinks and any condiments we needed. I've heard about all the long lines, but we were super fortunate to only have waited 15 mins and I think it was faster to wait on line inside the restaurant than to go through the drive thru. They handle a lot of cars and people each hour with professionalism. The way they have parking lot set up makes it easier to get in and out among hundreds of people. I am absolutely honored to be the first review for here. I am aware of how dramatic I'm about to sound but you have to understand- I grew up in California playing competitive soccer. Which meant every weekend during season my dad and I would go to various tournaments, showcases, and trainings. He'd drive up to four hours each way for me to play. And after every game, we'd go to In N Out, since we were the only ones in our family who loved it. It became our special bonding time. To this day, when I get homesick and miss my dad, an In N Out burger takes me right back to being 13 in a sweaty orange soccer jersey sitting across from him, with the aroma of grilled beef surrounding us. Anyways enough about memory lane! I woke up at 7 am opening day so I could get there two hours early. I was about fiftieth in line, give or take a few. It was very well organized. The staff were so friendly and efficient. Once they opened, it took about 25 minutes for me to get through the drive through. It was so smooth, I think whoever planned it should become an advisor to the government with key notes on maintaining calm in chaos and how to keep majority of people happy. My go to order is a double meat protein style with everything on it plus pickles and peppers, fry extra extra extra well done, and an ice water. It was so good. I almost teared up eating it because I hadn't had it in over a year, and couldn't believe both how good it was at 10:30 AM and how many memories it unlocked in me. My first Tennessee In and Out burger and it did not disappoint. The burger was hot and fresh and the bun slightly toasted to perfection. The "secret sauce" blended right in to make it a treat to the palette. The fries were just okay. Nothing to really write about. The meal was affordable for a quality burger. I love they support social causes. I was able to round up to support the effort to end human trafficking. The burger was just like I remember from my trips to California. The service was very laid back and friendly. Even though the faux palm trees are not quite erected, the stucco white building, western design and large tiled patio made me reminisce of my visits out west. Fast forward 6 months and the lines have died down by at least 30 minutes. Everyone got their fix out of the way and paved an almost clear path for this California native to get her own fill of delicious burgers and fries (animal style, of course). The line took about 20 minutes to get through, the website is updated by other In N Out lovers and holds truth in wait times. After 34 years on this planet, I decided to indulge in a 4x4 for the first time ever (and last...my lawd, I am not a teenager anymore). The burger was delicious and fries as I remembered. I reflected on my visit to Texas a few years back, excited to also have some In N Out there, it just wasn't the same. Here in TN, it's what I remembered from my childhood and that brought some nostalgic tears to my eyes. My Ca girl heart is happy to welcome In-N-Out to the East Coast. We were visiting and took an Uber ride. We arrived as soon as they opened and waited 20 min. Staff and guest were so excited and the energy made it a quick wait. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Family of 5, we ordered different burgers, fries, animal style fries along with shakes. The freshness and flavors were on point. Staff were fantastic and attentive, ensuring tables were clean, picked up trays and gave us hats along with stickers. Listen, if you had anything but a great experience you're drinking on that haterade. I have a pregnant wife, I've had some outrageous requests walking through those doors. Everytime the service is with a smile, sometimes a nice laugh. The food always comes out hot, and they do not miss a beat! Everytime I have gone there, the line is longer than McDonald's or Burger King and it'll move 4x as fast. These workers run on a special kind of patience, and Red Bull spiked with adderall.
