Cheeseburger animal style & fries
Heather F.

I was excited to stay in line for an hour to try In-N-Out for the first time. My expectations must have been set too high. I got the cheese burger animal style - it was fine, but not sit in line for an hour fine. The fries did not taste fresh, which was disappointing because there are so many people, how could they not be hot & fresh? The price is right, though. All my food was a little less than $10. There's plenty of space to park if you're going inside to eat. Like: strawberry milkshake; affordable prices; cheeseburger Dislike: fries

I tried to get in the drive through the first time and it was so confusing and I gave up. What a mess. I went back the next day and there were less people in line. I was rewarded with patience, great food, friendly service and in the end, I was a happy customer. Food 5 stars Service 5 stars Waiting 3 stars overall 5 stars

Overall: YAY for In-N-Out! I missed this a lot as a Cali native, and it REALLY hit the spot for me. I was so happy this came to TN. I got my usual burger with animal style fries and it did not disappoint. Service: Though it can be alarming to see a long line, we went inside and had about less than a 15-20 minute wait. Ambience: Good ol' cozy In-N-Out! Don't really have much to say about the design, beyond that it is nice and clean.

Welcome to Tennessee, In-N-Out! Anyone who knows me knows my love for this burger chain knows no bounds. I am a massive fan of In-N-Out Burger, and was over the moon for their first Eastern locations to open here. After all the holiday madness, and the winter weather that followed, we finally made it out to the Antioch location! Even on a Thursday night in late January, they still had people directing traffic upon our arrival. While the drive-thru line stretched way across the parking lot, there was no line to dine-in! We placed our order at the counter, and then duked it out for a table inside. (Kidding, of course, but you do have to be quick to find a place to sit and eat indoors!) The dining room is bigger than at the AZ locations I'm used to, but that makes total sense all things considered. They had so many employees working during our visit ... I counted around eight people just in the dining room. We were gifted stickers and paper hats while we waited for our food, which made the wait all the more worth it! (It actually only took about 10 minutes for us to get our food, despite how busy it was inside!) Our burgers were delicious (as is always the case when it comes to In-N-Out). I am so stoked to have my favorite fast food burgers just down the highway! I can't wait for even more TN locations to open.

Surprisingly good for the price. I was NOT a fan of the French fries, but my husband said they were better than McDonald's (I'm unfamiliar with this I have not had McDs in over 20 yrs). I enjoyed the burgers, a wee bit sad that there is no option to add bacon. Got a chocolate milkshake- it was really vanilla with chocolate added which is not my fave because it still taste like vanilla IYKYK however it was still tasty and if you don't mind that then you'll enjoy it especially for the value. We went last weekend and were through the drive through within 12 minutes. The gentleman that helped take our order was so polite and friendly. The lines go quickly and the food came out hot. For $20 we got 2 burgers, 2 fries, a milkshake and a drink- not too shabby for a cheap date night. I'll be back to try the chili on the cheeseburger

On my way home from South Florida and had to stop and get my In-N-Out fix here in Antioch, TN. We are thrilled to have In-N-Out migrating eastward and can't wait for a few stores in Northwest Missouri. Let's Go!

I'm a huge fan of In-N-Out, and this location did not disappoint. There was a bit of a wait to get into the building, but the service was great, and the food came out quickly once we ordered. I ordered a #1 animal style with a Neapolitan shake on the side, and it was a 10/10. Highly recommend you check out this location if you haven't already.

Welcome to Tennessee, In-N-Out! We braved the wait (it was only about 45 minutes) and went. It had been a few years since I've had it, and it was my partner's first time. Great logistics, and of course great service. I got my fries well done, but it still didn't help. I've never loved their fries. I should have gotten cheese, but I didn't. Oh well. I do enjoy the burger. I think the toasted bun really elevates it. My partner got a double double, animal style and said the burger was worth the wait! He agreed we could pass on the fries. Great job by the staff!

Having In N Out in Tennessee is proof that hype is a drug and we are all addicts. People lost their damn minds. The line was so long I aged emotionally, spiritually, and medically. I saw families bond, fall apart, and reorder. And yes I waited 50 minutes like a weak man with no survival instincts. The burger? Fine. Good. Not worth a hostage negotiation. It's the same In N Out you've always had fresh, friendly staff smiling through the madness like NPCs programmed for customer service. Let's not lie to ourselves though: this burger only tastes elite when you're in California near the ocean, mildly sunburned, and lying to yourself about your life trajectory.

Wooo! In n out made it to Tennessee! I love in n out and I'm glad the quality was consistent here compared to California. I got a double double and I'm obsessed with that sauce and the burger Patties tasted really good and it's not greasy at all! The fries were fresh but a little less flavorful for me personally, so here's a menu hack: ask for animal style which is sauce, cheese, and onions on top of the fries. Shoutout to Kiara and Noah. They were so kind and went above and beyond with getting us free refills for our drinks and any condiments we needed. I've heard about all the long lines, but we were super fortunate to only have waited 15 mins and I think it was faster to wait on line inside the restaurant than to go through the drive thru. Really good experience overall!

Would have been a 5 if not for waiting 45 min in drive thru line. It was controlled and felt like I was moving along , with the new experience lots of interest right now in eating there. Hopefully in a few months it will be more normal. Pros- affordable prices for great tasting hamburgers and milk shakes. Fries ok. Also lots of cooks / waiters / traffic control workers. They handle a lot of cars and people each hour with professionalism. The way they have parking lot set up makes it easier to get in and out among hundreds of people. Cons - the fries are fresh and salted. I prefer a little crispy. These were more soft than I prefer but the milkshake and hamburger combo made up for that slight difference. I enjoyed In-N- Out burger much more than Shake Shack in comparison.

I know everyone is complaining about the wait for all of the new In-N-Outs, but I thought this was run so so well and the food was still hot and fresh! The method of ordering while still in line and having them put you in the correct order I felt worked really really well. We only live 5 minutes from the Antioch location, and we can't wait to continue supporting them and seeing how they incorporate into the community.

I am so happy this has arrived to tennessee. Don't fall into the "not worth the hype" that you will hear it is worth it. Great burgers, great fries, bomb milkshakes and the best customer service. The crew was fantastic even with how crazy busy it was. Look the food is fresh, the prices are good and the time is worthy to be had. Also, i can't wait to go back in the summer because the outdoor seating will be great to enjoy while eating. the atmosphere and location are perfect

If something is wrong with your order she gets nasty with you instead of kindly making it right. I got lemon peppered wings instead of honey and chicken fried rice instead of house fried when I paid for house fried. The new young employee who made sure she told me shes 18 and will show me said "shut up and leave you got what you asked for it's your fault the order is wrong not ours"! When I said I only come for the food please fix my order I don't understand the problem. She got so excited acted as if she was going to jumped the counter and hit me. This is all because they made my order wrong... At this point I had no food or refund! I asked for management higher up, all the employees all of a sudden were managers. I felt attacked at this point. I've seen the GM come before closing time so I sat and waited until closing time. When the GM came he was worse! He told me he don't believe me that I was threatened, his employees are perfect and that I should find somewhere else to go if I don't like it. He refused to look at camera's even upon my suggestions. He kept telling me none of that happened. I was baffled. I said sir you weren't even here and won't check cameras to view issues and talk to your employees. A customer shouldn't be attached because their order was made wrong. I told him sorry I waited next time I'll just call the cops next time they hold my food hostage no refund. Eventually I left with dry naked wings but they fixed my rice. If I ever go back it's because I have a large family and we eat for cheaper prices there but I will not tolerate that treatment ever again. Oh yea they need to upgrade that, run down dining area with 3 tables only full of trash and mud. Eewww. Definitely needs code compliance!!

Burger Republic has been one of our go-to places for so long, but tonight has changed that for us…read morein such a horrible way I had to share our experience. We ordered takeout tonight. 2 burgers and the crab dip. My wife ordered the Hawaiian Burger with meat instead of chicken. When she arrived to pick it up, she asked the manager to confirm it was a burger and not chicken as she is allergic to chicken. The manager assured her that if the receipt said meat, it would have meat and not chicken. My wife drove 20 mins home just to find out the burger had chicken and not meat. So she called back the restaurant and asked if they could make her the order she paid for and thought had picked up. The manager said it would take a minimum of 20 mins or longer because they were so busy and under staffed. My wife then went back to the restaurant and she waited more than 45 mins for a burger to be made. It was ridiculous. And when she asked to be refunded for the burger, would you believe she had to argue why they should refund a burger more than 90 mins after the original order. How could it possibly take almost an hour to make a new burger? They were never really apologetic for their screw-up and seemed to be annoyed that we paid for something that they didn't originally deliver, and then used being too busy and under staffed to fix the problem. Unfortunately, we will never go back! We'll have to find a new highend burger place, one that cares about delivering quality service to their customers and know how to apologize when they screw up.
