Usually I can count on McDonald's to be consistent. No matter where in the world I am...maybe with a few additional items on the menu...but consistent. What I have found lately though is that Nashville area McDs have become very inconsisten with what is available, which machines are "up" or "down" and whether they value their customers receiving fresh french fries. I started boycotting my local McDs b/c they were so incredibly inconsistent, after the 3rd epic fail in service the employee said "don't blame me, I just clocked in". I'm mean come on, it's McDonald's. They don't exist to serve quality food, but rather to make a profit by selling low quality meals at a marked up price. I get it. This rating is specifically for their new fried chicken sandwich. Eight fast food franchises continue to battle in the Chicken Sandwich War that has skyrocketed sales of chicken sandwiches since 2019. I ate all eight of them in a single day, and McDonald's and Burger King were easily the worst. At least the employees were very welcoming and kind. The employees at Popeyes were just straight up rude. If you want mediocre food for affordable prices, McDonald's is your kind of place. Their Diet Dr. Pepper tastes like poison. I've stopped going a few times, but today I gave it another chance because our McDonald's was closed for Christmas. The drinks are still horrible. My husband tried it and agreed. Bless his heart, he went in Twice Daily and got us another one. Please find out if there is mold or other rot growing in the lines. read more

After not receiving all items from a mobile order, we tried multiple times to reach the store before driving back to resolve the issue- where we were told they were too busy to "deal with it." After calling back 3 hours later, I was told there was nothing that could be done, given it was a mobile order/curbside pickup. Would not recommend this location or any other under the Grayco Management scheme. Sad days when this is allowed to go in. While we can afford the hit (theft) by Grayco Management, many others cannot. read more

Wait wasn't great but it was 12:45am when I got there.. the the guy taking orders did a good job immediately asking me what I wanted no wait time once at the speaker. After I ordered the line went quickly. The fries were hot and everything was made fresh. For this being a 1am mcdanks run I was shocked. I haven't had McDonald's this hot and fresh in a minute. Wow...I can't even begin to fathom what the heck is going on at this location. I drove through this morning or an iced coffee and a breakfast burrito (I'm not one for fast food, but I had been running late and needed a little something before I started my day). To begin with, I was the only car in the drive through yet it took a solid 2 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me (I kept asking if anyone was there through the speaker). Finally, someone takes my order but doesn't tell me what the total is or which window to drive up to. I pull up to the first window - crickets. I pull up to the second window - no one is there (I actually waited for another 2 - 3 minutes before I saw anyone behind the counter or near the drive-thru window). The manager sees me but ignores me. The kid that took my order through the drive-thru is now trying to ring up a customer in the restaurant. By now, I've been waiting nearly 10 minutes (so much for trying to get to work a few minutes early). Finally, the manager hands me my food but doesn't take my money or give me my coffee. I asked him if he could do both - he just glared at me and yelled at the kid (who took my order) to finish with my order. He takes my money and starts to pour my coffee, then gets into an argument with another employee and walks off. I had to flag down the manager when I saw him and asked if he could finish pouring my coffee, as I am not going to be late for work. He slams the window on me, storms off to find the kid and I hear him yelling at his employee to finish the order. The employee hands me my coffee (and is very gracious and apologizes for taking so long) - I thank him and am relieved to be able to get the heck out of there. In addition to being completely inconvenienced and treated horribly, especially by the manager, my food was cold and the coffee tasted like it was water - it was so weak, why even bother? On the rare occasion I do swing by a McDonald's (usually for an iced coffee) it is a generally pleasant experience and the coffee is rich and flavorful. There is something about the restaurants in Nashville that is so unappealing - everything is so bland or flavorless. I think I'll be making my iced coffees the night before work and bringing it with me from now on. read more

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to! My brother and I came in for lunch, and the person at the register was really welcoming and complimented my brothers shoes. Our food came out hot and fast, and we enjoyed it so much. We went to order more food, and they threw in an extra six piece chicken McNugget, for us. (Whether it was on purpose or not, it was enjoyed). Finally the restaurant was clean and the employees were making sure that it was presentable for other guests. I highly recommend! read more

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly, helpful and efficient. I usually go between the hours of 3am-6am for breakfast. Dinner hours are obviously busier but they're always so organized. I Also love how dependable they are because it's a 24hr location and I work odd hours where nothing else is usually open. I also don't normally leave reviews for fast food but they definitely deserve the credit. I wish I knew the staffs names so I could credit them all personally because they're doing a great job. Their service put's Chick-fil-A's reputation to shame lol read more

Very mediocre McDonald's location. Last time I went in, I ordered one of their new Artisan Chicken sandwiches because they gave me a buy one/get one coupon. The sandwich itself was just fine, but it took 14 minutes from the time I paid, until the time I got my order. And it wasn't during a busy time, it was 2:30 in the afternoon. The 5 people that ordered after me received their food before I did. When I inquired why it was taking so long, they said they were still cooking the chicken.
