After arriving home, I realized I received a kids cheeseburger that was so poorly wrapped it had already fallen out of the flimsy paper covering. Drive through took an hour and 7 minutes tonight. They gave me my drinks and frostys about 15 minutes before I got my food. Everything was terrible. This location should be SHUT DOWN and that's hardly an exaggeration. The reviews discussing the negatives do not do them justice. Once the sun sets it's an absolute shitshow. Line is constantly around the building and it's because literally nobody is taking orders. They will straight up ignore a line of people at 8:00 PM. Everyone ends up leaving one after the other and going to the Mcdonalds right beside it without fail. When someone finally does come to the box, this is what happens - a guy ordered a baconator I believe. I guess he asked about what was on it. The people on the box started laughing and said "Is this your first time getting a baconator?" Seriously? Is your staff full of 11 year olds? I drove past the other night and there was a fire truck? A customer was in their car at the window, staff was at the drive thru window, and the authorities were talking to all of them? No telling what that was. When they should be taking orders, employees are constantly walking in and out of the building, going to their cars. It's weird. If you ask me, I think orders are indeed being taken - it's just not food. This is truly an awful establishment. Avoid at ALL costs. DON'T Go! I Beg you PLEASE DO not go to this location! If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would! This is THE worst Wendy's. Rude people including the manager! Awful service. (Lack of service) I went to this location at 8:00 p.m. I was the only one in line! I waited for 5 minutes for some one to just answer me at the drive up speaker. When they finally answered they were snappy and rude. They said hold. I said "Hello". They said " I told you to hold please". That should have been clue to Leave immediately. They finally took my order. I pulled up and the guy at the drive window who was awful and unfriendly. I paid him, and then he went to hand me my cokes, and I asked for a cup holder and he sighed and rolled his eyes and then put my cokes in a cup holder and gave them to me. I tried to get his attention to give me some straws and he never gave me eye contact. So I knocked on his window. He came over and pounded on his own window back at me ! Are you serious? Are you 2 years old??? I asked for straws and he just handed them to me and slammed the window. I waited 15 minutes at the window for my food. I timed it! Then when I get my food the fries, they are cold, the chicken sandwich looked like they dropped it and picked it up and threw it on the bun. The other baconator meal I ordered was cold and awful gooey mess. I want my money back! This was a complete waste of money. They need to get rid of the whole night staff. We understand that it was late but we arrived 20 minutes to close (1am) giving plenty of time for a fast food restaurant to finish up an order in a timely manner and received it not only 20 minutes after we ordered, but with attitude from the employee. This is the second time something like this has happened in the span of 6 months, but the last guy apologized for the wait and was corrective. This place needs new managment and just an all around new staff...EVERY TIME I come here to this location they royally f××k my order. Its partially my fault because of the proximity its just easier to come here...but after today its just not worth it. I'm in the drive through line now trying to get this sxxt fixed. Smfh...So here is what happened: Its 10pm...It was too late to cook and a commercial came on advertising the sriracha chicken sandwich. I wanted it. We went. It's sad to see a place you've been going to for years fall into disarray. In the past few years I've noticed a scary decrease in staff, increase in people waiting in line, and just a general "I could care less" attitude from the three people who probably work there. I ordered my food to be delivered to me via Uber Eats two hours ago (supposed to get to me around 6) as of me writing this, not only did my Uber Eats driver change four times but I still don't have my food but I guarantee by the time it gets here (over an hour later than it was supposed to get here) I guarantee it will be stone cold. I genuinely feel bad for the current delivery guy who is stuck in line waiting to deliver food that will cold and probably made poorly. If I could give a zero star review I would. read more

Well, here we go. I hit the drive through close to 1p. The drive thru is a bitch. You can't change your mind and I had to back up to let someone who was parked out and he was stuck in line for 3 cars. I tried the pulled pork. It was good but the order was wrong. They have three sauces. I asked to try two on the side. I got one and asked which it was and they didn't understand me. Just kept saying, "sauce in bag". I asked which one. That took 5 people to tell me spicy. I mentioned I wanted to try the sweet, too. Eye roll. Got another ramekin of a sauce. When I pulled over to share with my dog. Can't tell the ramekins apart. YOUR LATE NIGHT CONNECTION! It is late at night and you suddenly have a craving for a delicious frosty. You are staying in one of the hotels on Franklin Pike circle and realize that there is a Wendy's just on the other side of the parking lot. Forget it! This location closes down, (store and drive-through) by 10pm. I was so in the throes of my craving that I told my husband to hit the main road and just drive. We drove straight down Old Hickory Road and soon enough, we found this Wendy's sitting off to the left. Yes!! While the main part of the restaurant was already closed, the window was still open and remains so until 1pm every night. This is your late night location. My small frosty was perfect and the fries were crazy hot and fresh. Remember, you must always order the fries without salt so that they are prepared fresh. You may then add your own salt. My husband ordered a really gross two patty super burger that they are now promoting. I took a small bite out of curiosity and realized that the burger was probably pre-prepped. It was bland and did not taste fresh. If you are not sitting in a line where you know that food is "turning over" quickly, then I would avoid ordering said food. If I am really hungry enough to order a sandwich, I will specifically request that they make my burger fresh and inform them that I am willing to wait because in the "fast food" world fast often trumps accurate and freshly prepared. I literally NEVER write reviews or complain about anything just because I don't feel the need, but tonight I was starving and hadn't eaten so I drove thru (I'm on a tight budget) I ordered a large combo because I rarely eat there so when I do I like to get whatever I want. When I drove off I realized that my straw was already opened in my bag and the wrapper was crumpled up in the bag as well, and my fries were LITERALLY less than halfway full. So I paid large price for the amount that comes in a small.... I live right by this location and have received cold fries a few times and I just feel like when you spend money you should get the standard service quality at least. read more
