Popped into this location one afternoon for lunch on a recent trip out of Nashville. I wanted to get escape the business before stopping and I sadly misjudged this exit, as it was one of the busiest around! Once I got through all the traffic and lights, I pulled in and the drive thru was about 8 cars deep, so I parked and decided to go inside. The interior was well kept condition wise, but was quite dirty including the restrooms. I waited a few moments for service and while there were folks behind the counter, they did not acknowledge me at all. I am fine with waiting, especially in today's climate, but at least acknowledge folks. The staff member that eventually took my order was not the most welcoming. I don't expect much, but I wanted onion rings with my burger, not a side of attitude. Once ordered it was another 10 minutes for the food to be ready. I will say the food was hot, fresh and tasty. The sweet tea was sweet, like extra teeth rotting sweet. I had already pulled out when I finally tasted it, so I just chalked it up to the game. Overall, not impressed with this location. Next time I am passing by, I will hit another exit or spot for my lunch or breakfast. read more

Hardee's in Gallatin TN.Rudest drive thru workers.Cut me off when trying to order with "what else" after everything I said.Got to the window and Kaitlyn was talking to another girl and laughing then finally opened the window and had an attitude.I asked for ketchup for two meals and she gave me 2 packets and walked off.I had to tell the other girl there that I didn't get my drink and could I get more ketchup.She rolled her eyes and shut the window.After a minute she came and gave me 2 packets and my coke and shut the window without saying anything.Bacon was undercooked, sausage undercooked.Gravy was watery.6-7 taters in meal and everything was on top of each other.Not coming back again.Hardees should teach employees courtesy and fire *Kaitlyn " for her attitude towards customers. read more

The manager was very rude told me I couldn't bring my service dog inside an said I had been there since 8 am I had barely been there 30 min I am a Disabled Combat Vet an he was very disrespectful the food was terrible an I had to wait in line about 7 minutes because no one wanted to take my order cause I have a service dog an they think he's gonna kill them but he isn't an attack dog he keeps me from attacking. read more

I love Hardee's breakfast! It is the best in fast food! The people here was very polite and fast. The store was very clean and well staffed. The food was hot and fresh! It was so good! I will be back for breakfast for sure! Loved it! There isn't really anything else I can say, other than I saw a 'Rise and Shine' slogan on the order board. I was really happy to see this. I vaguely remember this from the 80's / 90's but everyone (That is older than me) that I've talked to says that Hardee's was better back then. I am a lifetime Hardees lover. From their morning biscuits to their unparalleled hamburgers, I am a die-hard aficionado. On Sunday mornings my son and I go and get a couple of Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuits and two small cherry Cokes, and everything is right with the world. Occasionally I'll say "forget the calories" and get a Sourdough cheeseburger for dinner. All of their burgers are top-notch, and you can't beat the prices! Yummmmmm. Customer service is a mixed bag among the different locations. Sometimes you get a great one and sometimes, not-so-great. This particular location falls under not-so-great. It's staffed mainly by Hispanic women who are rude and slow and have bad attitudes and speak about the customers in Spanish. I don't enjoy going to this one because of them. We went through the drive-thru and ordered combos by the number. For example, I would like a number 4. We were told to pull forward and questioned whether the hash browns were included because the girl taking the order seemed confused. She told me no, and I needed to be more pacific. Ma'am, I am not an ocean. All I wanted were hashbrowns and you have an attitude because you don't know how combos work. So anyway, this is the person they're putting on the frontlines of the business. I'd hate to know what's going on with the people that aren't customer-facing. read more

I'm generally a healthy eater. I make and drink green juice daily, I control my portion sizes, I try to eat mostly vegetables and fruits with the occasional treat of meat or dessert. HOWEVER, all that goes out the window when I'm headed out for a road trip and I need a quick breakfast. McDonald's breakfast is acceptable, but I can't resist Hardee's for the first meal of a road trip. Mass-produced chick-fried steak in a biscuit smothered in gravy? Yes please. Hubby got the Original Thickburger yesterday for lunch and came home with bad stomach pains and was extremely cold. Had a 100.9 fever and so cold that he was having convulsions. Diarrhea followed and is still continuing today. Also, the place was pretty rough and dirty. Not to mention the staff yelling back and forth to each other constantly and a patron blasting his phone as he's catching up on his news. Ever heard of headphones? Goodbye Hardee's! read more

The burgers here are the best fast-food burgers in the immediate area. They're actually one of the better burgers in the immediate area, period, although that's more a reflection of the lackluster competition rather than an endorsement for Hardee's. I live close by, so when I'm craving a greasy burger, Hardee's usually gets my business. They close up pretty early for a fast-food joint though, so if you're hungry late, you'll have to go elsewhere. read more

My husband and I lived in Crieve Hall for years and came to this Hardee's almost every weekend. It is a wide variety of people that come - young, old, white, black, etc... It was recently renovated and is very clean and the staff is always on target - a few a long term employees that go above and beyond... i know everyone has a bad day here or there but they consistently rank high in our minds...! First, I'll say, the self-ordering stations are neat. They even offer a 10% discount for using them. Except you can't use a coupon and the machine, so when you go to pay, they'll look at you confused, even though the receipt says my order on it. They just made it more complicated than it had to be. Then my coupon offered 1 biscuits and gravy for 99 cents or 2 for $1.89. When I ordered 2, I thought I was just getting the two halves for just me, not two huge meals. They didn't tell me that. So I asked if I could get a to-go box for the other one, and the lady, whose worked there several years, takes me food, throws it away, and tells the kitchen she needs two to-go orders. Why didn't she just give me a to-go box!? I wanted to eat at least one there and take the other home, cause I couldn't finish them both! Then she put the to-go one in a brown baggy w/ no handles... Do they have no common sense? So I asked for a plastic bag with handles, because how am I supposed to carry that?? The restaurant was dirty. They took forever getting me new food when they coulda just gave me a to-go box. AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT, as I was leaving, I noticed a sign saying they're open on thanksgiving!!!
