So far I'm not impressed with Bojangles. The staff seems to be flustered with customers, the restaurant is lacking in cleanliness, and they are cranking out the food as quick as they can for the drive through but not for inside customers. The food does smell good. This is the second Bojangles I've been to today. The first on in Black Mountain, NC was not taking orders from the people inside. Hmm... not sure how I feel about it. I was recommended to come here by my sister. She said it's a huge chain here in North Carolina so I just had to try it. Unfortunately I had just missed breakfast so I ordered from the lunch menu. I got a 3-piece chicken tender combo with honey mustard as a dipping sauce. Their tenders are so tiny (Popeyes has bigger ones), their fries were cold and way over seasoned, but their biscuit was quite nice and warm still. Their sweet tea was also delicious too, wish they added more ice because it was warm. Customer service could have been better too. read more

Don't set your sights too high. This is fast food, after all. We heard about it long before we showed up, and it was mostly the name that brought us in. But it was okay. The staff were amazingly friendly. They answered all of our questions and were as accommodating as they could possibly be. We placed our order and at our food. The restaurant is clean. The prices are reasonable. The food is good. Nothing here is great. It's good. Nothing here is bad. It's good. Don't come in if you're a vegan. You'll go home hungry. Although I think most vegans are used to being hungry. If you want upscale, go elsewhere. If you just need a quick bite, this is a good choice. read more

I usually dont complain, i love bojangles and the food at this bojangles is great! But everytime i go through the drive through which tbh is almost everyday at lunch. I ask for extra seasoning on my fries and I never get the extra seasoning. They actually usually have almost no seasoning to it. If we ask for extra just put it on there its not hard. read more

I found this a pleasant place to dine. The service was fine and quick, plus the whole place seemed spotless. The prices were good, with my leg and thigh dinner with two sides and a drink coming in at under $7.00. The chicken itself was quite good, with just enough grease for flavor. The breading is in between KFC's original and extra-crispy in texture and I like it more than either of those. The biscuits are also much better than KFC's. The mashed potatoes are about the same, but Bojangle's has dirty rice that's quite good. Overall recommended, but only given four stars because it's just fast food. read more

If you wanna wait in line for 30 minutes and still get gross food this is the place! I mean how is it that the biscuits are under cooked and the fries are burnt to shit? Why are the eggs covered in more things than egg? Why is the sausage not cooked in the middle and is so soft it falls apart? Why did I get a medium sized fry in my large? Why did they give me a completely different sandwich than I ordered then proceeded to make me pay for another, for it also to be gross? First of all, I have not been to any other Bojangles, so I have no comparison. I have been coming here for about 2 months. I need to go somewhere once per week to get biscuits for my morning work meeting. I used to go to another fast food restaurant which was always understaffed with incompetent employees. This place has very courteous, friendly, efficient employees. It is always clean, and they always have enough people working to get my large order ready quickly. The biscuits are great, not too greasy. A few times when they were very busy, they even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. Now what fast food place does that? I never use drive thru because my experience has been that if you want really fast service, you're better off to get out of your car and walk in. I recommend this place! read more

My husband and I are Bojangles fans! But this location is strugglin'. We visit (or used to visit...) at least monthly - and our drive-thru order is wrong every. single. time. I wish I were exaggerating. We've had to drive back to get food that we paid for but wasn't in the bag when we got home... My last visit was this week- my 3 piece dinner was missing a piece of chicken and the Bo-Rounds were cold and chewy. They went straight into the trash! How tragic!! My favorite breakfast place! Love their biscuits and especially their dirty rice! Umm, umm, umm! Breakfast all day, everyday. Quite reasonable prices. This is a southern chain, have only seen them in North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. They also have pretty good Cajun fried chicken. I go to this Bojangles about once a week at 7:00 AM. I would have given them 2 stars, but amazingly, Bo corporate must have read the comments I made on their website. In the dining room they had not offered anything but Sweet n Low and sugar (I like more variety). Also, they did not have unsweetened tea (I like to make mine half n half). Lastly - like other Bogangles - they had no place to put your trash near the napkin/coffee condiments. Well - they listened I guess because all three were fixed. Well let me start by saying when I am near a Bojangles they are my go to for breakfast as I tend to work late and love the fact you are able to get breakfast anytime here. Recently on a visit to Asheville I was staying near this Bojangles so decided to stop here. I stopped twice and needless to say neither visit was good. The first visit I was with a coworker who ordered coffee, when we got to the window I asked for extra sugar for it when asked how many I said 6-7 and she rolled her eyes laughed and said "your kidding right?" Then shut the window without giving us the extra sugar. I decided to try again the next day as leaving the area since it was the only drive thru I could get breakfast at and hoping it was a fluke. Needless to say it wasn't. On this visit they did seem to be a small amount friendlier but as I pulled away my order was made wrong and cold.
