This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. And I didn't even get to eat the food. At 11:40 AM today, I stopped at this Bojangles. This was my first experience with this chain as I live in California. Upon entering the restaurant, I took some time to look over the menu and waited at the register. There was no one at the register but a flurry of activity in the kitchen. I had seen a line of cars at the drive through so I just figured that it was busy. It was almost noon. I wasn't in a rush. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. Soon was a line of about 5 people behind me. A woman from the kitchen yelled, "Be with y'all in a second." Then a woman came out from behind the counter and went over to a table where, I assume the manager, was sitting (older gentleman, in a Bojangles collard shirt sitting at a computer). There was another woman sitting there and the woman from behind the counter said, "I just had to come out and see you." They began talking and the woman who'd come out from behind the counter hollered over to us waiting at the register, "We'll be with y'all in a minute." And continued to talk to the manager and this other woman. Finally, someone came over and took my order,I gave it to her. A Bojangles Sandwhich Combo with Bo-Tato rounds and a water and a Sausage & egg Muffin. I paid and moved to the pick up area. She then proceeded to take the rest of the lien's orders as well. I watched at the pick up area as 7 receipts piled up on the printer. After taking the orders, she came down to the pick up area and started sorting the receipts. As I waited, the woman who'd come out to talk to the manager, returned to the kitchen and, without washing her hands, began putting on gloves to start serving food. A few of the people behind me got their orders before mine, no worries, again I wasn't in a rush. Then someone from the kitchen yells, "There's no Bo-Tato Rounds ready." So Mrs. No Hand Washer turns to me and says, "Did you order Bo-Tato Rounds?" I said I did. "Well they just put them down do you want to wait or do you just want to take your sandwiches and go?" (Huh?) I told her, I'd ordered them, so I'll wait. She scratched her nose with her gloved hands and nodded. As I stood there I watched as a new person came up to the kitchen area with no gloves and began unwrapping all the previously prepared sandwiches, lifting the buns and looking at the contents before rewrapping them. WITH NO GLOVES. They then began wiping the counter down with their hand and then rubbed their hands on their pants and started making new food. WITH NO GLOVES. I decided then I would cut my loses and just leave. I glanced at the 'manager' who sat typing away on his computer with this chaos going on behind him on my way out. He could have cared less. I will be writing to Bojangles Corporate HQ about this visit. read more

Sunday at ten in the morning We pulled and went to the door. The place was locked. Went to the convenience store and tried the gate. How can a place of business not open and now have the decency to put a note on the door. I know this is a Bo Jangles, but they should a little respect for their customers. read more

I'm originally from North Carolina just like Bojangles and the home state would be embarrassed by this. Unfortunately this is the only bojangles around North Georgia. After ordering I sat in the drive through for 10 MINUTES waiting on my food. And THESE are the "Bo-berry" biscuits I get. Am I supposed to ask for extra icing? I don't know, but this is unacceptable. This Bojangles is usually pretty good with their food but they are really slow paced and normally I'm not one to complain but this is disrespectful!! read more

Its a great Bojangles location in Cleveland. Its attached to a big gas station. So it is convenient to get gas and grab a biscuit. There is also a drive through. I personally think Bojangles has the best breakfast biscuits of any fast food place. This location does not disappoint. Service has always been good. Great Bojangles location. read more

This is the best Bojangles I have ever been to. The chicken was crispy and not greasy and the biscuit was fluffy. Fries were crispy. A+.

The lady at the window asked what we wanted we told her and there was silence for 30 seconds and so we politely said hello and she laughed and said i'm waiting on you. Just overall the rudest person I have encountered in a drive through. It wasn't necessary to laugh could have just said she didn't hear us. She had zero manners. read more

Having a list of what the customer expects from you(the establishment) when you walk in and then not delivering is pretty funny. The chicken has no flavor, they rely on the heat to make it taste good which it doesn't. The only thing I liked was the coleslaw and biscuits. That sweet tea is not legendary, rice and beans not very good and the mashed potatoes were plain even with the gravy. read more
