Had a wonderful and enjoyable meal at this McDonald's. Place was very clean and there were many people in the store at this time. Service was quick from when I ordered it till I received the order at the counter. Fries were also very good and very warm. Would have loved a hot burger beside the one that comes out of the case on the line. Over all a very good place to stop and have a burger and fries, price was okay nothing crazy like everyone is saying on line or in the news. read more

A drive through visit resulted in McNuggetts that were hard, barely warm but the hair in the fries was the final straw. We pulled into another business and threw the slop away. Should have known better when the cashier shorted us the pennies due in our change and then said she was all of of them. When I said she should round up and give us a nickel she told us too bad, I've already closed the cash drawer. So we waited, she opened the drawer and gave us the nickel. I've been here several times and have found the store to be very clean and the staff quite friendly. Tell Portia, the manager, she is doing a great job. Today was different, I usuall sit at table 114, but had to sit at table 107 because they were training three new hires. Myra, Erin and a guy that used to work at Waffle House. The more I listened to McDonald's benefits and rewards, I came to the conclusion that I am applying to work at this location. Part - time, so I can take advantage of their continuing education reimbursement and matching 25% bonus, etc. Wish me luck as I am about to submit my application and hopefully this Patel owned franchise will hire me. Placed an order at 6:30 on the mobile app, checked in at 6:35. Waited 40 minutes before going in to see what the delay was. Manager was rude and dismissive, saying she didn't have it in her system and wouldn't do anything to help despite being shown the email receipt and order history in the app. Was charged $22.02 and received nothing at all. She said to request refund in the app, the app said to contact the store. I suppose I'll file a credit card dispute since there appears to be no other option. read more

I should have learned the only other time that I used the mobile app with this location it didn't work and yet again it was screwed up. This time I was charged but my order didn't go through. The thing is the people who work there don't care what so ever . Since it's the only location nearby it's always busy and people need to have a reasonable expectation of service. My online order was majorly screwed up. Before I left drive thru I checked. I was given a nasty tasting sprite instead of a coke. 10 nuggets instead of my custom quarter pounder. A single hamburger instead of my double. And cold limp nasty fries. The fries are suppose to be a starboard in all McDonalds. I went in and stood around for 20 minutes and no one was available to help front customers. I took my food to the Burger Kibg up the street and showed it to the customers there and the manager. THEY gave me what I ordered from them. They have no kiosks just helpful friendly staff who don't get cussed at by management. Not like the other fast food place that I will never get food from again. I even had to call the Clarksville mcd's to get the area manager to talk to about my concerns. No call back after 24 hours. This place should be shut down like the Hardee's was years ago. I just waited nearly 30 min in dive thru. This has happened on many occasions. This sucks having to wait this long for mediocre fast food. It's either the workers are just incompetent to even work fast food or management is not good. My bet is the new workers. This has not stopped happening and it is almost every time. Second time this location disappointed me. Got there a little after 11:00 am, ordered a chicken sandwich meal for lunch. I think the chicken was left over from the day before. It was dried out, over cooked, extremely tough and I think warmed over in a microwave. The fries were limp and overly salted. Never going there again, not worth the stomachache. Every time I go through this drive thru, they NEVER say "Your welcome". Bag of food, then close window. Please train your staff that this is a very important aspect of customer service, it doesn't matter who is working. My food is always hot and fresh, which is great, and everything from the order to leaving is great except for that small interaction. This location is lacking beyond what words can express. The managers are clueless and don't even get me started with the staff!!! I've gone 4 times in the last month and every single time our order was wrong. The last time was Veterans Day. They gave my order to the car in front of me. Ok no biggie. I waited for them to remake our order. While waiting I asked if they had any Veteran day specials. The cashier said no. We don't do anything like that. Ok again no biggie. About 20 minutes later a young girl brings our 1 bag out. Hmmm we ordered over $60 worth of burgers, nuggets, fries and pies yet it all comes out in 1 bag?? Nope. I open it and it's fish and fries only. Hmm ok. So I walk inside this time and ask if they have my order because this is again not what we ordered. I gave my receipt and the manager says "oh sorry. They accidentally gave your order to the car in front of you again". Uhm ok. Now this would be the second time you gave my order to the wrong car. This time I wasn't even in line so how could you get it wrong!!! Ok fine. Please remake it. I will sit inside and wait this time. Not once was I offered anything for my now hour wait and still no food. I look over and there is a paper on the window that says Veterans receive free cookies. WHAT?!?! I literally asked if there were any specials and was told Mc Donald's does offer things like that. Now I see that's a lie too. Ok so I took my Veteran IS to the front and showed it to the manager and said Hi I am a Veteran and would like the cookies please. The MANAGER then said ok that's going to be $1.13 or something like that. I just stood there in awe because it literally says free. I said "Ma'am I am asking for the free cookies for Veterans Day." to which she replied "You're a Veteran?? Like in the military?? Really??" In the most sarcastic voice. Now not to be THAT person but I have not only spent over $60 in food that was given to someone else TWICE NOW but I have shown my Veteran ID as well. Why is this an issue and why is it not something that was known to all staff on Veterans Day!!! Come on now. Just FYI when I finally got my order we were missing 2 of our large fries and one of our burgers. I finally asked for my money back for the missing items and took my remaining family members to Burger King for their food. The managers were the worst!!! This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever eaten at. The plastic 'shoot' where the ice comes out was black with mold and brown with some sort of gunk that appeared it had been there for a long time. If that was visible from the outside, I can only imagine what the inside of that ice machine looks like. The drink machine was dirty with sticky syrup and stuck on gunk. There wasn't a single clean table and the garbage cans had doors missing from the front of them. The floors were dirty as well. This place needs to be torn down and a new one built because I'm not sure it can ever be cleaned again. When I complained about the drink machine, someone did run a cleaning rag over the drink counter area, but apparently didn't see anything wrong with the brown gunk and the mold. I went with my husband and three sons to this McDonald's and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. My youngest son, aged four, was served raw chicken nuggets and my hamburger was red. I nearly vomited when my son noticed the meat tasted funny and was softer than normal. We immediately left the restaurant and I'm writing this now. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life, but it is in White County, so I give them props for being able to even half way run a shit restaurant. I go there and need a separate order in the drive through, "can't do that here", can I get a 20 piece chicken nugget meal, "can't do that here", but why can I do that at literally every other McDonald's I go to, and apparently they can't make some decent food there either.
