Drive thru was fast and service was friendly but my nacho bel grande had no meat on it?! None. It did not have meat. Void of meat.

I'd give lower if I could. We had to order on the kiosk because they refuse to take your order at the counter. Placed our order at 6:48. After watching them put 5 cars thru the drive thru I asked why we didnt have our food yet. She said drive thru has preference. I told her seriously? I said we will just get it from the drive thru then come in and sit down. I told her I wanted our food. She said they'd get it when the drive thru was done. And told me to stop being rude to her...she'd just give me my $$ back. Seriously? Cause I wondered why they were putting everyone thru the drive thru & not the inside customers? Watched her touch her face at least 3 times with her gloves on & never change them also. I told her just give us our food. 20 minutes after ordering we finally got it. 2 combos. That's it. This location is extremely disappointing. The drive-thru line is always very long, and today it took 45 minutes from placing my order to receiving my food. Waiting that long with two young children in the car was incredibly frustrating. Management needs to either turn this place around, or Taco Bell corporate needs to step in and do so. On top of the excessive wait times, the food here is also more expensive than at other nearby Taco Bell locations. read more

You ought to know what you will get there, so I am ONLY comparing it to OTHER taco bells, not other fast food restaurants or other Mexican FOOD restaurants. review: Its a Taco Bell, seems to be fairly clean, however prices are HIGHER than at most other taco bells. Its a taco bell in Cleveland, and we are lucky to have it, there is nothing special about it. Same goes for our Wendys, Burger King, McDonalds, Captain D's, Bojangles, Dairy Queen, Dominos, Little Caesars, etc. you should know what to expect. read more

Went here on Sunday July 18, took eight children. It was hot and we waited and waited for someone to answer the drive thru. Guy was rude and mouthy got six of the eight orders wrong. Sunday night the 6 of March went to the Taco Bell in Cleveland Ga. I don't know why we keep going there!!! It has never been the best but it just keeps getting worse!!! I will never go back there. They have always been bad not to put much meat if any on the dishes. We have complained before and the manager has ask us not to put a bad review online so we haven't but we hadn't taken any free food either from him. Sunday night was the last time. They were out of the Box orders so we ordered from the other things on the menu. 2 Chicken Chalupas Supreme Combo $13.18. They were stale, the lettuce was frozen, and the sour was on the outside of the stale wrap. There was only 4 little pieces of chicken on both!! I counted. The taco was broken in half so you couldn't pick it up to eat. This was just one order. My husband's order was just as bad. Crunchwrap Supreme Combo Served with a large drink and a regular crunchy taco. $9.58 There was more meat on the little taco than on the Crunchy taco and that isn't saying much. I am done. This is the first time ever I have put a bad review online but this Taco Bell needs one Please don't waste your money and time going here if you want anything good. read more

The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to as far as service goes. And that's no exaggeration. 4 times I've attempted to order food at this location in the last 2 weeks and 4 times iv been unsuccessful. A different excuse every time as to why. "The internet is down" or "we had a big rush so we have nothing prepared and it'll be 15-20 mins before we do" this latest time " we're only accepting cash and if you pay in cash it must be exact change". This is the most poorly managed fast food place I have ever been too. And I won't be back. Why waste my time stopping when I'm just going to have to go somewhere else anyway. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I am not sure why I am surprised but ever since this place has opened they have offered nothing but HORRIBLE service all the way around! They have been through more managers and employees then any other place I have seen. But if you do go expect- rude employees that do not listen to what you ask for so that means your order will be wrong 95% of the time. That's not even the worst of it! Whatever you order expect to get the very least amount possible beyond the tortilla (shell) or chips! You get a soft taco....1 tablespoon and maybe a 1/2 of meat, sprinkled with a pinch of cheese but by gosh the lettuce is in there to make it look like there might be something to it! Oh and heaven forbid if you ask for sauce with your meal you just over paid for so you can choke down your tortilla and lettuce! If your extremely lucky you might get 1 packet to half between two items. Doesn't matter the size of those items either! Last but not least...if you go when they are busy you might get warm food but you will wait a long time for it & if you go when they are slow then it will be cold to the touch meat! I have already complained to the many managers on different occasions over the years and have put in complaints to corporate so since none of that worked then maybe this review will at least save one family from going through the absurd and beyond aggravating service they continue to offer and serve! I would have stopped coming here a long time ago but my youngest son gets the cravings for it and when we pass it I couldn't tell him they were closed all the time but after this last and final interaction with this one Taco Bell we explained to him that they don't even offer what was his and a lot of people's favorite "Mexican pizza" anymore and that we would gladly drive 35 minutes to another one but as long as the owner of this place doesn't care how his/her employees behave and obviously instructs them to rip off their customers we will never be back to the one in Cleveland!
