I created this account today just to leave this review. We ordered a half order of Grilled Chicken Nachos and a full order of Texas Fajita Nachos both with no chips. As you can see from pictures we were skimped majorly. The portion size is extremely small for the price. These 2 nachos plus a cheese dip were $31! The portion is not worth the price at all! When I spoke with the manager about my concern for the portion size, he basically said that's the portion and nothing he could do. There was no customer service or apology. Basically we would have to deal with it. His only explanation was because we ordered the nachos without chips so it looks small. With or without chips, the portion of meat should not change and should be more. When I asked for my money back the manager said if we wanted our money back then I would have to bring the food back which meant packing two small hungry kids back in the car. He said others have complained about the portion size as well and still no change or concern. This was our first visit and last visit! read more

Stopped in after reading the reviews for a Veggie Quesadilla. Yummy with a great cheese. It came with hot chips and salsa. The salsa was too mild and tomato based for my palette. The Drive Through is a great concept, though you have to ask for a menu of you don't already know what you want. Quick service, but I'd call ahead for anything more than a snack. read more

Used to come here all the time like once a week if not 2 however today I ordered Texas fajitas togo and didn't get sour cream, guacamole, pico, the fajitas had 90% veggies and no shrimp and the steak I did get was fat. Found this gem after hiking Yonah. Clean facilities and very welcoming staff. They had patio seating and a sunroom type of seating. The AC was leaking, however. The food was good. The salsa did taste like canned tomatoes but the chips seemed authentic. The guacamole didnt have a lot of flavor. The wings were cooked perfectly. I really like the chile lime sauce. The drinks were well made and good for the price. I had a chicken torta and added a fried egg(1.25...didnt know that but worth it). The portions were large. We did get a .25 cent togo fee because we got a meal togo. So that was strange but all in all we would return when in the area. Nothing to go out of the way for, however. read more

So very good. I find myself craving Cafe Cancun. The first offering I had is the tacos which were satisfying and addictive. The cheese used is divine. They have a drive through as well as a terrific dining area when things settle down. I'm back again tonight for nachos and chimichangas. They have military discounts as well too! read more

Found this gem on our way home from hiking the Raven Creek Falls, and these hungry souls were well surprised! Loved the food! Loved the staff-yuck to offer helpful hints on specialties etc. The service timing is reasonable and very pleasant. Will definitely keep this down on our travel map! read more

My husband and I are huge fans of Cafe Cancun and the owner Daniel. We became loyal patrons from the start. Their entire waitstaff know us by name and orders. Recently, I think Daniel took in too much trying to open another local restaurant that wasn't as successful. Cafe's standards and customer service began to decline. However, things are shaping back up, Daniel's back on location. We recommend the fajitas. My favorite are the tropical and I love their guacamole. One of our go-to stops in the area, we've never been disappointed. We just tried there new location in Murrayville, and we were just as pleased. This by far the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten. The salsa was straight up yuck! Taste like they used canned tomatoes to make it and then claim its fresh and home made. I ordered the fajitas and the meat had no seasoning and the onions were not even cooked in with it. The lettuce was brown and tomato slice was definitely a few days old. This wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't great by any means. I'll start with the good - our waiter was phenomenal! He was attentive and fast. That's about the only good thing though. Our food was cold and unseasoned. The kids meals weren't cheap and did not include drinks. The salsa tasted like marinara sauce, which was more than a little off putting. If you're in the mood for some unauthenticate, over priced, dry tacos, you're at the right place. The "hamburger" tasted like dog food. They charged us almost $3 for a taco shell, "hamburger", cheese and lettuce. Plus, they tried to only give us half of our order. You can get better food and service from taco bell. Our waiter brought our food, left and never came back. We waited and waited to get a refill on our drinks and get a ticket. No such luck! Finally went up to the bar to ask how we pay. When I mentioned this to the gal who checked us out, she ignored me the first time. When I said it again, her response was "he was on his break"... 30 minutes! I visited the Cafe Cancun the evening of December 8th with a party of 9. I was very disappointed. The dips seamed to be watered down. The so called refried beans were very soupy. In fact they could have been served as a soup. A couple other dishes made people feel sickened and nauseous. And I visited the rest room. It was very gross and disgusting. A couple ladies mentioned that the restroom was absolutely disgusting and gross as well. If I lived in Cleveland Georgia I would definitely call the state health board. This is definitely the worst restaurant I've ever been in. I could not even think about recommending this place to my friends or in fact to nobody. I'm in hopes that someone in our party will make the call to the state. Although the management or an employee has text me on messenger saying I must have the wrong restaurant and that they have never been scored below an A after the state inspections. The prices are good, better than at our favorite Tex/Mex at home. However, that's where it ends. This is the first time I have ever had to salt everything on my plate, at a Tex/Mex restaurant, in order to give it some flavor. The food just needs something to rev-up the flavor. My buddy Jim L. sang the praises of C.C. to me, so the old lady and I decided to try it out. He has never lied to me about food and he didn't this time either. The food far surpasses the other Mexican Restaurant in town and the service is great. I'm a "heatseeker" when it comes to salsa, so the house salsa was too wimpy for me. I asked the manager if he had some high grade octane salsa and he delivered. You can tell salsa is good when your sinus' open up and there's beads of sweat on your forehead... WORST I mean worst breakfast food, service and pricing I have ever seen. Waitress brought one menu to a party of 5, then did not know any answers to simple question like how much is buffet for kids, don t know ask I think 5 dollars never confirmed about an item on the menu she said I have no clue what that is..wow.then said only been here two days, coffee well waited 20 minutes for a refill I watched the guy pour bottom of decaf into bottom of caff. coffee and tried to serve me it, when I said something he laughed and walked away. Help throwing, literally, dishes in to bus pans right beside guest then copped attitude when we said something it was like we were at a episode of Hell's Kitchen before Ramsey fixed it.Food was very dry over cooked and Omelettes were terrible and they made them wrong just thrown together and dry. I live here in Cleveland and have had lunch here and it was good not great but good enough I would eat lunch there possible but stay away from breakfast and you may have to guess what you pay for nothing is printed out just a tape off a calculator and they just add a bunch of numbers up and hand you the slip. I know we had a place in 1983 that use to do that but 2014 come on need to really get your act together cant imagine them getting a liquor license with that lack of management actually there was no management that we could identify or that came over and talked with us.
