Ordered traditional wings, got boneless. Called my number and ran away from the counter before I could get to it to ask for mayonnaise because they don't have any put out. If you live in GA, it's always Team Zaxby's or Team Chick-Fil-A. I'm Team Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately, I came on a Sunday and CFA is across the street, closed. I was sad. I settled for Zaxby's. We're in Cleveland after a hike up in the North Georgia Mountains. Cleveland is the closest town next to Helen that has civilization and not just tourist traps. Walking in, the floors were sticky. Customer service is nonexistent. So many people waiting for their order. We had to stand there for a minute before someone came out and asked what we wanted to order. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and asked for onion rings. It took a good ten minutes for the order to be ready. We took it to go. So instead of replacing fries, it was an order of onion rings. That's fine. Hubby can eat my fries. I took a bite. Not good. Then I ate the onion rings, so greasy and too dry. Now, for the spicy chicken. No.....it's one of my pet peeves if I ask for something spicy and you just add hot sauce on top. That's what this sandwich is. Plus theh bread is too sweet, too much sweet butter on it. Disappointed. 10/10 SHIT. I didn't get what I asked for and the manager didn't care. I know he didn't bc he laughed when I told him that I paid for food that I didn't get. The employees were very friendly, no one hit me with anything while I was there either. Its a new restaurant, the old one burned down and its recently re-opened. We went for lunch because we received a coupon in the meal for a few of their chicken strips. Food came out fast, was hot and fresh. I've recently came to this Zaxbys and got bad bad food poisoning the morning after I had eaten here, also a lot of my friends that have gotten food poisoning here this year and it has been awful, even my boyfriend got food poisoning with me. I suffered by throwing up every five minutes and a had a fever temp, I had chills and a bad stomach ache for two days, I also had to miss work for this. I love zaxby's but not this one! Very very slow, I had a coupon for a free sandwich it took them forever to figure out how to accept it. My wife had a salad got to the end of it and there was a hair in it. After several subsequent trips, I've noticed a definite decline in service and cleanliness. The trays they hand your with your food are always slimy (soap, hot water anyone?). My Cajun club basket was ok. Fries were all broken up. I think I got the bottom of the bin. Oh, and don't show up within an hour of closing. I walked in at 9pm and there were only 2 tables with customers and no one in line and about 10 tables were dirty. Employees were concentrating on closing duties (rolling up rugs, mopping). Kickin' Chicken is my favorite. My experience was very typically Zaxby's. Everything was hot and tasted good. Service was friendly and food came out quickly. Ketchup tasted funny. I think that is a problem with most Zaxby's now that I think about it. They must use an atypical brand. read more

Zazby's is the best. I live in CT but travel to GA to visit family. When I come down I literally dream of the next time Zaxby's and I will meet again. While eating lunch at Zaxbys in Cleveland GA today, an employee knocked me in the knee with a high chair. She was very apologetic. The owner also apologized. I am in considerable pain. Zaxby's Risk Management finally called at 4:30pm to say there was no way that this could have caused a medical necessity for treatment and they would NOT authorize any medical treatment! Of course they had not viewed the security tapes (pictures are worth a 1000 words--that coming from Jill at Risk Management). They are claiming pre-existing conditions! HOGWASH! ALSO might add that their cash registers weren't accepting debit or credit cards and when I handed the cashier cash to pay for the meal, he punch something on the register and handed me the cash back saying it wouldn't accept cash!!! I handed it back asking him to to take the money and put my order in! A manager said take his money and grabbed it! I think that was my clue that I should have left! HOW SAD--cause an injury to a customer and not want to even pay for an examination!!! How sad that one has to get an attorney to fight for what is due him! read more

Have you ever been to a Zaxby's??? Well I will tell you this........Out of all the Zaxby's I have been to this is the only one I have been to that does an overwhelmingly amazing job with guest service!!! They bring my food out to me when it is slow. Had one show me how to use an app on my phone to create and save personal made drinks from the freestyle machine. I even had one come sit at the table and ask how my visit was along with offering me a cookie or brownie to do a survey I normally would have ignored and not thought about. At the end of my visit I then get ready to take my trash and it was like they can read minds, a lady was there and offered to throw my trash away for me! I am starting to think this place is full service not quick service!!! But the food comes out too fast to be full service!!!! Awesome job at this location and many others could learn a lot just by following your direction. read more
