filled up at the adjacent gas station and just as I started up to pull out another car pulled in front of me and the driver just sat there sitting there... it didn't look like she was going anywhere soon so I got out locked the car and got something to eat at the attached food stuff place. kind of a lot of options on the boards at Fireball like Wings and Phillies and all that sort of stuff. asked the man at the counter what was quick; he suggested the Philly so that's what I got, peppers and cheese? okay... the place was pretty well full up with diners-in as well as several pickups but it still only took about seven minutes for me to get my sandwich. I was hoping to wave to the crazy lady on my way out but she had already left :-( didn't have my sammich until I got into Atlanta and unpacked. no longer hot or even warm but still moist and delicious with peppers and cheese and the bread was soft and pliable and folded along the crease so I could eat with one hand while searching for the Perry Mason channel with the other like a civilized person... alas, no PM on the TV so a quick shower and then some russian mafia action comedy until I got tired of being tired and went to sleep read more

I'm sitting here in Troy, Alabama licking my lips in anticipation of getting home to Commerce and going by Fireball later today. This place is the holy grail when it comes to wings!!! Honey hot, spicy garlic pepper, Carolina tangy, wet lemon pepper, are my faves. Their chicken fried rice is also to die for. Usually I have my order delivered to either mine or my lady friend's home, but today I'm driving their personally. IDC about the new traffic pattern at Banks Crossing, it's worth the experience. Oh and the peach flavored drink is wonderful also. If I could give Fireball Wings n Philly more than 5 stars I definitely would. If you're reading this and havie never tried their food, please do. Let me take a moment to extol the virtues of possibly the best restaurant in Commerce. Fireball Wings & Philly serves wings, Phillies, and more, but not Fireball whiskey sadly. There's a lot of interesting looking items on the menu, but I come here for the wings. I usually order a 10 wing combo with fries and a drink. At ~$15, it's not particularly cheap, but it's roughly in line with the current market. Choose from ~29 flavors. I honestly don't necessarily have a go to. I also would like to recommend Fireball consider adding a spicy barbecue sauce as one of the flavor options. The wings and fries have been perfect every single visit. It's honestly remarkable that they haven't missed yet considering how many times I've visited. As with anything, this is of course a matter of personal preference. I'm sure some may prefer extra crispy. They'll, of course, happily oblige any customer who requests it. Among the many great things about this restaurant is the fact that they don't nickel-and-dime you. All flats or all drums often carries a surcharge, but not at this restaurant. Some places (I'm looking at you Zaxby's) are very stingy with sauces. I'm sure there are hard limits to how much they will give for free, but I once saw the owner give a regular customer a few ramekins of yum yum sauce for no charge, even though the customer was prepared to pay. I usually choose to dine in, and the dining room is pretty comfortable. There are a ton of condiments available, including lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning. The drink options are standard in some ways but unique in others, with the option for Fruit Punch. and this Peach Drink, along with the usual soda favorites. I agree with Denise. This Korean owned restaurant is the best restaurant between Atlanta and Charlotte!! Offering 29+ wing flavors, Philly cheese steaks, gyros, and the best fried rice I have ever tasted!! The cheesesteaks were served perfectly on fresh bread that was not too soft that it broke and not so toasty that it hurts the mouth. The meat was delicious and not greasy at all! My daughter, who is traditionally picky, inhaled the wings so we ordered more. The fried rice was delectable, flavorful, not greasy and every bite had a little color and flavor kick with carrots, broccoli, and peas. Outstanding!! Even though it was busy, service was very efficient and friendly. I had a lovely talk with the lady at the counter- service with a smile is sadly rare these days but Fireball Wings and Philly has it! We dined in and there are about 5 tables to do so. The bathroom was clean as was the whole restaurant. We'll definitely, definitely come back when we make the drive again. DO NOT EAT HERE!! This is without a doubt the worst wing restaurant I've ever been to and ate at in my life. The wings were the smallest wing's I've ever seen. Very over cooked and dry, even with sauce on them. The sauce was not good either. The worst part though was the service. I called my order in, and asked if I could get all flats. They lady said "yeah sure". I asked her to list the flavors they have and she refused to list any of them to me even after I told her I was driving, didn't have a menu to look at for myself, and I had never been there before. Her excuse was "Sir, I'm not gonna name off all these flavors because we have 30 of them." When I got there the lady behind the counter (the one that took my order on the phone) was talking to some boy on her cellphone, yelling across the whole restaurant about how he "ignored" her text. The only thing she said was "Name?" Then said my total "41.82" then went back to arguing with him. I got my food, and there where more drums then flats. When I interrupted her apparently very important conversation, I asked if she gave me the wrong order. Her response was "Nope". I said "I asked for all flats and they gave me a lot of drums" she then responded with "Well Sir, when you order all flats or drums, you don't know if that's what you're gonna get." I said "WHAT??" She then repeated herself. I said "Well if I am the one paying for the food, then I should get what I asked for. She said "Sir, I'm just telling you that nothing is a guarantee. It's on the board." I said "What's on the board"-X3 She then said "Well I just expected customers to know that" keep in mind I still have no idea of what is on the board or what she meant. I said "Young lady, if I wasn't going to be able to get all flats with my order of 30 wings, then I wouldn't have ordered that. Do you understand what you're saying to me?" She then responded with "Well Sir, it doesn't matter to me if they're all flats or not. Do you want us to remake it?" I was absolutely blown away at how terrible this experience was. All I wanted to do was pick up some wings on my way to work... The ambience is also absolutely terrible but that doesn't bother me. Food terrible, service terrible, ambiance terrible.
