This is a very very bad sonic probably one of the worst, not having a sonic sign should symbolize how bad it is.

I was picking up an uber order, instructions said to pull into drive up spot and press red button, I waited 20 minutes before pulling into drive thru because i realized 4 crew members were standing outside smoking. I pull into drive thru and still had no response until another car pulled into the drive thru. Horrible service and working are getting paid to do nothing. Not only is it a waste of time for me as an uber driver but for the company. 0/10. read more

This had to have been thee SLOWEST drive through experience EVER. I really hope this was just an off day and not the norm. Several cars got out of line. COVID precautions: NONE VISIBLE. The drive thru employee was not wearing a mask and did not have on gloves. I didn't see hand sanitizers available for the patrons sitting outside either. I almost didn't want to take my shake when I saw the lack of precautions. The upside, the brownie blast shake was good with plenty of brownie pieces. read more

I sat in line for a hour waiting for my food and they got my order wrong so I had to wait another 25 minutes for my correct food Service is terrible they will look at you though the window and won't come out to see what's wrong with your order I would not recommend this place if you are in a hurry or want good food read more

TWO Terrible Trips in one week. Deserve ZERO stars. Waited for 25+ minutes, ordered a Cheesecake Master Shake. The DT cashier said, "Okay, a strawberry cheesecake shake!" So, I ordered again and she corrected it. We waited in line again and once we arrived at the window I asked her if the milkshake was melted before she handed it to me. She said, "I'll make you a new one." She literally turned around, picked another one up off the counter and handed it to me through the window. I thought a co-worker heard her and remade it while I paid. It was dark outside, about 9:15pm, so I couldn't see it very well but it looked fine and I drove away. It was actually a FREEZER BITTEN Vanilla Milkshake with small brown mystery chunks in the bottom of it. 100% NASTY and had to throw it away. *In the visit before this one I was charged for the wrong burger at the window and then the cashier ran to the back to correct the order. I arrived at home with one of the worst burgers I've ever seen. Could not even attempt to take a bite of it. What is wrong with the staff at this location? I will NEVER return. read more

Sonic was, at one time, one of my favorite fast food joints. Today's visit is the last in a string of disappointing visits. I had a foot long chili cheese Coney. The dog was not hot, the chili was thin and the cheese was almost non-existent. I got a strawberry slush that was so poorly mixed that it was like straight ice with no flavor. About an hour later the ice had softened to where I could stir it with my straw and I was able to conjure up a little strawberry flavor then. Also, my wife ordered the sonic burger without cheese. Guess what. She got cheese. She got a lemon slush. Her issue was the opposite of mine. The flavoring was mixed so strong that it actually tasted like insecticide. Sorry, Sonic. My last visit to this Sonic. My grandkids and I like to eat at Sonic because the food is usually good and a fast stop. The last two times we have eat at this Sonic the food was cold and took forever to arrive. I ordered a double and it was horrible. Two patties on a bun with one small piece of lettuce and a soggy tomato about three quarters of an inch thick and that was it. I was at home as I do not let the kids eat in the vehicle. Giving an establishment one star because you went through the drive thru after they closed, classy. Let's rate them based on their merits and quality instead shall we? Sonic is a great go to for fast food outside of the normal realm of burgers. They offer a great assortment of hotdogs, sandwiches, and even appetizers such as popcorn chicken, tater tots, jalapeño cheddar bites, and mozzarella sticks. Their dessert options are extensive in possibility. All at a reasonable price. I've never had any complaints to make about this particular sonic, and the staff is always friendly and proficient. I love Sonic But I just ate there this morning. horrible experience . I was ordering For my family and before I could order my wife's food they cut me off. I work at sliced pizza and I know what good customer service is and this place is lacking. I got my order and only got one order of tater tots. when I ordered two meals. I will never spend my money there again. I gave basically free money to a place that's pure shit. never going again. I don't recommend anyone to go either. This is a decent location to stop for dink's and shakes, but they aren't accepting mobile orders according to the app which was the only reason to go here as opposed to any other fast food place in the area. It means no more 1/2 price drinks all day and no more rewards as well. Whomp whomp. The only reason this post gets even one star is because you have to. I have never been so rudely talked to by someone young enough to be my child. We waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes...got to the order station no one ever came over the speaker. Went to the second order station still nothing and the car in front of us had moved very far ahead. We thought something had to be wrong with the speaker and moved to the window where a very rude young lady walked out and said the girl manning the window said that we should have waited at the ordering station. We explained that no one every came over the speaker. She said well she could hear y'all but her headset wasn't working so you could hear her? She said there was a sign that said something and we told her there was not a sign on the speaker...she replied with well it was there yesterday and we said well it isn't there now...we said will you take our order or what should we do and she stated that we needed to get back in the line that was around the building. My husband said something to her and she told us to get out of "her" drive thru. This was despicable customer service, but from what I am reading sounds like an ongoing problem. I wouldn't give this restaurant a dime of my money. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!! I know these are franchises but someone from SONIC corporate needs to check this store out.
