Visiting with my church. We called 2 weeks prior, the day before, and the day of, and the female manager in the yellow cardigan and blue shirt gave us a hard time since we apparently didn't reserve seats properly. Gave us major attitude. Half the tables got their drinks and food while the other half were still waiting to get drinks and silverware. I watched as 3 different managers stood around chatting with each other while waiters and even cooks were running around trying to serve the group. What's the point of a manager that won't help out at all? She kept checking her phone and leaning against the wall. For 3 tables of the 8, the got their food in record timing. The rest of us waited for 2 hours. 2 hours! We weren't even given silverware. One of us had to grab it from the stand. No answers or apologies

Clearly states on the breakfast menu that fried chicken is an option.

I said this the last time I ate at a cracker barrel and I should've stuck to it! I will never ate at Cracker Barrel again. I thought because I was in a different city it would be a different experience, but yet again they disappoint. I ordered fried chicken and grits for breakfast and the waitress came back after a few minutes and said they don't serve fried chicken for breakfast. I asked her why it is on the menu and she said she didn't know. Never again. It's always something with this stupid company!

We love stopping at a Cracker Barrel whenever we can find one along our route. We found this one right off the highway just in time for lunch. I ordered the Fried Chicken dinner and my wife ordered the Chicken and Dumplings dinner. Both were fresh, hot and delicious. Also had fun shopping in the shop afterwards. They have so many unusual things.

Driving back from North Carolina had to stop for brunch/dinner. As usual we stop at our go too place for a wonderful meal. We enjoy Cracker Barrel because you always get quality food for a good price. We had our standard meal Chicken Fried Steak and Country Fried Steak. Both of them were excellent and my wife had an extra crispy piece of Chicken to take home with her. The pinto beans and collards were spot on. I had the green beans and the Mac and cheese. They make the best southern green beans and I love them. Halie was our waitress and she was spot on the whole time. I really want to point out Alysia who was the greeter in the restaurant section. In between seating customers she was all over the restaurant wiping down tables so customers did not have to wait long times to be able to sit down and eat. Great job by her, she should be recognized by her boss.

This was once my go to for Sunday dinner and maybe a Thursday night out. Over the years, the service in the food quality deteriorated. This evening was such a wonderful departure. I came in early and was seated and greeted. My server came by and got my drink order quickly. She then came back to see what I wanted, and I had some questions about the menu. She answered all of these satisfactorily. Her name was Kylee. She's young, smart, beautiful, and a professional. She really knows what she's doing. I ordered the bowl of French onion soup, the chopped steak with mushrooms, gravy, and onions, the crispy, brussels sprouts and an iced tea. All came out satisfactory and on time. The soup was outstanding. It was like somebody actually cooked it in the back and then floated the bread and then put cheese on top and toasted it. It was a really good French onion soup . The chop steak was a nod to economy. It was a wonderful hamburger steak, with a wonderful gravy, mushroom and onion topping. Since that is part of the hamburger steak, it's not extra. I would've paid for these toppings on my hamburger steak. The crispy brussels sprouts were amazing, and came in a sweet honey sort of glaze. Which I used on my steak for a couple of bites. They're missing out but not putting the honey maple type glaze as an option for the steaks. That's just an opinion. When I got ready to go, Kylee asked me if I could have a tea to go. I accepted her offer. She then brought me out two glasses one with ice, and one with tea she said that would keep it from getting watered down. What a thoughtful young lady. While I was there, the manager came around and checked on me and wanted to know how they were doing. I told him they were doing great. It's like somehow this longhorn is the one that you see in the commercials where people are enjoying themselves, not the one that you always run into when you're traveling for the staff doesn't give a crap. This is a top notch, Longhorn. I enjoyed myself And I will die in here again.

Seven of us went there tonight and all had carry tasty meals. We were seated promptly and had very attentive and friendly waitress with plenty of southern hospitality. Steaks were good and cooked pretty much to various ways folks ordered them in our group. Salads were fresh with a nice offering of dressings. Their raspberry vinaigrette was very tasty that I had in my salad. Like everywhere prices have gone up and the bill came to $221 with beverages for seven of us. ( note: we all had non alcoholic drinks). I was a bit surprised they didn't have malt vinegar for their French fries , but that's no big deal. Overall I'd give them a solid 4 out of five stars and would recommend them to others looking for a good steak, for a reasonable price served with a smile. In general LHs always have good American steaks and cuisine, friendly service and always a clean LongHorn atmosphere.

Chix sand was very good per M / Burger was good per J/ Steak philly - I chopped up the asparagus and placed it into the sand - it was very good as well - honestly one of the better phillys I've had in recent times. Not a true authentic PHILLY mind you but very nice - flavor was good - meat - tender - I'd order it again - especially w/ a beer. Great service by Cassidy - she answered every question I had - even the question regarding lunch combo "premium" side stuff that was not very clearly explained in the menu. I would almost say mis-leading. Cassidy very clearly explained it and was courteous - can't get better n that. A real good review for you Miss Cassidy. This is my very first time ever eating at this place, and unless there is absolutely no other food options available wherever I am, and I am on the very Verge of utter starvation, it could quite possibly be the last. First off, I did a mobile order, and by the time I walked across the street, the nice girl was already boxing and bagging it. I only interacted with that one employee, but she was super nice. The restaurant was really clean, but I only spent about 2 minutes in it. As far as fast food chicken goes, in my opinion, Popeyes is the Pinnacle of fried chicken. And their sides are superior to that of other places. I sort of think that this place is trying to emulate popeyes, by their choice of sides, (similar to how that DUMP and joke of a burger place called five guys, which I have no idea how they're still in business because their food straight out sucks and it's overpriced) tries to emulate in and out. (but on side note, both places lack flavor and seasoning). I ordered a three piece, 2 thigh and one drumstick meal, with dirty rice and coleslaw as my sides. The dirty rice, especially compared to popeyes, just sucks straight ass. Super bland and unflavorful. The coleslaw, is typical slaw you get at a fast food joint. Reasonably priced at around $11, because if you paid any more, and you were like me, you would be very disappointed. The chicken, was cooked well, but just lacks flavor. I even used some Louisiana hot sauce on it per the norm, and I had a few packets of Cajun sparkle from Popeyes with me, that I put on the rice, along with my hot sauce, and it was mediocre at best. I can't blame the employees for the food quality and taste, because that's a corporate thing, but I will say hands down Popeyes destroys this place. And even KFC in my opinion is a lot better than this place. No complaints about service, just not my thing. At least I can say I tried it, and they tried, but it's just mind blowing how all these franchises are able to thrive with a lackluster product, especially in a very competitive market surrounded by multiple restaurants in the immediate area. Hopefully their loyal customer base never tries a different fried chicken joint. If the service and employees weren't so good, this would be more of a 1 1/2 star review. The food just really isn't all that great.

It's probably been 30+ years since I've been to a Sonny's which was back in Albany, I used to love it. Today was more like a "well it's ok". We walked in and were greeted quickly by a friendly host and seated in a nice booth. Another reviewer talked about the black walls and LED lights and yeah, that made for some lighting odd contrasts. The menu is large and there is a seasonal spring menu with some specials. Oddly I did not see prices on the seasonally menu, but that could have been the odd lighting. I ordered the seasonal brisket grilled cheese with fries, Megan had the sliced pork sandwich with a baked potato. The brisket grilled cheese was strangely bland. It is advertised as brisket in queso sauce between two slices of cheese on Texas toast. For all that cheese I didn't taste it much. I tried dipping it in each of four (original, smokey, spicy, and sweet) sauces. The sauce fully overwhelmed the sandwich. The fries were crinkle cut which is the only way to make a BBQ fry and they were near perfect. The pork had a kind of warmed over flavor to it, not bad, just ok. The potato came with a tube of sour cream and two pats of butter. Service was excellent and our waitress brought us new drinks to take with us. With more flavorful food I would eat here again.
