Here's We visited Whataburger recently and, unfortunately, the experience was a bit of a letdown. We waited about half an hour for three burgers and a fry, which seemed excessive for a fast-food restaurant. While we were surprised by how large the regular burgers were, the taste was underwhelming. There wasn't anything particularly special about them to set them apart from other burger chains. I'm glad I gave them a try, but based on this experience, I don't see myself visiting the new locations opening nearby anytime soon. read more

I do not write reviews on fast food. But OMG. I had my first Whataburger experience in Georgia on a road trip. The place was sparkling clean, the staff was friendly. We tried a little of everything.... burgers, breakfast biscuits, onion rings, fries, other things. Everything hot, everything well cooked, everything generously portioned. The burgers were EXCELLENT. The fries were hot and salted perfectly, as if this place actually CARED about what they were serving. Just absolutely an excellent food experience for the price. If they had a Whataburger in my area I would never ever have to eat any other burger -- that includes YOU, Five Guys, and you know how I feel about you! My only little complaint is the cheap styro cups they use for drinks. When I opened my lid, there were flecks of styro floating in my drink that had been abraded off the cup when they put the lid on. That needs to be addressed. Next time (if I get back to GA) I will say "no lid." read more

This place is a complete S**t show! Nothing but a bunch of foul mouthed hooligans running this place for starters. Took forever for them to assist because of the drama and behavior they had going on in the back (had to finish gossiping first. ) OF COURSE Messed up my order 3 times because they are so busy back there playing and cursing up a storm. "Manager" didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom just walked out... then proceeded to go serve food. I don't know how they have a 100 sanitation score because the place is full of flies dead and alive the people sitting behind us wouldn't even eat at the table because of all the flies. Someone needs to get some sort of hold on this establishment. The food was burnt also. My patty melt was black and flaking after the 3rd time I finally got what I was ordered that is.. just a disgusting disgrace and couldn't even get an apology and I was nothing but nice.. way nicer than anyone else would of been in my shoes. Never been to a whataburger that was this bad. So bad I couldn't even eat my food. And I LOVE a good patty melt. Not today sadly. read more

My husband and I have visited several times after bowling late on Thursday nights. The service and food have been exceptional each time! The manager has come out to check on us even though we have been the only customers in the building. The place is clean! We will continue to make this our late night stop for hot food and good service! read more

I wouldn't recommend this location if you expect to receive all of your food. This is the second time they have not given me my onion rings. I called and their resolve was for me to come back in. YOU didn't give me all of my food, YOU should send a delivery driver to deliver it to me. read more

Came by on a family emergency trip to NC for a quick bite. The burger and chicken were good but the service was slow and the burger was not how we ordered however the counter guy fixed it with no issues.Typical fast food ambiance casual like McDonald's. I really try to like this place, but the past two (only) times i've been here my order has been wrong. I've specifically asked for no tomato and no bacon on my burger both times. The first experience my burger was loaded down with tomatoes, and tonight I had 1 singular piece of bacon and 1 tomato, even after going over it with the order taker and her clarifying she will be telling the kitchen. They even went to the extent of putting a "special" sticker on the wrapper. I normally don't post negative reviews, but it's just so upsetting when such a simple task is messed up every single time. Not a pleasant experience. Took a long time to order, and even longer time to receive our food. The tables and chairs were dirty. The restrooms were gross; garbage flowing onto floor, paper towels dispenser broken, sink was brown, and there was NO SOAP. How do the employees wash their hands? Stopped by at 7 AM this morning, my first visit to this store. Hadn't tried Whataburger since visiting a store in Texas a few years ago that was not well maintained and had food that was just okay. This store is way better and is open 24 hours. The first thing I noticed was that the menu display showed both breakfast and burgers. I asked if I could get a burger, and Stacy said yes, they had burgers available 24 hours. Stacy was pleasant and helpful, and the double cheeseburger I had was excellent - good quality meat and very fresh veggies. The store was very clean. Most importantly, the place seemed well managed and properly staffed to provide good service. I understand why fast food places are having trouble with staffing, but am so tired of grumpy employees and poor service in other chains. I stopped at Wendy's up the street the other day, arriving at 6:35 AM, five minutes after their drive-thru opened. They took my money, told me to move to a waiting spot, and delivered my food at 6:57 AM. The woman who brought the food apologized for the wait, saying that they "didn't have their act together" that morning. By comparison, Whataburger's service was wonderful. I didn't expect quick service when ordering a burger at 7 AM, but the burger was delivered quickly, made well, and clearly was not from a patty reheated from the day before.
