25+ minutes at curbside for 2 lemonades ordered through app. Not even that busy. Ridiculous... Got my drinks after going inside. The ice was mostly melted. Placed a breakfast online order for curbside pickup before breakfast ended and they charged my card. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 and they cancelled my order and told me I couldn't get breakfast. I spoke with Abel (sorry excuse for a manager) and he didn't give any other resolution. I asked for the owners number and he said it was on the wall. I called the number and Abel answered and said the owner was in a meeting all day. Simply placed my order before 10:30 and they took my money and then cancelled, sorry excuse for a restaurant and they didn't seem to want to assist and were more inconvenienced by me. read more

Let me start by saying I love Chik fil A. Unfortunately todays visit was not good. The place was really busy. We both ordered the basic chicken sandwich meal. Both pieces of chicken we're really dark. It tasted over done, as if it was overcooked in old oil. I was so disappointed. The waffle fries were good. The ketchup packets they have we're impossible to open by either of us. We both have arthritis and it apparently takes more strength than we had to tear it open. This added to our frustration during the meal. The ice tea and lemonade were perfect. I'm not giving up on Chik Fill, I hope my next trip is better. read more

My husband eats at the Cornelia CFA 6 days a week, almost literally. I can't remember a single time that our order has ever been incorrect, cold, or otherwise anything less than perfect. First off, I love their food. It's perfect 9/10 times. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Service is quick and easy. I like that they say, "Have a blessed day" at the window. My only complaint is during the summer months I hate seeing employees standing outside taking people's orders, in the heat (close to 100 degrees) wearing black pants and what I assume is a polyester blend shirt that can't be very airy. Their faces are bright red and their drenched in sweat. I was told they aren't out there long but even 20 minutes in the Georgia heat is horrible! There HAS to be a better way to do this or just go back to using the drive-thru speaker. Isn't that what it's there for? How is it more efficient for them to stand out there. The chit chat behind the counter and near the drive through window could be a little less and that's the only reason for the four star. Just got back from lunch on the Grand Opening of the Chick-Fil-A in Cornelia, GA. As always, the service was fantastic. The food was prepared well, even considering the insane amount of people eating there at lunch. The food is always consistent, which is one of the things I really like about CFA. Sadly, I wasn't one of the fitst 100 in or I would have received a years supply of CFA sandwiches. But that's ok, I didn't want to stand in line for two days ;-) Anyway, great service, food and I loved just being someplace thats literally brand new. read more

Mgr grabbed my son up by the arm & pulled him to her face saying, "If you try to break in you will be banned from the play area". He wasn't trying to break in. He was asking her what was in the room (play area). He was five. This was abusive behavior on her part. There were 2 boys. One was white and one was black. Nothing was said to the white boy at all and he was actually trying to get inside. When the owner called eventually (4 emails and social media posting), he apologized for us "taking it this way". He said she is a "nice person". He basically called us a liar. Conveniently for them, there are no cameras. read more

The food as usual for any Chick-fil-A was spot on. However as soon as we walked in we were attacked by so many flies and it remained that way the whole meal which was an awful experience. When the host came around to ask how the meal was I said the food was fabulous but the flies are ot or control, he agrees and said they "treat for them every day"....so they know it's an issue and it's not fixed. It took seven booths before we could find one that was not dirty. They were not understaffed - Lots of people were taking breaks! And the air was not as cool as it should be in the middle of summer. Let me start by saying I love Chick-fil-A. I have always been pleased by the quality of the food, the pleasant attitude of the employees, the locations are always clean and 99.9% of the time, my order is correct. With that being said, I am giving the Cornelia location a 2 star. I have been to this location numerous times and most of the time, I leave disappointed. The quality of the food is not the problem. On more than 1 visit I have seen several employees in groups laughing and talking instead of waiting on the customers. On tonights visit, I ordered a side salad with x cheese. (And no I do not mind paying for this.) When my salad came out there was very little cheese and when I made a comment to the employee, she informed me, that was x cheese. I have always ordered my salad the same and never had any issue. Very disappointed with the attitude of some of the employees. read more

I've been here several times with great food, but not this time. I had gone through the drive thru. My order was messed up & I did not realize it until driving 15 miles home in the pouring rain. I had 4 orders, 3 were wrong. My husband was recovering from the flu, my 2 children starving, I was exhaused from a long day @ work. It was my husband & children's order that were wrong. Where do I start? This is without a doubt the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Girl on drive-thru speaker seemed like I was annoying her. Got to the window, no hello, nothing. Just a girl repeating my order back to me. I asked "you guys don't say my pleasure, not even a thank you"?? She didn't ask if I wanted any sauces. Then when I asked for sauce it was like an annoyance once again. I told her I'd go inside and get my sauce from a manager. Went inside and one girl is talking to employees at a table.
