I shouldn't have to be paying close to 10 dollars for a meal and have my spicy chicken biscuit have a piece of chicken be half the size of the biscuit.

another lame serving of waffle pieces.

another lame serving of waffle pieces cant even get ketchup on them and this started at top just took photo late

My first chick sandwich. It was fresh and so yummy! I opted for a plain and the chicken was so flavorful and satisfying. The place was very clean. The bathroom even offered mouth wash. The variety of sauces and wet naps were a plus. A very nice alternative to the usual fast food options!

Placed a breakfast online order for curbside pickup before breakfast ended and they charged my card. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 and they cancelled my order and told me I couldn't get breakfast. I spoke with Abel (sorry excuse for a manager) and he didn't give any other resolution. I asked for the owners number and he said it was on the wall. I called the number and Abel answered and said the owner was in a meeting all day. Simply placed my order before 10:30 and they took my money and then cancelled, sorry excuse for a restaurant and they didn't seem to want to assist and were more inconvenienced by me.

If you have arthritis, you're not getting ketchup!

Let me start by saying I love Chik fil A. Unfortunately todays visit was not good. The place was really busy. We both ordered the basic chicken sandwich meal. Both pieces of chicken we're really dark. It tasted over done, as if it was overcooked in old oil. I was so disappointed. The waffle fries were good. The ketchup packets they have we're impossible to open by either of us. We both have arthritis and it apparently takes more strength than we had to tear it open. This added to our frustration during the meal. The ice tea and lemonade were perfect. I'm not giving up on Chik Fill, I hope my next trip is better.

The menu is extensive and is made up of various baked goods designed in the UK, France, and Italy (and maybe more). Megan had a chicken salad sandwich that had bacon, some fruit, and was on focaccia. Megan enjoyed it a lot. I had some butternut squash soup and a steak pie. Both were mighty tasty. I had a good laugh when the owner said to be sure to use all the gravy. LOL you dont know me, I will take two gravies! We had a few baked goods to go including a pasty, croissant, and a bear claw. These were good but as with all freshly made baked goods you need to eat soon, don't let it linger! Oh yeah, looking at my photos the reason that we went to FWS in the first place was to pick up some baguettes to make banh mi sandwiches, and those were great.

I dropped in the next morning and was greeted by the owner. His smile and friendly demeanor are a welcome treat. He told me about the selections, how to best enjoy them and which he suggested. I left with more than I planned, but it all looked so good, smelled so good and he was so passionate about his craft that I just wanted to try them all. The chocolate croissant is still my favorite, but the blueberry scone is a close second.

I literally work just a few hundred yards from this store, so I go in probably once a month on…read moreaverage for lunch. I went in today a larger than normal crowd, saw a deal on the app that looked good, so I online ordered standing in the restaurant. Either way, a customer ahead of me was having a tough time and was frustrated with the staff at the counter. Anyhow, when it was my turn I just let them know I was there instead of drive-thru as app was directing me, and waited. Pretty soon, a lady on staff (whose nametag I believe started with "J" but never saw the whole name) came up (I assume she was a manager) and looked at my order - it got sent to wrong store - I thought I selected correctly but could have been operator error. Anyhow, she nicely and patiently pointed that out and admitted the app had been giving problems - anyway, I just said "well, this is just too much aggravation" and left the store. I stopped on the sidewalk in front and checked my phone again to try and figure out what had gone wrong, and called the store that got the order in error to get refunded. Next thing I know this manager is beside me, asking if "I got the app to work." I told her that I hadn't figured it out yet but it wasn't her fault (which it wasn't). So she said if I did, she'd basically double my original deal I was trying to get. So long story short, I did, and she did, and the deal was for the new spicy southern shrimp and they were EXCELLENT - as good as I've had in some better restaurants even. And the rest of my order was good (as it has been usually at this location). I wanted to write this even before I read the (unfortunate) poor reviews here - as I say - I've been coming in here for about 1 year without any issues, but even if there have been for others, Manager "J" showed the type of customer concern and leadership that Zaxby should require from all staff. If there have been issues at this location, if "J" continues in this fashion, they won't last long. I also discovered once I was outside the big crowd was due to a tour bus group. So "J" took the time to make sure I was satisfied despite having a big rush. Again, this is a level of customer service that will continue to serve her and Zaxby's well. And try the shrimp, they're great!

Chipotle dressing (it's vegan!). This bowl was perfect! You can they use fresh ingredients that are high quality. I love with places have vegan options that they take the time to make delicious. Tofu said it was seasoned, but it was way better than I thought it would be. First time coming here but will definitely be back. Super chill vibe, decently quiet and great customer service! They have feee wifi if you want to work while here or use it just because. My total came to $18 with added toppings and a sparkling water. I don't mind the pricing - you can't compare it to Chipotle and it's in The Square. It's totally worth it! Same owners as Consuelo, which is a few doors down. If you have not be en there yet, run now to dine in!

I chose the Chef Salad, no tomatoes. As you can see by the picture, this salad really needs the color of tomatoes, and is very bland without them. Also, in a deli, I was expecting sliced, rather than shaved, meats. I personally find shaved meats very unappetizing. But because I was hungry, and had ordered it, I ate the salad. I had a side of potato salad, too, which I found more to my liking. Hubby had the Cuban. The waitress said the bread is made locally. He found the sandwich to be adequate. We probably will try other restaurants in the area on future visits.

I walked into this bright and colorful cafeteria style restaurant and noticed the beautifully colored pictures on the wall. The ambiance her is casual but it does set a little undertone of sophistication. The restaurant is immaculate. With everything in its rightful place, I saw high tops seating with tables and table and chair with cushion seating. Very comfortable! It served me well to sit at the high top seating as I find that more comfortable for me and it is very, very quiet here. The person making that salad greeted me as I approach. I guess he was waiting to see if I was going to use the kiosk as several others did while i waited for food to be prepared. I was the only one dining in, everyone else took there's to go and a few Uber Eats or Door dash showed up. I ordered The balsamic shrimp salad, it has lettuce mix, grilled shrimp, pickled radish, edamame, purple cabbage, seasoned corn, sesame seed, croutons, and balsamic vinegar dressing. I asked to add avocado and MJ us the seasoned corn. This salad was a perfect balance for me. Not too filling. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing is not one of my favorites so I sprinkled it on not too heavy. I also had the ITOEN unsweetened Bold Green Tea. It had a bold flavor, hence the name. I will be here until Saturday so I'll come back two more days. On my way out, I stopped by the laboratory to find it was near and tidy as well. As I left the restaurant, I heard a female worker thanking me for coming in. Awesome customer service today.

Parking was super convenient -- we found a spot right on the street out front. There wasn't any music while we were there, but it seems like a great setup for it. Our server was friendly and checked in on us a few times, which we appreciated. As for food and drinks, I ordered a Pineapple Paloma -- definitely a unique twist on the classic! I actually liked the unexpected smoky tropical flavor, though my husband took one sip and said "Ew, no!" (LOL). We split two sandwiches: the Pesto Grilled Cheese and the Italian Ciabatta. Both were tasty, with crisp bread and fresh, flavorful fillings. The chips were standard, and the side salad was simple -- nothing special, but no complaints either. Overall, it was a solid lunch spot. I'd definitely consider coming back, especially if there's live music next time -- I imagine that would add a great vibe to the experience!
