My son's favorite restaurant. We eat here way too much. But always clean, kind, and accurate!

Not all Chick-Fil-A's are created equal. I think this one is exceptional. We are here at least once a week. The staff is familiar, and I'm sure we're familiar to them as well. I love how clean the restaurant and play area always is. How strong the WiFi is when I need to work. And most of all, how genuinely kind everyone is. Too bad the rest of the world can't model themselves after this CFA. Keep it up, Cornelia!

I shouldn't have to be paying close to 10 dollars for a meal and have my spicy chicken biscuit have a piece of chicken be half the size of the biscuit.

another lame serving of waffle pieces.

My first chick sandwich. It was fresh and so yummy! I opted for a plain and the chicken was so flavorful and satisfying. The place was very clean. The bathroom even offered mouth wash. The variety of sauces and wet naps were a plus. A very nice alternative to the usual fast food options!

Placed a breakfast online order for curbside pickup before breakfast ended and they charged my card. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 and they cancelled my order and told me I couldn't get breakfast. I spoke with Abel (sorry excuse for a manager) and he didn't give any other resolution. I asked for the owners number and he said it was on the wall. I called the number and Abel answered and said the owner was in a meeting all day. Simply placed my order before 10:30 and they took my money and then cancelled, sorry excuse for a restaurant and they didn't seem to want to assist and were more inconvenienced by me.

If you have arthritis, you're not getting ketchup!

Let me start by saying I love Chik fil A. Unfortunately todays visit was not good. The place was really busy. We both ordered the basic chicken sandwich meal. Both pieces of chicken we're really dark. It tasted over done, as if it was overcooked in old oil. I was so disappointed. The waffle fries were good. The ketchup packets they have we're impossible to open by either of us. We both have arthritis and it apparently takes more strength than we had to tear it open. This added to our frustration during the meal. The ice tea and lemonade were perfect. I'm not giving up on Chik Fill, I hope my next trip is better.

There were several regulars that were popping in to get their fresh baked leaves of bread. The owner is a British man with a wonderful personality and accent. We ordered a plain ham sandwich which was hand sliced ham on fresh baked bread, and a Brie, Parma ham, and fig jam sandwich on fresh bread. This is not a fast food restaurant, it's one guy doing everything, and it's worth the wait. This may be the best sandwich I've ever eaten! Everything he does with food is intentional and the quality is second to none. The place is super clean, and you can tell he's glad that you're there to try his food. Some may think that his pricing is high, but rest assured the quality and taste outweigh the price. It's worth the money. He has assorted chips and a variety of cold drinks. My wife and I were visiting, but when we come back this will be the first lunch I eat. Collin (the owner) thanked us for coming. 5 stars all day long.

The menu is extensive and is made up of various baked goods designed in the UK, France, and Italy (and maybe more). Megan had a chicken salad sandwich that had bacon, some fruit, and was on focaccia. Megan enjoyed it a lot. I had some butternut squash soup and a steak pie. Both were mighty tasty. I had a good laugh when the owner said to be sure to use all the gravy. LOL you dont know me, I will take two gravies! We had a few baked goods to go including a pasty, croissant, and a bear claw. These were good but as with all freshly made baked goods you need to eat soon, don't let it linger! Oh yeah, looking at my photos the reason that we went to FWS in the first place was to pick up some baguettes to make banh mi sandwiches, and those were great.

I went in today a larger than normal crowd, saw a deal on the app that looked good, so I online ordered standing in the restaurant. Either way, a customer ahead of me was having a tough time and was frustrated with the staff at the counter. Anyhow, when it was my turn I just let them know I was there instead of drive-thru as app was directing me, and waited. Pretty soon, a lady on staff (whose nametag I believe started with "J" but never saw the whole name) came up (I assume she was a manager) and looked at my order - it got sent to wrong store - I thought I selected correctly but could have been operator error. Anyhow, she nicely and patiently pointed that out and admitted the app had been giving problems - anyway, I just said "well, this is just too much aggravation" and left the store. I stopped on the sidewalk in front and checked my phone again to try and figure out what had gone wrong, and called the store that got the order in error to get refunded. Next thing I know this manager is beside me, asking if "I got the app to work." I told her that I hadn't figured it out yet but it wasn't her fault (which it wasn't). So she said if I did, she'd basically double my original deal I was trying to get. So long story short, I did, and she did, and the deal was for the new spicy southern shrimp and they were EXCELLENT - as good as I've had in some better restaurants even. And the rest of my order was good (as it has been usually at this location). I wanted to write this even before I read the (unfortunate) poor reviews here - as I say - I've been coming in here for about 1 year without any issues, but even if there have been for others, Manager "J" showed the type of customer concern and leadership that Zaxby should require from all staff. If there have been issues at this location, if "J" continues in this fashion, they won't last long. I also discovered once I was outside the big crowd was due to a tour bus group. So "J" took the time to make sure I was satisfied despite having a big rush. Again, this is a level of customer service that will continue to serve her and Zaxby's well. And try the shrimp, they're great!

A variety of proteins and toppings to choose from. Vegan friendly, which is my fave! Build your own bowl. Wild rice, romaine lettuce, black and pinto beans. Tofu for the protein (cooked fresh and was delectable!). 4 toppings are included. I chose chickpeas, cucumbers, beets and cabbage. Bought 2 additional - edamame and black olives. Chipotle dressing (it's vegan!). This bowl was perfect! You can they use fresh ingredients that are high quality. I love with places have vegan options that they take the time to make delicious. Tofu said it was seasoned, but it was way better than I thought it would be. First time coming here but will definitely be back. Super chill vibe, decently quiet and great customer service! They have feee wifi if you want to work while here or use it just because. My total came to $18 with added toppings and a sparkling water. I don't mind the pricing - you can't compare it to Chipotle and it's in The Square. It's totally worth it! Same owners as Consuelo, which is a few doors down. If you have not be en there yet, run now to dine in!

I was immediately greeted by friendly Chop Shop associate Victoria. I ordered a sandwich to go for my wife. She wanted the Grinder sandwich. This came with ham, turkey, salami, provolone, mayo, house greens, tomato, onion, banana pepper, oregano, and red wine vinaigrette on multigrain-sliced bread. She also wanted the strawberry ginger lemonade. She said the sandwich was a really good size (meaning that she could only eat half) and shared it with our daughter. They both said it was delicious and both rated it 9 out of 10 for the same reason. They would have liked the sandwich on a hoagie roll instead of the bread. They said nothing was wrong with the bread, except that they both felt the sandwich would have been better on a hoagie roll if that had been an option. I was here for a Yelp event. I ordered one of the Made For You bowls, the Hot Honey Chicken bowl + Hummus. It came with brown rice, house greens tossed in red wine vinaigrette, cucumber, tomato, banana pepper, red pepper hummus, hot honey sauce, Greek yogurt sauce, and house-baked tortilla chips sprinkled with Parmesan. I had the chips on the side because I wanted my bowl gluten-free. The bowl was delicious. I would definitely get it again. I also had the strawberry ginger lemonade, which is freshly made as needed, since I saw Victoria juicing ginger for another batch of lemonade while I was eating. All of the other Make It Original options sounded delicious, too. I plan on returning to try more of their bowls. Overall, this was a great experience, and we definitely recommend the original Chop Shop.

I walked into this bright and colorful cafeteria style restaurant and noticed the beautifully colored pictures on the wall. The ambiance her is casual but it does set a little undertone of sophistication. The restaurant is immaculate. With everything in its rightful place, I saw high tops seating with tables and table and chair with cushion seating. Very comfortable! It served me well to sit at the high top seating as I find that more comfortable for me and it is very, very quiet here. The person making that salad greeted me as I approach. I guess he was waiting to see if I was going to use the kiosk as several others did while i waited for food to be prepared. I was the only one dining in, everyone else took there's to go and a few Uber Eats or Door dash showed up. I ordered The balsamic shrimp salad, it has lettuce mix, grilled shrimp, pickled radish, edamame, purple cabbage, seasoned corn, sesame seed, croutons, and balsamic vinegar dressing. I asked to add avocado and MJ us the seasoned corn. This salad was a perfect balance for me. Not too filling. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing is not one of my favorites so I sprinkled it on not too heavy. I also had the ITOEN unsweetened Bold Green Tea. It had a bold flavor, hence the name. I will be here until Saturday so I'll come back two more days. On my way out, I stopped by the laboratory to find it was near and tidy as well. As I left the restaurant, I heard a female worker thanking me for coming in. Awesome customer service today.
