I literally work just a few hundred yards from this store, so I go in probably once a month on average for lunch. I went in today a larger than normal crowd, saw a deal on the app that looked good, so I online ordered standing in the restaurant. Either way, a customer ahead of me was having a tough time and was frustrated with the staff at the counter. Anyhow, when it was my turn I just let them know I was there instead of drive-thru as app was directing me, and waited. Pretty soon, a lady on staff (whose nametag I believe started with "J" but never saw the whole name) came up (I assume she was a manager) and looked at my order - it got sent to wrong store - I thought I selected correctly but could have been operator error. Anyhow, she nicely and patiently pointed that out and admitted the app had been giving problems - anyway, I just said "well, this is just too much aggravation" and left the store. I stopped on the sidewalk in front and checked my phone again to try and figure out what had gone wrong, and called the store that got the order in error to get refunded. Next thing I know this manager is beside me, asking if "I got the app to work." I told her that I hadn't figured it out yet but it wasn't her fault (which it wasn't). So she said if I did, she'd basically double my original deal I was trying to get. So long story short, I did, and she did, and the deal was for the new spicy southern shrimp and they were EXCELLENT - as good as I've had in some better restaurants even. And the rest of my order was good (as it has been usually at this location). I wanted to write this even before I read the (unfortunate) poor reviews here - as I say - I've been coming in here for about 1 year without any issues, but even if there have been for others, Manager "J" showed the type of customer concern and leadership that Zaxby should require from all staff. If there have been issues at this location, if "J" continues in this fashion, they won't last long. I also discovered once I was outside the big crowd was due to a tour bus group. So "J" took the time to make sure I was satisfied despite having a big rush. Again, this is a level of customer service that will continue to serve her and Zaxby's well. And try the shrimp, they're great! read more

The food was hot and fresh, and the service was quick. I didn't love that they basically had Eeyore outside taking orders (couldn't they let someone who doesn't very obviously hate dealing with people do the order-taking?), and there were a bunch of pointless cones in the parking lot that made it confusing to know where to go. read more

They asked me to "wait " at the drive thru for 20 mins. They Did not take my order. I pull up to the window to place my order and they told me I have to get back in line. I don't not recommend coming here. Very rude. Didn't even open the window to talk to me read more

Great food good job cooks. Now the costumer service is terrible you guys and girls really need to check your attitude. This is the second time we have come to get food and had to correct our order, and both times you guys have been rude. As someone that has worked in the fast food the customer service is what makes or breaks the company and you guys and girls are giving this location a bad name. read more

this location is RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL!! and overall some of the most outright offensive and insulting employees toward customers. I went earlier in the day and got my child a kids nibbler, which they sold me with no hesitation later that evening I return to get the exact same thing which they repetitively tell me that they will not sell me because they no longer have it that I can buy a large order or that I cannot purchase it. read more

Consistently good food here at the Cornelia, GA Zaxby's. It's much newer than the Clarkesville location. The same good service as well. A bit cleaner that the cville loc. Love the Chicken Finger Sandwich in Tongue Touch... Not sure what it is about Zaxby's they FILL your cup to the top with ice. Thats the one thing that drives me crazy. read more

After ordering my food the guy that took my order repeated my order and everything was right when I got to the window and was getting my drinks I had ordered 4drinks and only got 3, I then told the girl up front at the window that I was missing a drink she started getting a attitude with me after I asked her nicely. She slammed the window at me, I will for sure make sure to call cooperate next time. We went through drive-thru Sunday 9/5/2021 and the gentleman that helped us with our order was so polite and made sure our order was correct. This is the first time in a long time we weren't rushed through the drive-thru, and our order was PERFECT! I wish I had asked for his name because he really does deserve recognition. Restaurant always seems dirty and 9 times out of ten when I check my to go order, it isn't correct. I learned a long time ago to not go to the drive thru because of issues with the order almost always being wrong and not knowing until I got home. Now I go inside to order and while the service isn't any better it does make it easier to check the order before leaving. While there last night waiting on a to go order, no less than 5 people returned to the counter with various problems with orders. I'm not sure where the breakdown occurs at this location but there's another fast food chicken chain less than a mile away where it's always their pleasure to serve you. read more

This is basically the same Zaxby's anywhere else in America... However it should be known that they have the first coca cola freestyle machine in the habersham area that I have seen! During peak hours this place runs slow at noon to one pm but it's fresh then. I've gotten chicken finger plates here that weren't so good around 11:30 am which is a first cause everywhere else it's usually hot and fresh. I do feel that their zalads are better than most other locations because of the better mix of veggies and the presentation of the zalad. read more

Wife stopped here today. She always bought take out chicken for her and parents.Parking lot is normally full and the chicken is hot and tender and fries are hot. Today the parking lot was empty and the chicken and fries were hard and tough. Very disappointed. She is not sure if one of her favorite places has gone downhill permanently or it was a bad day. read more

I'd like to start this off by saying, I am a former employee at this Zaxbys location, and I have seen a lot with how they handle their "restaurant," if you so prefer to call it that. First and for most, this place is kept in awful shape, dishes are not kept clean until the end of the night, the children don't change their gloves when handling raw chicken, then making salad/ handling the cooked food. On top of that, the people who do get their jobs done are treated with such disrespect by management, its almost unbelievable how terrible they are to hard working employeess. All these were factors in causing me to quit, but nowthey are refusing to pay me for the hours I worked. My hours are "missing from the computer," and now I'm being spoken to like a dog by Scotland and Jennifer. If you'd like to support a place that doesn't care about cleanliness, and does not respect their employees enough to even pay them right, be my guest. Chicken always has cool spots (not entirely done) fries constantly mix between too tough (over done) or soggy. Usually get the boneless wings with sweet and spicy and the last three times I've gotten that order,over last 2-3 months, the chicken is cold. I have hesitated returning to Zaxby's because of this but have given them another chance Not anymore because three times is a strike out! Prices have also gone up. read more

Stopped in here for a quick meal passing through. At least we thought it would be quick. Ordered two meals waited 30 min. Several people came in and ordered after us and got their food in 20 minutes. After another 10 minutes, went back to get my refund to leave. Took another 5 minutes. Lady came out from the back, returned my money like it was no big deal. Meal never did come out. Will not return to this place again. Poor management! Most Zaxby's are excellent. This one is not. Yep, poor management! read more
