We have been to several McAlisters locations, and all were very good EXCEPT for this location. Ordered the French Dip, a SIXTEEN DOLLAR sandwich and it was nothing but fat and gristle. When I complained, the cashier told me that I must be confusing the melted cheese with fat. I assure you, I know the difference between cheese and gristle. They did give an immediate refund when I insisted. Several unattended dirty tables lead me to believe that nobody here cares. This McAlisters is always empty. Now we know why. The food was not the problem. The restaurant charged my card for the food I ate. A week later, they refunded me the money and then charged EXACTLY DOUBLE what I originally paid. The manager, Daniel, was nice, though a little condescending, didn't quite understand what I was telling him, although I had emails and notifications that showed that they 'updated the transaction to include tip'. It took them 24 hours to tell me it was my bank and they only saw one transaction (which was not even the price that I paid to begin with, even though I sent them screen shots of the exact amounts). They took no responsibility, and the the information they gave me did not align with my transaction amount. Very disappointing. Too many establishments around for me to ever want to go back and just give money away. read more

The food is excellent but the people working there are so rude, judgmental and don't have patience. the cashier that was taking my order seem upset because I didn't know what to order and also ordered the wrong thing and she got super upset talking about for "future reference " like if I was dumb and when I tried to recall the order she said she wasn't able bc it was sent out to the kitchen already. one of the kitchen staff got super upset she even came out of the kitchen to see what was going on and I had to ask for a manager yet the manager was really helpful and nice. My 2 friends and I were new to McAlister's, although I had heard good things about it. We were delighted with our lunch! The restaurant is clean and bright; the service is spot on, and the food fresh and delicious. I wish there was a McAlister's closer to where we live. Hopefully there will be one in the future! While the food here is pretty good I can no longer stand to come here. The management running the place is horrible. On more than one occasion I had to sit and eat while the manager was yelling at the employees. On one occasion he even brought a young kid that works there to a table and proceeded to yell at him in front of the customer over a mistake he made. It's was absolutely horrific and abusive. I can not support and establishment that treats their employees as second class citizens and teaching these young kids that work there that their worthless. I will not give them my money and encourage them to rest of you to stay far away from this place. read more

I eat there a couple of times a week and have always had good service, food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean.

We enjoyed this location thoroughly when it opened but it has been off the past few visits. We order take out frequently but our last order is truly going to be the last.i had a Reuben and salad from the choose 2 menu.The meat was cold, not like it had been sitting but more like it was served directly from the fridge. I popped it in the microwave to knock the chill off even though it had dressing on it. I was 3/4 the way thru my sandwich when I bit into what I initially thought was a bone. It was alarming and I walked to the kitchen to get a paper towel to discard the bite of food into and make sure my mouth and teeth were okay. I noted a thick shard of black plastic in the meat. My husband immediately called the restaurant to have someone saying " someone wants a manager". A female voice answered and my husband explained what I found. Her only response was " I'll make a note of it" and offered to remake the sandwich if we wanted to come back to the restaurant. I contacted corporate since no one seemed to understand that this could be a bad situation and maybe they should check the kitchen for the rest of the object in my food. I received an email from the general manager who refunded my meal and asked if I had a picture of the object in the food. I sent that along but no other contact or response to verify that it was received. Hopefully they looked into what was broken off in my sandwich. I know accidents happen but I can't get past the nonchalant attitude. Always chew your food carefully people! I don't think I can feel comfortable eating here in the future. read more

The food is decent; however, I have had to call numerous times due to not receiving the correct items in my order. What is infuriating is the attitude that it's "just a mistake" and we'll give you free items to make up for it which eventually raises prices that we all have to pay because of their mistake! read more
