Either way, a customer ahead of me was having a tough time and was frustrated with the staff at the counter. Pretty soon, a lady on staff (whose nametag I believe started with "J" but never saw the whole name) came up (I assume she was a manager) and looked at my order - it got sent to wrong store - I thought I selected correctly but could have been operator error. I stopped on the sidewalk in front and checked my phone again to try and figure out what had gone wrong, and called the store that got the order in error to get refunded. Next thing I know this manager is beside me, asking if "I got the app to work." I told her that I hadn't figured it out yet but it wasn't her fault (which it wasn't). So she said if I did, she'd basically double my original deal I was trying to get. If there have been issues at this location, if "J" continues in this fashion, they won't last long. I also discovered once I was outside the big crowd was due to a tour bus group.
