This has to be the absolute worst Taco Bell in America. From wrong orders to closed drive thrus to cold food to 45 minute waits; this one has it all. It is astounding to me how just 6-7 miles away in Clarkesville the Taco Bell is everything you'd expect from the franchise. And we've had Taco Bell all over the Country and we have never ever experienced anything as bad as this one. If there were a no star rating that's what it would get. If you really want Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and go to Clarkesville. read more

This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever experienced. Ordered 3 Luxe boxes and a soft taco at 1:11pm. More than 30 minutes later we were called and half our boxes were missing items or incorrect. These people just don't care. The place was packed but they weren't moving any faster. read more

Literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been tothey are constantly understaffed, the workers are so rude and impatient, you have to wait 20 mins to get your food almost EVERY time you go, no matter what time. Don't even bother getting sweet tea because it is spoiled every time, and they still serve it. The food was fine at this location but the service is awful literally every time I come to this location and you'd be lucky to get what you actually order. If I could give this Taco Bell a negative score I would. This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible. It takes forever to get your food. I sat in the drive thru for 35 mins, only to have to park and go inside for another 15 mins and get the rest of my food that they didn't give me. The staff was extremely rude and used offensive language. All of the tacos were falling apart, the nachos were soggy, and all of the food was ice cold. I was tempted to demand my money back, but was already fed up with my Experience and ready to get out of that wretched place. I like Taco Bell a lot, but not this particular one. I would rather drive an additional 15 mins to go to a different one. Probably would get my food and be back home in less time. This review isn't for just one experience I have had at this restaurant but multiple ones. First of all, it took 16 minutes to get my food once my order had been placed. Then I go over to fix my drinks, and the machine was out of one of the flavors. I was going to let all of this slide because it was a busy time for the restaurant so I was ok with it. The thing that really makes me angry is when I received my food and asked for a bag to put my food into. I was carrying 2 drinks in one hand, so I needed the two Cravings boxes in a bag for it to be secured on the way to my car and home. The young man proceeds to get a large bag , then walks briskly over to me and throws the bag at me and says "here" while he walks away. I then proceeded to bag my own food. This would be no stars if that was an option they don't have consistency with their hours they are either not open when they are supposed to be or they close a couple hours early and on top of that they always take 10 to 15 min to make your order and that causes the drive threw line to be like 10+ cars long most of the time. A typical Friday night has a over 40 minute wait for ordering food. It takes 44 minutes for drive through and I order only 9$ worth of food for just myself. 40 minute waits for 3 star food and -10000 stars of service. Only eat here if you have at least 15 minutes to wait in the drive thru! Even if there is only 1 or 2 cars you will still wait at least 10 minutes! Slowest Taco Bell on the planet!!! Took 40 minutes to go through the drive-thru the other day. I would be shocked if this weren't so widespread in Taco Bells. Do NOT bother with the drive-thru! We pulled up to the the drive thru and a piece of paper was posted that said that they didn't have large tortilla shells. We then proceeded to order and they said they had no watermelon or Baja blast freezes available. No big deal but then we get our order and the taco shell was stale. This is by far the fastest taco bell I have ever been to. Most have 10 to 20 minute waits. The food is normally good and hot and the staff is normally average on service. Over all a top level taco bell but sub average food. It is fast food by the way so what do you really expect. read more

Youre gonna have a bad time at this taco bell. Also, why do you guys always have someone blocking the drive thru in the morning? Says you open at 7am, yet ive tried to come by at 8 and 830 and you guys still arent open and have an employee vehicle blocking the drive thru. Complaints are somewhat normal for a fast food place: -Discourteous workers (not all of them). I guess thats just the normal minimum wage attitude though. -Incredibly slow drive thru compared to walking in. Seriously go inside and get your order to go. -inside gets very dirty at times with cheese and lettuce. Probably should have someone go sweep/wipe tables every hour or so. -not open when they say they are. Good things about this taco bell: -I may jinx myself but over the past year or so they havent gotten any of my orders wrong except for putting ice in a drink that wasnt supposed to have it. -the food is usually hot and fresh unlike a lot of fast food places. Overall i give it a 3/10. Could be a 6 or 7/10 if they were actually open for breakfast when normal people are going to work (7-9am). read more

This should no longer be considered a "fast" food restaurant. There were about 5 cars in front of me one evening in the drive thru and it took about 36 minutes before I had my food. When I mentioned this to the young man at the window he first told me that it had not been that long then looked at my order time and said, "oh, huh, guess it has been." That was it. Not a single, "I'm sorry!" Then when I gave him a $20 bill to pay for my $8 order he gave me back 2 $10s and 2 $1s. When I realized this I handed the extra $10 back to a young girl that was now at the window and she said, "oh okay." She couldn't even say thank you. Guess I should've just kept the cash, clearly no one there was concerned with it. Not to mention the fact that no matter how simple an order seems to be, they seem to always mess it up. read more

It's Taco Bell so my expectations weren't high to begin with. What could have been a 5 star review, based on a standard for Taco Bell, gets one star but deserves zero. Service was extremely slow, at least a 20-25 minute wait. Condiments had not been restocked and when another customer inquired about the availability of sauce, she was told to open a cabinet under the condiment counter to look for the sauce she wanted. I should have taken cues from the people ahead of me and checked my order before heading home because,like 2 orders ahead of me, mine was incorrect. Sadly, salsa verde has been discontinued by Taco Bell. I could have gone to a local Mexican restaurant with smiling, happy people and received my food and eaten it in less time than I waited for a wrong order and it wouldn't have cost the same. read more
