I've been wanting to try this new place in Gainesville. I saw a reel about it on Instagram. I've been craving it ever since! I got some chicken tenders, slaw, and fried pickles. The tenders were huge, juicy and cooked perfect. The star of the show for the tenders is a variety of sauces you can get. The flaw is just OK, but the fried pickles were phenomenal. Never had a problem SuperChix. They have great options for some variety on the typical fried chicken options. They have grilled too, but I suspect that's something people get on the salads more often. Again, great variety! I love their fries and choices you get there. Sauces are good, but if you don't like one, there's another to try. Their ice cream is great too, but honestly... Who complains about ice cream? It's creamy AF and delicious. I've never had any complaints about service either. It's counter service, but they bring food out and bus the table for you. Good to know when you're thinking of tipping. They also have some TV's if you need a distraction, but I've never paid any attention to them. I like that they have outdoor spaces when the weather is fair. read more

I've come here before and the chicken not be cooked completely through. I have also come here and it be the best chicken sandwich around. It's hit or miss. It's pricey for a fast food joint. You can definitely split an order of fries, they're not stingy with them and I love their sauce bar options. read more

Very disappointed with my first visit. I ordered 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches and 6 tenders. The chicken was very thin compared to the pictures. It was mostly 1/4" thick. They said it also had a nice garlic aioli sauce. They may have run out, both sandwiches had less than a nickel sized amount. That was a shame because it was tasty. read more

Ordered food from here today and I must say I was very disappointed. I live approximately 2 minutes from the Gainesville, Ga location and when I got home the food was so cold. The tenders were dry, hard and tough. Nothing like the food I have ordered from here in the past. Walked into Super Chix on Limestone Parkway, place smelled like seared chicken and garlic before the door even shut. Started with the Cordon Bleu sandwich--crispy chicken filet, thin slice of ham, melted Swiss, and honey mustard. Chicken was juicy, breading had a good crunch, and the bun was soft and buttery. Honey mustard was sweet but not overpowering. Fries came out hot and crispy, seasoned with rosemary. Tried the loaded fries too--cheese sauce, bacon bits, and green onions piled on top. Fried pickles were thick-cut and crispy, not soggy. Finished with a hand-spun vanilla shake. Staff was friendly and quick. I tried for the first time after several recommendations. It's kind of pricey. They don't have any meal combos. Sandwich , fries, and drink all had to be ordered separately. Almost 40 for 2 meals. We came it with a group of 6 , food came out rather quickly and was fresh. Place is a lot bigger than it looks on the outside. Spacious and clean. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich grilled. I think next time I will get it fried. It was good but the chicken was a little dry. A friend had a salad with the fried chicken and loved it . Everyone enjoyed their lunch. This place is set up beautifully wide open, and the lady taking out orders was very friendly. The menu is straightforward and easy to understand. I got the Cajun, and my wife got the deluxe regular fries. They have all kinds of sauces, I got their special and buttermilk ranch. It was fantastic; the Cajun wasn't overseasoned and got really good buns. They have good tea as well. They don't have trash cans and constantly have employees hitting the dining area cleaning up and checking on things. I'm very impressed and can't wait to come back. Never heard of a SuperChix so I tried it. The chicken was tender and well cooked, and the sauce was good. It was OK but I prefer Zaxby's or Raising Cain's. And I thought it was expensive. I had the Cordo Blue for $10, fries for $3.50 and a drink for $3. Plus tax and tip I spent almost $18. An equivalent combo at Zaxby's is $10. Granted the chicken sandwich LOOKs huge but it's really a chicken breast pounded flat so it's about twice the size of the small bun. That just made it hard and messy to eat. The the fries are what I call "Five Guys" fries. Fresh cut but cooked floppy and a huge mound of them. I know it's a personal preference but I like fries crispy. It seems the strategy here is to give you a huge pile of inexpensive potatoes, pound the chicken breast and make it look huge by using a small bun to make you think you're getting value for the higher prices. Oh, and they are a Pepsi shop, near Atlanta, the home of Coca-Cola. So, I tried it, I don't have to go back. read more

The staff is great, the food is good and consistent but the owners not giving tips to the workers when you pay with your credit/debit card - CRINGE! You can leave a cash tip but who carries cash these days. I've verified this by asking the cashier the last 3 times I came here across multiple months. Went here during soft opening and again few other times after they officially opened. I've had friends who had different experiences compared to soft opening and after grand opening but I've had nothing but good experience here. The chicken is fresh, seasoned well, and crispy! Just the way a good fried chicken should be. There's plenty of choices when it comes sandwiches, salads, and tenders. There's plenty to choose from depending on your taste. My favorite is the deluxe since it comes with veggies (lettuce and tomato) and an addicting garlic aioli sauce! Not to mention - they have additional sauces to add or dip into next to the soda machines! I highly recommend the Nashville hot sauce here! Fries can be a toss up. No pun intended ;) But they are hand cut and fresh.. and sometimes super oily. The Cajun seasoning is my go-to! read more

A great new addition to the area. The food was fresh and staff were really nice and friendly. I tried the new Super Parm and it was so good! They give such generous portions of fries that you all can share. I like to pick and mix the sauces. The restaurant is clean and the patio is really nice to eat out. Right at $20 for a sandwich, fry, and a soft drink at a chain restaurant with counter service?! The fry and drink will add over $8 alone since they don't offer combos. $15 counter-service salads (plus drink)?! I'm not one to typically quibble on price, but apparently Super Chix hits my threshold for doing so. Sorry. I'm okay with $20 or more for a meal, but it needs to be either (a) a small business with higher cost of overhead that's still worth supporting, (b) a bit more upscale, probably table-service experience, or (c) an area with a drastically higher cost of living (and doing business) than Gainesville, GA. If they at least had a token $6 fry-and-drink adder for a combo, I might have given them a shot. Maybe... Way too many better options to try out while I'm in the area. read more

On Friday, we stopped by this establishment on a whim. Our bacon avocado chicken sandwiches were amazing. (Yes we al ordered the same thing) Food was great! So great in fact, I left my purse on the chair. It wasn't til I was 100 miles away did I realize what I did. So today we made the trip back, and this time had the frozen custard. It is awesome.
