The interior is spacious and well lit with free-standing tables - as it was in the afternoon we had missed the lunch crowd so no line to order. Our food which included two double burgers and a salad, took about 5 minutes - not bad. My first time at Culver's - I've heard from friends that the Butter Burger was incredible here but, as I've been on a downward weight trend, I decided to order the Cranberry Bacon Bleu salad with chicken and blue cheese dressing, and and was quite happy. This was a large salad and quite filling/satisfying. I also managed to take a bite of the butter burger - this is a nice smash-burger with buttery crust and also quite good. Counter service was good but hard to gauge since there wasn't a rush - it's how it's handled during busy times that truly defines a fast-food restaurant. Overall this location was clean if not immaculate - the floors weren't sticky (pet peeve of mine) but did have a light sheen of oily residue that made it a bit slippery. When I say Culver's never disappoint. Now I've only visited just a few times. And everytime the customer service is amazing. Today I went to the driver thru. And Miss Sam WAS THE BEST. She has that elementary school teacher/fairytale story book voice. As a child, her voice would make you feel all bubbly and bouncing up and down with delight. That's how I felt at the drive thru. I ordered the butter Culver's burger with bacon combo. Mann, and it was good. The burger was hot and delicious. Along with my fries. Highly recommend this restaurant. While this is most likely considered a "fast food" restaurant, the service rivals the Big Red Chicken restaurant just up the street "my pleasure." The employees are all "first rate." Courteous and polite. Extremely attentive. The burgers are consistently good. My wife and I eat at this location about once a week and we always get a great meal for good value. The concrete mixers are an excellent choice for dessert. The restaurant always has a 100% health score rating and the dining area is always clean. While I can't speak for other Culver's, this one sets the standard for how a restaurant should be run. I came in with my fiancé. At a normal dinner time around six thirty. We ate inside. When we ordered at the counter the young lady that helped us was very nice. But I will not recommend coming here when the owners aren't here. I ordered my fries well done and they came out barely cooked. And I checked some by squeezing them cause they were barely fried. I brought them back up to them to complain. And I just requested that they threw them away. Instead they just recooked the ones I gave them because I found the same ones I broke and squished to see if they were cooked re fried. They did not care to please their customers. And on top of that we found numerous hairs on our burgers and fries. Tell your kitchen staff to wear gloves. This Culver's location has provided excellent service. There food is always consistently good.My favorite is the burger with cheese curds. The burgers are crunchy on the out side yet juicy on the inside. The curds are a crunchy delight. There custard is soft and delicious I enjoy tasting the flavor of the day when I visit. Though there burgers could be less greasy but still the taste is great in my opinion. The staff is really friendly I have never meet an rude staff member yet. They have a wide verity of refreshing soft drinks and more. My personal favorite is there root beer when I get the vainilla Custer I can't help but put some on it. Typically we would sit inside but since Covid we sat outside sometimes there are people in there out door tables. They will not get onto you for opening the trunk and sitting in there. A couple weeks ago, I got a burger at Longhorns next door and the burger at Culver's blew it away, not sure why you would get a burger at Longhorns, when this is next door. I've been driving by this place for a long time and finally pulled in to try it. I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was so sweet. Their menu looks pretty extensive for a "fast food" place. I ordered the ButterBurger value meal, a Heath concrete mixer, and cheese curds. It was fast coming out, and the food was great. Cheese curds pretty good, I like that option, but who in the world charges extra for marinara sauce? The burger was old-fashioned and pretty tasty. I love the concrete mixer with frozen custard, very tasty and better than a blizzard! I just think it was a little pricey for fast food, it would've been close to thirty dollars if my husband had been with me and gotten the same thing. We have gone through the drive thru several times at this location, but last night was our first experience dining in. I was SO impressed by the staff. A young man opened the door for us and we received a friendly greeting when we entered the restaurant. The ordering process was simple and we received a number and found our table. What most impressed me was who I assume to be the manager. Apparently the restaurant was very busy and earlier in the evening and he was audibly praising the whole staff and telling them what a great job they did. The food is good as well, as far as being in the South goes it is comparable to steak and shake except I find this way better than steak and shake. The root beer float was the BOMB!
