I eat at this Bojangles regularly, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is the consistency. The food is always fresh, the breakfast is a great value, and the customer service is usually excellent. Today was a perfect example of both the strengths and challenges this location faces. There were only three employees working because, unfortunately, it seems they continue to have staffing issues on Sundays. Even with such a short staff, the team was doing everything they could to keep things moving while maintaining a positive attitude and providing great customer service. That said, a 20-minute wait in the drive-thru is simply too long. The employees working today were not the problem--they were working hard and doing their best under difficult circumstances. Management really needs to find more dependable employees to support the team. On a positive note, my biscuit was hot, fresh, and delicious. Also, the young guy working with the injured arm was awesome--friendly, hardworking, and professional throughout the entire experience. I appreciate the effort of the employees who showed up today and hope management can get them the support they deserve. read more

I can only speak for my Cajun chicken biscuit that is made fresh to order every time (I will always wait for fresh food). Delicious, juicy, to the point. I've never had an issue with the staff or my order. read more

Sat down with my grandparents to eat here after one of their appointments'. Food was served hot & fresh. Had the 2pc leg & thigh. Green beans & Mac n cheese. Food was just 'ok'- gravy had no sausage in it and was not hot. Neither were the potatoes which seemed under cooked. The biggest deal was the poor service - we had along , five minute wait before they took our order. At least three minutes before staff acknowledged we were there. Seems they were giving preference to drive through. Saw this with other customers who came in and dared to expect counter service. The counter person always went to the back and did drive through - so next customer had the same wait- unless there was a line. There were at least four employees on site. Others were working fast but not this one. Had at least one other doing drive through worker so not sure why they did that instead of taking care of the dining room???. One order didn't get put in. This place sucks and desperately needs new management. I have not had a good meal here but once or twice in the last 8 years. Today is the last straw, biscuit was old, cold and dry and hard. Chicken was about 1/4' thick and cold, hard and dry also. The people on the intercom were rude and screaming and playing while I am trying to order, she had to tell me to wait and repeat my order several times and still got it wrong. This franchise is an embarrassment to the franchisor. It either needs new employees (especially management) or needs to be shut down and a Popeyes or Chick Fil A opened in its place. read more

Their fries are hot and crispy and perfectly seasoned and salted they're never bland and their chicken is nice and crispy and their buffalo sauce is creamy and one of the best buffalo sauces I've ever had and their drinks are very refreshing read more

Bojangles has gone down hill... multiple times in the last few months I have gone to the restaurant to get breakfast on my way in to work and they are open and employees are inside and no one will answer the drive thru and inside is closed to guests. Again at 6:10 this morning same thing. 2 people in line at the drive thru and same result. When I drove around to look in there were several employees inside and apparently as before no one wanted to work. No k e answered the drive thru. I have complained multiple times to corporate on their Facebook site. No response has been received. Looks like with this service they won't be around much longer. read more

I have visited this location hundreds of times in the last five years, mostly for breakfast. I agree with other reviewers that they need new management or something to change. At one point a few months ago they seem to have gotten it together and the drive thru was fast and the food/biscuits were the best biscuits I've ever ate. I stopped by this morning and the drive thru had three cars in front of me and it took 17 minutes to get my order. Ordered the Steak Biscuit and the biscuit was hard and dry and the steak was over cooked as well. Hate to give any restaurant a bad review especially during these times, but this place needs help. I can't stomach eating at McD's so this is the only other drive thru breakfast restaurant in Chelsea. Would hate to see it close like the Bojangles did in Pelham. read more

The Bojangle's franchise is a good concept and has good food. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. Always out of something. I mean, they run out if Pepsi. They run out of chicken. They don't seem to care. They close at 7pm. It's a restaurant. I get that labor is hard to find right now but just close already. Oh, they've done that several times too. ABUSIVE MANAGER My husband and I come in all the time to this Bojangles and have never had a bad experience but just recently we went and saw extremely abusive behavior from a new (had never seen him before) manager (We believe that's what he was). He was verbally abusing a young lady who worked the front counter and for the entirety of our meal he was barking orders and insults at this poor girl while ALL the other employees were doing nothing. She worked drive though, front counter, took out trash as well as cleaned the dining area all while the other employees were on their phones watching. This man should be ashamed of himself for being so abusive and he should be fired. read more

One star cause I can't go lower. I went today to bohangles and waited in the drive thru line and no one was working the microphone to take my order. Then I drove up to the window and no one was at the window so I thought maybe drive thru is closed. I then tried going inside because I saw someone inside but found out that they were just sitting there and refusing to work but decided to still clock in. When I pull into the drive thru the girl over the speaker says "It's Bo Time! Can I take your order?" I proceed to order my food and after waiting for about 20 seconds....nothing. Silence. Me: Hello....anyone there. Bo Girl: Hold on a minute. Me: (To myself. Apparently it's not Bo Time!) After another 30 seconds she come back on and say again "It's Bo Time"! I repeat the order again. They got it wrong and it tasted old. I called and spoke with a girl claiming to be the manager. I highly doubt it. She almost sounded aggravated with me calling. I love Bojangles but this one just can't seem to get it right. If the GM isn't there I can forget it. I ordered 3 chicken tender meals and asked for all fresh at the speaker. Employee stated it would be 4-1/2 minutes, I said no problem and I don't mind pulling up. However, I swing around and 3 cars are in front of me. By the time I got to the window (10 minutes later) the tenders still weren't ready so I pulled up. Got home and half were fresh half were hard as bricks. To top it off sides weren't correct either. I've spent at least $50 just trying to get my Bojangles favorites made right. Very nice employees, I'm not sure what's wrong. read more

I don't have Bojangles where I live, so I don't get to enjoy it that often. However, I was passing through and decided to stop by late one night. As I was in the drive thru, I didn't feel rushed to make a decision, and the speaker was clear and loud. Not only did they neatly package everything I ordered, they didn't forget my sauce, utensils, or napkins. The worker at the window was sweet, and it was cheap! I love this place. read more
