The soft shell beef is good, the tortilla held together:) Tried the Sopes with chicken, I think am in love. Great corn tortilla, chicken done right, creamy salsa so good. I might substitute my tacos for Sopes. Can't Finnish without mentioning the famous bowls of bean soup. I'll travel just for the bean soup. A nice homey, comfortable place with good service.

The only hiccup was that our server seemed a bit irritated after we ordered the Casa Fiesta dip and later asked to have it without the pico de gallo because of the spice risk -- but everything else went smoothly. The Fiesta Bowl was very good and definitely the standout of the meal. I'd probably return, especially to try more dishes when it isn't as packed. Solid spot with tasty food!

The weather was great. The bar bar area looked really nice. My niece and I ordered the margarita special and we shared a Texas fajitas. I didn't make a bog deal of this situation, but I did bring it to their attention. The drink special was for a jumbo margarita. My niece's glass was jumbo, but mine came out in a smaller glass. For the most part, the place was decent. The manager did acknowledge that there was a difference, so he took my glass and changed it. He then came back with the same small glass but just a different color lol. Before taking the glass, I told him he didn't have to worry about it of he wasn't gonna add more in a bigger glass. But anyways, the situation was not rectified.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant out for a few years. I initially went on the first day…read morethat they open but because I was craving a margarita and they didn't have their liquor license yet I ended up going across the street. So this has been on my list and I finally came here on a Thursday evening with my son. It's at the end of a shopping center where a Walmart is. We got there about 5:30 PM. It was not busy at all. We were promptly greeted by a hostess that sat us in a booth. We started off with the chips and salsa, but on the menu it does say after two baskets they will charge you for the chips and salsa. We only had one. The chip could've been a little thinner. It's rude to find a raspberry margarita so I wanted to get one unfortunately they didn't have any frozen ones. They were just on the rocks. I was pretty shocked when I looked at the receipt and saw that it was $17 for a Margarita and it definitely wasn't worth that much. It had kind of a weird taste to it. We did get the cheese dip and it was very delicious. I decided to try the Mexican lasagna, which was so delicious. I got it with the beef and it was layers of ground beef, pico beans, and possibly some rice too. It was a good portion and I ended up bringing the other half home. My son ended up getting nachos with shrimp, chicken and steak and he really enjoyed it and finished his whole plate. I will definitely be back sooner than later because I love some good Mexican food, but I will probably end up getting just a soda next time. Fernando was our waiter and he was very attentive. I will say the restaurant in the bathrooms were clean. There's only one bathroom each for men and women. I would think it a restaurant this big they would have more stalls.
