After a short time it became too labor intensive for the Post to make in house back then with limited staff so they contracted with a pie facility in Denver. As we were ordering gold specials for Sunday!s big game, I saw that the daily specials now include Chicken Pot Pies Thursday's so we went to try it. The ambiance is 1/1 and you will not find anything else like it anywhere. There is just simply too much culture and history here. Aside from the bar aspect, Dark Horse also has a kitchen that you can order food from! Everything I have tried over the years has been great, but this personally is my favorite place to order Rocky Mountain oysters! If you haven't tried them, 100% give them a shot!
