I asked if I should have the Carolina Reaper wings or the Broken Trust Wings... a.k.a. 'which ones were hotter'? I was told that the Broken Trust wings are uncomfortable to eat because they are so hot, so I tried the Carolina Reaper wings, and the Carolina Barbecue wings for a hot, then moderating, complementary sauce. Unfortunately the Carolina reaper wings just tasted like Dave's hot sauce to me. The Carolina Barbecue was nothing special. We ordered our wings extra crispy. Mark and Tae make it a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Walk in and order your food as you do. Then go upstairs to a table that has a great view of the CU Campus. This is my second time here and it was better than my first, although my first time was a 4 Star Experience. This place is expensive as my 10" pizza was 17 dollars, but I do have to give an extra star for my celiac friend who struggles so hard with going out to eat and gives RAVING reviews for their gluten free pizza crust so if you're looking for that option definitely worth checking out! Grateful and thankful for such a delicious place on the hill. My fiancé and I love it here and had to go back as soon as possible. We tried some new flavors which included the HOT! The hot is a great buffalo taste BUT definitely not the spice I was thinking. If you actually want hot maybe try the XXtra! or the one step above it. This one still had great flavor. Another reason I believe this place is amazing is the sauces come abundant. In reality most wing places toss the wings and its covering the wings. At this place, the wings are covered and there is a POOL of sauce! The sauce is a great dipper for the yummy fries. Due to COVID-19 this place is only doing take out or delivery. I was worried that by the time we got home our fries would be soggy...as most are. As I was about to place them in the air-fryer I took a bite and OMG it felt like it was fresh and still perfectly crunchy, no soggy-ness at all. I get waffle fries every time. No joke the best fries. Wings were above average. I ordered hot buffalo wings but they were mild. Also they were out of celery. The service however was terrible. We sat at our table and the waitress was too busy doing shots and drinking beers with her friend to even acknowledge our presence. The menu that was posted on here was wrong, so the prices were higher and the items weren't correct. Ordered a combo meal to split with someone but the cashier rung it up as a non-combo. Cashier was obviously not interested in being helpful... there was a lunch special that would have gotten us 5 extra wings, 2 side of fries, and 2 drinks and we would've only paid another $5. I finally had the chance to come here on my birthday, to celebrate with some friends, and eat some food! After wanting to go here for so long I'm glad we finally did. The food was AMAZING!
