Koda and Cleo get regular Acupuncture, Rehab, Laser, and VOM appointments. Today, it's almost like Koda's a puppy again! He's 10 years old and is constantly wanting to go for walks and wrestle with his sister! Cleo has also responded so well and I've learned such great tips for keeping Cleo healthy and strong as she ages minus 1 leg :). From the front staff, to the techs, to the doctors, they are all so kind, proficient, knowledgable, and helpful. In addition, as a tech myself, I have learned so much from Dr. John (at CAWC) and Heather about VOM and how much it can do for animals! I refused to believe that, my dog was only 5 years old at the time. We went to other vets and surgeons who all said it was manageable with surgery and rehab so we ended up having surgery for one of her legs. Since then, we've done a ton of rehab at different locations which has helped tremendously. Fast forward to now, I've been bringing my dog here for physical therapy for over 6 months and we love it! The staff is so caring and sweet (especially Shelby, my dog's go to vet tech) and the Dr. Varcoe is so kind and knowledgeable. Her consistent rehab sessions have been extremely helpful for regaining her strength and managing the arthritis. We will continue to have PT and we also plan to switch our general practice vet to their animal hospital side! Thank you AACC for everything so far!

She is personable, patient, kind, honest, dedicated, and a great resource for my many other non-physical therapy dog-related health questions. Dr. Sosna understands my dog's needs, and the care and support she has given him is beyond excellent. I looked into dog rehabilitation centers but the prices I was quoted for massages and/or PT were well beyond my budget. Then I found Willie and Doggissage. Luckily Willie had an opening the same day I contacted him so we set up an appointment immediately. He was prompt and professional and Lulu took to him right away. She let him work his magic for just over an hour and even feel asleep during both of her sessions. We're very happy with Willie's work and plan on more sessions with him, even after her final follow up appointment with her surgeon. His prices are reasonable and I LOVE that he comes to us. When Kim first started massaging Charlie, he had difficulty walking up stairs or going on moderate walks and was prescribed Gabapentin, Tramadol, Carpeofen, and more because of hip, knee and arthritis pain. For several years now, he no longer takes ANYTHING other than thyroid medication. The moment she pulls up he's wagging his tail with excitement. When she comes in and sets up shop (a comfortable blanket, music, oils) he immediately assumes position by laying down--no coaxing needed! Her magic hands transport him to doggie heaven, and her regular visits have helped literally reverse time. I calmly asked. Why didn't they tell me this four weeks ago when I scheduled the evaluation? I wasted four weeks waiting for the appointment I paid $25 to put my dog in daycare for the few hours I drove to your facility I filled out all your paperwork And now you're telling me you won't see me Totally unprofessional You were given the paperwork pre-authorization at that time you should've realized you don't do this type of service and denied the request You just wasted three hours of my time Totally unprofessional No wonder your waiting room was empty and your staff was all standing around doing nothing Here's something I don't understand you made me wait four weeks for the appointment I get there there's nobody in your waiting.
