It was so loud that it was impossible to relax. Checkout was chaotic -- they insisted I had a membership I don't have and seemed confused about how to charge me. Overall, completely unprofessional and not relaxing at all. My massage did not resemble a standard licensed massage experience in the U.S. Would not recommend.
