I'm a fan of getting massages especially reflexology foot massage. I was hesitant to go in the…read morefirst place because there are so many "happy ending places" in North County & didn't want to get any surprises. Well let me say there were no surprise endings. The first time I went, I was seen by Devi and boy did he do the job. He hit every pressure point and I left there so relaxed. I went again yesterday and was seen by Mary. I wasn't sure she would do the job but that woman proved me wrong. She's got some strong hands. She even cracked my back too. The reason I only gave them 4 stars is because the times I've gone there's no coverage up front. When someone would come in to ask questions, they would have to stop to help the person. And when they were in the same room they'd whisper to each other as if I weren't in the room. It's a bit annoying when you're trying to relax but for 1 hr massage @$25. You can't beat it and eventually you'll ignore it. So would I go back: YES. Do I recommend the place: YES If you plan on going, be sure to make an appointment.

I asked her why don't you just charge a $100 and be up front about it? She said you have to tip at least $30. I asked her what if the massage is not good? Since when did tips become mandatory? The irony is in China nobody tips. Here they don't only expect it, but demand it. Ridiculous

I requested 60 minutes of reflexology and 30 minutes of bodywork, but the reflexology portion…read morereceived limited attention despite being the primary focus of the appointment. The pressure was inconsistent, ranging from uncomfortably firm to the point of painful work on my shoulders and back to almost no pressure elsewhere. The time spent on each side of my body and on each foot was noticeably uneven. There were several pauses during which the massage stopped completely, and at times the lady's hand simply rested on my foot. I cannot determine whether she was asleep, particularly because the room was dim and I was not wearing my glasses, but the repeated pauses made it difficult to relax and raised concerns. I expected consistency, balanced pressure, and a stronger emphasis on reflexology as requested. The experience could have been improved by maintaining steady engagement throughout the appointment, allocating the agreed-upon time primarily to reflexology, and not stopping while doing the massage multiple times. Perhaps the lady was new, and unfortunately, there was a bit of a communication gap, but that still does not explain the stopping multiple times during the massage until I raised my head up each time.

I found this place based off their reviews and ordered a 150 minute Prime Minister Massage package. Michelle and another lady (my masseuse) helped me. They were both so kind, pleasant, and attentive! I was impressed with my massage. She got a lot of knots out and the deep pressure was perfect. After the massage, I soaked my feet in a tub of water and underwent the Ion Detox Foot Cleanse. The different colors indicate which toxins you have - very cool since it was my first time and I didn't know this existed! Lastly, they had me go into this steam bed they have. I was able to shower and rinse off when I was done with the steamer. I thought it was a great deal. I feel so relaxed and happy. I wish they were closer to where I live! I already want to go back!

I…read morereally appreciate how seriously they took my feedback and their effort to resolve the situation. While my initial experience wasn't great, their customer service after the fact definitely made a difference. I'm really disappointed with my experience here on 03/29/26. When I arrived, the space looked clean, welcoming, and professional, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the massage itself was the complete opposite. The therapist used an excessive amount of pressure from the start. I asked him to ease up three separate times, but he continued using extremely heavy pressure. I actually enjoy deep tissue massages, so I'm not sensitive to firm pressure--but this was beyond that. It felt like he was digging his elbow into one spot at a time with no flow or technique, making the entire experience painful rather than relaxing. By the time I left, I felt worse than when I came in. Today (03/30/26), I am in significant pain and can barely move around normally. I'm even considering seeking medical attention to make sure my back wasn't injured. A massage should never leave someone feeling this way, especially after clearly communicating discomfort multiple times. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place based on my experience. I would appreciate being contacted by management to discuss a refund.

When we arrived, we were greeted at the door. The place was very clean, pleasant, and quiet. We were shown to our massage room with two tables. There was ambient, meditative music playing in the space with dimmed lights - it felt very relaxed. The room was super clean. The masseuses came in shortly after we disrobed. They did a great job, constantly checking in with us on pressure application and making sure they were hitting the desired spots on our bodies. The room remained quiet during our experience and, sadly, time moved too quickly. As we prepared to leave, we were offered a small cup of lemon tea and water. Yes please! The pricing was very reasonable and we would DEFINITELY return. Glad this spot is close to our house....gonna have to jump back soon to get a foot massage!
