I was blown away by the quality of service. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to treat myself to a massage. I found this place based off their reviews and ordered a 150 minute Prime Minister Massage package. Michelle and another lady (my masseuse) helped me. They were both so kind, pleasant, and attentive! I was impressed with my massage. She got a lot of knots out and the deep pressure was perfect. After the massage, I soaked my feet in a tub of water and underwent the Ion Detox Foot Cleanse. The different colors indicate which toxins you have - very cool since it was my first time and I didn't know this existed! Lastly, they had me go into this steam bed they have. I was able to shower and rinse off when I was done with the steamer. I thought it was a great deal. I feel so relaxed and happy. I wish they were closer to where I live! My husband booked this place last minute for a mother's day massage. I got the 90 minute massage with hot stones. Richard was very friendly and nice. He gave the hot stone complimentary as a mother's day gift. The massage was so intense that I could not relax and drift off at all. Even when massaging my head the masseuse would squeeze my temple hard and rake the back of my head with her fingers. Super uncomfortable. The after math of the massage was later that evening I could not have anything touch my back. Pillows from my couch touching my spine would put me in pain. I was in more pain when I left than what I came there with. If you like it rough and need that extra pressure, this place is for you. read more

We experienced one of the worst massages at this business. We asked for 2 female masseuses for our couples massage. In walks the male masseuse, I reminded the owner that I requested 2 females. She was kind enough to start the massage herself. During the massage, they left the massage room door open and we could hear all the noise outside. Shortly after, in walks another female employee and starts arguing with my masseuse. My lady yells at her to get out. She comes back in a couple more times. While the two ladies are arguing outside of our room, the male masseuse sneaks in to try and give me a massage. I said no thanks, so another female walks in to continue the massage. The original masseuse walks in to continue her massage, then answers a phone call to set up another appointment while she is massaging me. I finally told my husband, I wanted to leave, this was not worth the headache. The employee insist that we stay, so we reluctantly stayed since they make you pay for the massage prior to the massage. I counted 3 different female employees that gave me a massage during those 90 minutes, this doesn't include the male that tried to sneak in. Finally when this was all over, while we were walking towards our car, the employee chased after us to ask for her tip. AVOID THEIR STEAMER TREATMENT! I dropped my fiancee there for the Prime Minister massage pkg. She enjoyed the 90 minute full body massage with a lady nicknamed Aida and said that the rest of the "add-ons" were not that good. I read in one of the reviews when I booked it that their steam machine has a glitch and it drips hot water on the client's body, so I asked the owner in advance what was that about. She assured me that it didn't have that issue anymore...and yet...sure enough it dripped hot water on my fiancee...That annoyed me...DO NOT LET THEM USE THE STEAMER ON YOU. This place is very sanitary and clean. I used the restroom quickly before my massage and it was and seemed to be absolutely clean from corner to corner everywhere. Everyone was nice. I did make an appointment and I did get seen right away. Very relaxed. Everyone was smiling happy and nice. My massage... Was great. Perfect pressure. The masseuse Cindy was effortlessly concentrating on the spots where they asked me to circle on a diagram before I went in. She was checking for displacements of muscle tissue and Bones. Do not pass this place up! It looks like a hole in the wall and it has a neon sign in the window but I got such a great massage from Anna and I will be back. As a massage therapist myself I highly recommend this place. If you want the therapist to do what you want, go somewhere where they speak English but she clearly knew what she was doing. I am not sure how this place has such high reviews. I paid for a 90 minute massage which is advertised for $65. When I got there, I was made to pay prior to receiving services and told it was $80 for 90 minutes. Umm, ok, I should have left then. I paid a decent tip on the card and went in for what can only be described as a strictly average massage. I had to ask for more of a neck massage. I was never asked what was hurting which I highly dislike. My massage began at 6pm and I paid for 90 minutes. I was in my car at 7:14... now mind you I changed and was in my car already. I understand massages end a few minutes before the time you pay for but really? I said something out front and was given a $5 discount for next time? Umm, I will never be back so thanks for nothing! They told me they were busy and that's why it ended early. What the?!! After I complained, they proceeded to ask me for a tip! Which I had already given BEFORE my massage. This is absolute garbage. What a STRESSFUL experience. I paid $96 for a bad 60 minute massage. I am so upset that I wasted my one change to get away and relax. read more

This place is great. The therapists are respectful, nice and get the job done. My favorite part is that the therapists actually listen to my requests and do their best to work on whatever area of my body needs more attention. I also find that the pressure and techniques are consistently spot on. I highly recommend the combination foot spa/full body massages. I like mine 2 hours long so I can really drift and relax. The establishment is clean, no frills and prices are quite fair (so expect to tip a little more than you would for a Western massage). I am 37 weeks pregnant I came in for a reflexology and back massage. This was my first time here. The receptionist was friendly and guided me through my massage options. Jeremy was my massage therapist. We started the foot massage on the massage chair. Jeremy provided the right amount of pressure and massaged my swollen tired feet. He stretched every muscle on my foot and on my legs. After the foot massage, I still remained in my room and transferred to the massage table. They have a pregnancy mold where I was able to lay prone position (on my stomach) but not actually lay on my stomach. Baby was secure and safe in the foam mold. My back felt the relief in this position. Jeremy had the right amount of pressure and provided relief for my head, shoulders, mid and lower back. He also massaged my legs and arms. I am so impressed with this massaged and I had a very relaxed session. I was provided a robe to change and massaged with massage lotion. The staff are so welcoming and provided me with options. I enjoyed my hour session! I opted for the Asian massage Combo which is normally $49.99 but I added reflexology so it was $10 more for $59.99. Well worth it and I will be coming back again!
