The experience could have been improved by maintaining steady engagement throughout the appointment, allocating the agreed-upon time primarily to reflexology, and not stopping while doing the massage multiple times. It gets so bad I can't even move. My husband researched and looked at many reviews and for Xmas (2 days ago) gifted me a massage with Gloria. He and I were both nervous trying a new massage therapist, as my pain is pretty bad and most massage therapist can't even begin to get to the root of the problem. But Gloria did just that! After an amazing 1 1/2 hour massage, I walked out without pain!! I was shocked. She pinpointed the root cause, explained the issues and gave me advice on how to help myself on my own. I know with as much pain and damage that I have, that I will have to see Gloria again, and that's perfectly fine with me cause she's amazing.
