Came here for a Swedish deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, the massage was everything but deep tissue. The lady was just gliding her hands over, tapping me etc. Not a single muscle was properly massaged. I specifically mentioned notes in my back and not a single one was taken care of. So sad honestly. I came here with very tense muscles and left with tense muscles and frustration. Also the door was partially opened during the whole procedure. So weird. read more

The place offers good value and cleanliness. The staff is attentive and able to do good oil massage. However, I would not recommend Thai massage as it requires more well-trained practitioner in order execute certain routine properly. If I could leave zero stars I would. I am not a picky or have super high expectations type of person at all, but this place not only tried demanding more "tip" which we did not give because a tip for one is optional and two is earned! My husband and I went in for a deep tissue massage and his masseuse was great but mine on the other hand seemed like she did not know what she was doing at all and what was most disappointing was she left the room 4 TIMES! I would have still be fine and was not thinking about leaving any kind of review until they stopped up at the door demanding more tip. Because yes we did leave a tip it just wasn't to their standard! This Ocean Spa Massage is very dishonest. They told me that I have a FREE massage after getting 10 massages done there. I got 1 hour massage, ten times, paying cash (if you pay by credit card, they charges more). When they gave me a free massage, they ONLY gave 30 minutes. This is definitely MISLEADING. Also, they demand at least $10 tips. They did not suggest, but DEMANDING. THIS IS ILLEGAL. In short, I would rather give my business elsewhere. read more

Came here yesterday with my mom for the first time. It had a lot of good reviews, and she wasn't a fan of my go to massage place so I figured it was worth a shot. I called to schedule an appointment for 2pm. We arrived, someone walked to the front, and had us pick which massage we wanted. We had to pay BEFORE the massage, which is why I took a star off from the start. I picked the swedish deep tissue (extra strong $10 extra charge) and my mom chose the combo body/ foot massage. The lady who massaged me was nice, but the pressure she used was not consistent. The massage also felt like it was by someone who learned from home, not someone trained to massage. My mom felt the same way about the person who massaged her. (Reason for taking 2 more stars off.) When the massage was over they offered bottles of water, and asked if the tip will be cash or card. While I was hesitant on how much I should tip, the lady working at the front asked if I would write a review and give 5 stars. And immediately after, the lady who massaged me pushed for a tip AGAIN. (Reason for taking off the last star possible.) Tips are NOT required. If the service provided did not meet the guest's standards, then they shouldn't feel obligated to tip. We still tipped $20, which is more than what we were willing to give for a basic massage. I'll stick to the usual place I go to. read more

New therapists that actually listen to you and can address your problem areas Went in today because my lower back, neck, legs and shoulders were tight. Too many late nights at work this week, I guess. Plus, I suffer from MS. So my body tightens up OFTEN. So stretching is important. I went in and saw Jessica. She taught me a couple of stretches I could do at home. She also gave firm pressure to my lower back and shoulders. I'm feeling brand new, relaxed, and loose. I am a cyclist and was cramping from my workout. I needed massage targeted specifically for the legs, calves and lower back. Jessica was the massage therapist and she worked on the areas most needed and overall as well. I was able to tell her to increase or decrease the pressure as needed.
