They did a great job, constantly checking in with us on pressure application and making sure they were hitting the desired spots on our bodies. This place is definitely a bit of a hole-in-the-wall experience. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but…read morethey weren't especially engaging either, just kind of checked out. It may have been a bit of a language barrier, but overall the customer service felt minimal. We booked a couples massage. One thing I'll give them right away, the place smelled amazing. The room had a very homey, almost "grandma's house" feel with patterned sheets and mixed décor, which is different from the typical spa setting with crisp white linens. As for the massage itself, it was pretty average. They didn't really ask about trouble areas or pressure preferences upfront, so I brought mine up myself. The technique felt a bit basic, not very thorough or intentional, and there wasn't much in terms of stretching. My massage was on the gentler side, which may work for some but didn't quite meet what I was hoping for. Pricing is slightly lower than other places nearby, but not by a huge margin. One thing I did notice is they didn't seem to push for tips, which was a bit different from most massage spots. They also offered water and candy afterward, which was a nice touch. The location is a plus, it's surrounded by restaurants, so it works well if you're planning a dinner and massage combo like we did. Overall, it's an okay option if you're looking for something casual and convenient, but not necessarily a high-end or highly personalized massage experience.

My husband and I recently booked a couples massage at Ocean Spa Massage, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived. Both of our massage therapists were professional and attentive, and we left feeling refreshed and much less tense. The facility was clean, comfortable, and provided a nice escape from a busy day. The only thing that caught me a little off guard was being asked to pay before the massage. While I understand that every business has its own policies, I personally prefer paying after the service is completed. It wasn't a major issue, just something I wasn't expecting. Aside from that, the experience was great, and the quality of the massage was excellent. We would definitely consider returning for another couples massage in the future. read more

This place is totally unprofessional. I went in for an hour massage and got the receptionist who simply patted me down for 40 minutes and then walked out. During the forty minutes, the "masseuse" simply placed the tip of her fingers on my shoulders, back and legs and then proceeded to bop her body back and forth. It seemed that she was practicing some sort of ritual which was truly strange. And to make it worse, she would stop and glance at the clock every 5 minutes. I walked in sore and I left in worse condition because I experienced a swindler. I will never be back to this place. read more

I had a truly terrible experience here with April. She seemed inexperienced from the start, and the massage was nothing like any thai massage I've ever had. At one point, she actually jumped on my back as if it were a wrestling move. I immediately asked for the massage to stop and requested my money back. The manager gave me my money back and apologized. This was not only uncomfortable but traumatic, as I felt unsafe and am now in pain. I would never return. read more

They had only scheduled for one massage and because I had called twice, they thought I Was really only calling for myself. This was very unprofessional because I clearly stated that I wanted it for my boyfriend and I gave his name. Their English isn't well spoken. My massage therapist clearly did not have any professional massage technique. It was obvious that she knew nothing about the muscles in the body and when the massage was over, I went to pay her $60 and I offered a $10 tip. She suggested I should give her a $20 tip because I liked the massage. I thought that it was an English barrier issue so we went around and around and by the third reiteration of her requiring a $20 tip, I caved and gave it to her because I just wanted to get out of there. It was a very awkward and unprofessional situation from the get-go. It's highly manipulative to demand a 30% tip. My boyfriend stuck to his guns and said I am giving you $10 in tip and that's it (for his massage). Oh yes, she made him pay before the massage in advance which is very unusual. And like other male reviewers he was only covered with a hand towel over his private parts. He was not given a sheet or blanket for privacy. He was very uncomfortable with that. When his massage was over, she asked for a $20 tip. We will never return. The lady gave me an apple and an orange when I left. I presume because she knew I wasn't happy with the booking process or paying the high tip. Like an apple and an orange is worth an extra $10 tip. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and manipulative. Be warned. Her name is Candy, I think she may be the owner.

She seemed rushed all the time I was there. During my massage, i overheard a couple come in, and she went to greet them, and lied to them saying that all her "therapists" ( there are around 4 rooms) were busy at this time and therefore could not handle 2 more massages.
