Worst massage ever. The guy made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't even know his name because he never introduced himself and couldn't speak English. He never asked what I wanted, and he couldn't even understand me when I told him not to push on my spine. I've never had a bad massage before, but this experience has traumatized me. I was tense the whole time, not relaxed, and left in more pain. He didn't seem to know what he was doing, and I'm tempted to report this place. Don't go here. read more

First... the pricing is more than fair. Honestly they could be charging more. The massage itself. I am a large athletic male 240lbs and pretty low body fat. So usually pressure is something I settle for. Not here, it's amazing the amount of pressure they safely and effectively applied. They use proper technique aligning the spine, in addition to getting in very deep to eliminate some knots I have had for literal years. Left feeling right, sometimes when the pressure is a lot I can have some tweaks from improper technique. Not here... 10/10 best massage you will ever find. It's worth driving like 2 hours no kidding. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I was hoping for. Scalp, feet, legs, arms, legs, back and neck ~ fully clothed in a room that would be shared with other patrons. The establishment was clean, the chair was soft, and they put a light blanket on me. I almost fell asleep, and that's a huge indicator for me. I've had 3 foot massages here as I write this review. !!BEWARE OF GROUPON!! Bought a "deal" off of Groupon, only to realize after I had paid and tipped that the cost of the Groupon was actually MORE than the original listed prices. Based on other reviews here, it seems Groupon offers a package that the spa doesn't list on their "menu," so the offer pricing is based on add-ons. The offer I purchased was a 65-minute full-body massage, and the add-ons (which apparently are exclusive to this Groupon offer) were the "Sea Salt Bag and Soothing Energy Mask." The closest package listed on the spa's actual website is their 60-minute full body massage, which is $60. I purchased the Groupon offer for ~$88, which was the "discount" on a listed price of $189. Granted, it was my fault for overlooking this discrepancy before purchasing, but I strongly urge others to be cautious of these fake Groupon "discounts." Now on to the massage experience: This was my first time getting a massage, so I wasn't familiar with what to expect. When I walked in, the staff were very friendly. I let them know it was my first time, so they explained what I needed to do (basically undress and get under the sheet). The atmosphere was soothing enough, though I was disturbed by the fact that the sheets on the massage bed were covered by a mesh lining. To me, this strongly indicated that they don't switch the sheets out between each client. The massage itself was pleasant enough (again, this was my first so I have nothing to compare it to), with the massage therapist adjusting the pressure she applied based on my preference. I wish I had gotten the combo massage instead, because apparently if you just get the "full-body," they'll only touch your feet for a total of 10 seconds. I did, however, have a similar experience to another reviewer here, in which the massage therapist would leave the room a few times (presumably to retrieve materials such as the hot oil, mask, hot stones, etc), but a couple of times she would leave the door open. At one point she pulled the sheet down, as well as the top of my underwear, exposing my backside, and then left the room with the door cracked open to retrieve the hot oil. This creeped me out because I couldn't understand why she didn't just grab the hot oil first and then come back and close the door before she exposed my backside. At the end of my massage (lying on my back because she massaged the front of my legs last), I opened my eyes to see that the door was still cracked open. Not sure if this was the same massage therapist that the other reviewer who had a similar experience had, but the employees should really have more consideration for their clients' privacy. Overall, 2 stars because although the massage was decent, the experience was off-putting enough to deter me from returning. And the GROUPONS ARE A SCAM. read more

This place really is a gem! I've gotten 3 massages here now, going on 4 and 5 with my husband. I introduced him and he's now obsessed too! Parking is easy, staff are REALLY friendly and highly responsive and accommodating, and they don't skimp on the time or quality of care and service provided to the customer. The value really can't be beat, and they've only grown to be more and more popular. If you plan on making this place your regular like we have, make sure to take a promotional card to stamp/account for every time you get a massage. Depending on how often you decide to go it might very well be worth it. We're also looking into their subscription plan for massages (available for viewing on their website)! The only negative thing I've experienced is if you get a room right by the door, you can kind of hear the door's chime, people's footsteps and conversations out in the hallway when people come in and out. I was really excited for the massage, but it left me very unsatisfied. Throughout my massage, the lady completely stopped and left the room multiple times. The door to the massage room was opened and people came in and out seven times while I was getting massaged. The lady massaging me was talking to other people while massaging me and kept sighing like she wanted to just get it over with. Everything together completely ruined the vibe and I actually got up multiple times during my massage because I actually didn't know what was going on, and the lady massaging me wasn't even in the room.
