I booked a hot stone massage, but when I arrived I was told they couldn't do hot stone. That should've been my cue to leave. But I was undressed and on the table when I was told this change. The massage was extremely painful and aggressive, especially on my legs -- it felt like punching. They did check in about pressure, but even after I said it was too much, they immediately went back to the same painful technique. The room was cold, the draping was inadequate (just a thin strip of a sheet that didn't cover my whole body), and there were loud cleaning noises outside the room for much of the massage. It was so loud that it was impossible to relax. Checkout was chaotic -- they insisted I had a membership I don't have and seemed confused about how to charge me. Overall, completely unprofessional and not relaxing at all. My massage did not resemble a standard licensed massage experience in the U.S. Would not recommend.

Oh boy, where do I start.......??? Second, I then get put in another room where it was not even communicated to me, What to do. The communication here is horrible. My mom agreed! I later than figured out this was the detox, After that, I was brought to my 60 minute body massage which was OK but day after today I am so sore. I did ask for no elbows since she most definitely used elbows...... my biggest concern here is that they have no communication!! I then was taken to the 15 minute sauna, which was probably my favorite part!!! we then headed out we paid. They did ask my mom if she enjoyed her massage. She said yes she tipped..... for me. No one asked if I enjoyed it. I was going to say a few of my concerns why we were not all put together. We wanted to enjoy our massages together. I felt so much lighter and less tense after the massage. Megan is also very welcoming. I don't have to tell her where my trouble spots are. She always gets the right spots. I highly recommend Megan, but if she is unavailable, then the other massage therapists there are good too. This is NOT a massage place for those looking for a "happy ending," which also puts me at ease knowing that this is a safe massage place. Prices are also reasonable. Will be coming here again as usual!
