There was ambient, meditative music playing in the space with dimmed lights - it felt very relaxed. The room was super clean. The masseuses came in shortly after we disrobed. They did a great job, constantly checking in with us on pressure application and making sure they were hitting the desired spots on our bodies. The room remained quiet during our experience and, sadly, time moved too quickly. As we prepared to leave, we were offered a small cup of lemon tea and water. Yes please! After three sessions of acupuncture, I can say that my mobility has returned. I'm continuing to do the stretches that she taught me. I have also augmented my treatment with Cai with massage and a red light therapy shoulder harness that I purchased on Amazon. Highly recommend acupuncture with Cai's Clinic of Acupuncture if you are starting to suffer from frozen shoulders due to hormonal changes; I am 63 and I know that's what caused my frozen shoulder.
