The masseuse do not have enough experience, the quality is not that good, they do not concentrate in giving you a good massage, Terrible place. read more

I discovered a fantastic massage location in Oceanside. Bon Massage! I have visited there several times and I'm very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff of beautiful therapists. I get treated like a king and get amazing massages. I leave there in a very relaxed and satisfied state of mind. It's a clean and well appointed place. I hope others will discover this place and get service like no other place around. read more

I am a visitor to the area and needed a massage badly. Bon Massage took me in right away. LeeAnn was professional and listened when I would ask her to go deeper or lighter, which I appreciate because she is very strong. I felt much better after my one hour massage. I would recommend her . read more

After a long day of driving, my lower back was bothering me and needed a deep tissue massage and I was lucky to find a masseuse that is really good. Sunny is really the best. I will definitely go back again. I highly recommend her if you need a deep tissue massage she is the best, the place is also very nice and clean. read more

Deanna was very professional. I hurt my lower back and knee, and she is like a magician always spending more time with those areas. When I returned, she remembered me and asked how my injuries were doing. She is a very classy Lady. Always feel like a million bucks when I leave. read more

Horrible experience. Booked on line . Received confirmation and a reminder. Went in and they had no idea we were coming. Looked around and it VERY poorly kept. No where on the website does it say that they add an 8% charge for cc. They just pointed to a poorly written sign. We decided to go ahead. Then they demanded us to pay before the massage. I said no. They took us to our rooms. Wait until we are undressed on the tables and demand the money. We said no and left. I like small places like this normally. This was the sketchiest place I've ever seen. read more

Would have been amazing but i guess it wasn't exactly what i needed. i guess motherhood numbed my body to the point where the massage just felt like a touch and not the soothing comfort to my muscles. Also big NO NO was when my masseuse didn't appreciate the $10 tip and asked for more. Uh, No. Lost me as a returning customer. read more

So basically nothing has changed with this place....... Being that my one bad experience was almost five years ago, I was hoping things would've gotten better but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Again, there wasn't a foot soak. The lady rubbed my feet with dry hands (no lotion), no technique with the back massage, and was talking to another masseuse in the hallway while giving me the massage. So.....Bon Massage, I gave you a chance at redemption but you failed again. So never again. Bon voyage...... read more

It was pretty great my experience there was better then other places I been to and I think there rating should be better then what it is. It wasn't as bad as it sounded from the review I had read so I decided to go and try it out and it was good all in all language barrier was there but I left feeling better then I did going in read more

We came back here recently and I guess there is a change of management. Lisa is no longer here and we were greeted by Wendy and Linda and they insisted that we pay first before we get any kind of service, that was not the case before. I had Wendy and she is ok, she concentrated too much on my back that the rest of my body was forgotten, but overall it's ok but in the other hand, my husband is so upset with Linda that if he can give her a 0 rating he would. Linda didn't listen at all to his instructions and I know she understand English. The old management was definitely way much better. read more

I went there because I had some back pain for almost a year. I saw Leanna and she worked some very sore areas. Her knowledge of the body was exceptional. Bottom line my back pain had improved by 90%. I plan on going back to see if it can be gone totally. I highly recommend Leanna. I don't know any of the other therapists. read more

I just left this place and I can't say enough wonderful things about Lisa! I'm 8 month pregnant and I'm dying from the constant discomfort and pain! Lisa did an incredible job, every minute of my massage was fantastic and worth every penny + a big tip!!! THANK YOU LISA!!!!!!!! I will be back!!! On a side note: I've had other massage places REFUSE to massage me due to my pregnancy and I am SO grateful for Bon Massage!!!! I've never been in so much pain in my life and now I feel fantastic!!!! read more

Paid and tipped masseuse before service was even provided (as requested) masseuse suggested a even bigger tip. When refused considering I hadn't even got the massage yet, they circled around giving me my money back! Spoke with management who gave me my money back and I left. Would never go back to this place again, way to many other places to go who are more professional read more

Massage was okay but have to pay upfront. No opportunity to give a tip based on the masseuse. The amount I said for a tip was not the amount I was charged. read more

I get a great massage here. The sheets are narrow however and In always worried it's going to slip off. Wonder if I can bring my own? The massage itself is great though. I usually get a 90 min. read more

I get migraines and today I felt my head start to tighten and I have an important event tonight that I need to get to you so I thought a massage might do the trick. Marie is the one who did my massage and she was great! The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that I asked for a back neck and head massage and she skipped the head massage which I think would've really really helped my headache! But other than that very professional great massage I will be back! read more

It was not a massage at all, I requested a deep tissue massage, instead got an oil rub down by Linda. My massage chair is better and it's free. If you are ever here, don't ever request Linda, she sucks!!!!!! read more

I was excited that this place was nearby as I've been looking for a foot massage. The woman running the place talked us into the lay down 1 hr naked massage. The body massage was ok, not great. He guy didn't even massage my feet. I would have preferred keeping my clothes on and getting the foot massage. And be warned they require a $10 tip. I would have left $5 since it was mediocre. But I got bullied into $10. They should advertise it as a $50 Massage. read more

If I could give this place a -100 I would. I am actually disgusted at the "service". Annie and cece in particular. From the moment you walk in it is so sketchy. They walk up all suspicious. Then Annie was taking phone calls as I'm getting a massage ON SPEAKER. They make you pay before because they know we won't want to pay after. The "massage" was just her forearm going up and down my back. When I asked for like an actual massage she said she never learned how to give a massage with hands. How?? Then she left the room multiple times. Her and her other massage therapists left the room at least 3 times. I didn't even get an hour massage which I paid for. Then she is so incredible rude and standing IN MY FACE while tipping. I decided to only tip for my one friend (there were 3 of us) because she was the only one with an actual massage. Then they told us we should've tipped more and were very rude. They basically got a tip already because she didn't massage me and it was the worst experience. Then I called to speak with the manager and Annie starts yelling at me on the phone that I'm not allowed to speak with a manager. I truly don't even know how this place is still a business. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't go there. There is something weird going on there. read more

Jim was awesome.Thank you to the Joint Chiropractic for the recommendation. Lisa at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this place for a massage. Crisp sheets, exceptionally clean environment and all at the perfect price. $40 for a full body massage. Please don't forget tip by the hour, usually $10-15. Thank you again Bon Massage. Highly recommended. read more

AVOID at all costs. I went in today and had to e worst "massage" of my life and I get a lot of massages so that's saying a lot. The masseus was rude and told me she was too busy and would only do 30 minutes, not 60 but then was yelled at in front of me by the front desk lady. I had to pay and tip upfront. Minimum tip is $10. Then I was told to leave my bra and underwear on and lay down. To which I did and the lady came back and exclaimed I did it all wrong and to get up (mostly naked) in front of her with no sheet. Then she proceeded to push on a sheet on my body for 60 minutes- no massage oil used and no skilled massage whatsoever. She was obviously bored and kept sighing and I left there feeling like the biggest waste of $72. I will NEVER give this pace business ever again. Go somewhere (anywhere) else. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible... Don't go. I only went based on the revues on Yelp. Le Bon has horrible communication. and a condescending attitude by front desk staff. *Hey Gary! (owner) You can make it up! Please contact me @: brian @ brian perry dot net. I ordered a 1 hour deep tissue massage w/Gary through the Le Bon Massage Online Business website @ bon-massage.com. (A male masseuse is way better than a female as far as strength) When I arrived @ Le Bon there was only one person, and only realized later on that she did not speak or understand the English language very well at all. When she came back and started to massage me, I told her that I was to have a gentleman (Gary) for an hour deep tissue. She replied by saying yes, yes. I asked her again if the gentleman was coming and again yes, yes. So, I let her continue thinking the masseuse I ordered was late or something... An Hour goes by and I'm done. I'm then escorted to the front desk and the woman at the front desk taking the payment asked me if everything was ok. I told her no, and explained the presiding telling her I felt like i didn't get what I came for. She says "So, you feel unsatisfied?" My reply was Yes! Exactly!. She then tells me the website doesn't inform them who you ordered, it just tells them the time and day. Then she asked for the full amount. I felt like telling her In that case sometimes I say Im going to pay and other times Im not. I left feeling very ripped off. That was 3 days ago, and realize my massage sucked too. Good riddance, Brian Perry ***PS. Stay tuned folks!!! Come back and check my revue to see if the Owner Gary cares enough and has enough sense to contact me and make this right! --------------------------------------------- *10.7.2015 - After sending my review to the company in September 2015 the owner Gary has not yet contacted me. read more

Wendy is a massage god! I just left and feel more relaxed than I have in months. She hit every single spot and massaged areas that you wouldn't even think would make a difference like around your ankles. Her approach was very methodical and preside. I had a wonderful 2hr. Experience (1hr full body/1 hr reflexology) with Gary. Massage is a regular part of my monthly/bi-monthly routine but being a new transplant to the "small town" of Oceanside, from the big city of LA, I haven't known where to go for a good massage, at a good value after so much to choose from in LA. My chiropractor at "The Joint" (which I also highly recommend) recommended the "little asian place down the street" for a good foot massage/reflexology, as her patients had given her some positive reviews. Desperation led me to give "Bon Massage" a chance this week & I am thrilled to say it far surpassed my expectations! I love a good foot massage experience, but when a full body, hr long aromatherapy massage in only $10 more, at $40/hr; SIGN ME UP! =) The place was simple, but clean and the girl at the desk was cheerful & sweet as she welcomed me. My only complaint was that the massage room & table, was freezing cold & not inviting of nudity, so I shivered a bit waiting for my masseuse to come in. Jim, was my massage therapist & he was very kind & gratefully, he turned a room heater on & covered me in a blanket when I told him I was cold. There was a slight language barrier but he was attentive to my communications & promptings about what I needed & I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had exceptionally skilled hands, at finding the exact places of pain & tension & working his magic with just the perfect touch & a variety of techniques- none of which were awkward or too heavy-handed, but just right! I was in heaven! And so grateful to find someone so skilled at working out my months of knots & stress that had gone unattended. Jim was a complete professional & I felt like a different woman when he was done with me & at $40 an hour, I can't hope to top that! Thanks for providing excellent service at a great value, Bon Massage- You've made a huge fan & return client out of me! read more

Wendy is great!! It was almost like she could read my mind on where I needed the most attention. I will be coming back to Wendy for a longer massage. Price are great! read more

I've been here many times and have never been mistreated, until now. I was not satisfied with my massage(1hr), but sat through it so I wouldn't hurt the masseuses feelings. The masseuse was upset when I denied her sexual advance and the massage got worse. She was not applying pressure, had 0 technique. She literally just applied lotion to my body. When the massage was over I asked for another masseuse(1hr) I'll pay the difference. She said okay and that she wanted her tip now. I gave her $15 due to the horrible massage. She was very upset and wouldn't leave and was asking for more tip. I then told her I'm sorry but I didn't like the massage, it was too light and it felt like she wasn't trying. She immediately grew angry and told me she wasn't getting another masseuse and she's the boss and told me to leave. I am incredibly upset and would like to find out who I can contact. She cannot be the owner. Do not go here. read more

This was the best spir of the moment decisions my husband and I have made this year. Went in for just reflexology but they were having a promotion for an hour full body for just $10 more so we decided why not? Well worth the upgrade, spent the next hour completley blissed out in a very clean and well decorated room set up for two. Staff was awesome and will absolutely return for round two. read more
