A huge plus is that there's ample parking too, which made the experience of coming here great right off the bat. I personally hate going to a new massage place only to find out that parking is really difficult.. I'm trying to destress, not stress out more! Haha The place is really clean & smells good. During my first time here, I was blessed to have Jojo as my masseuse. She is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy & specializes in deep tissue massage, so I left feeling like a million bucks. She was able to truly solve all my physical issues, but also give me great suggestions + feedback. To top it all off, she was so sweet too, which only made me even more happy & comfortable. For reference, I had a 60 minute back + foot massage for $60 (as they had a $10 off promotion that day). Super affordable compared to other places, but the massage is just as amazing. I really liked this place a lot & would definitely come back! Thanks again, Jojo!!

I saw that they had offered abdominal massages so I booked a 60 min time slot on a Saturday morning. I had felt bloated for a week so I figured I would try this since the person I see for abdominal visceral massages was booked a month out. I was welcomed in and was take to a room for the massage. The place has nice aesthetics. I was told that the first half hour would focus on my back and then the abdominal for the second half. A gentleman did the back massage (he used a lot of his forearm and elbows). Then a woman came in to do the abdominal massage. At one point the woman stopped and told me that I still had 10 more minutes for my massage and she recommended that they will finish off the massage with the foot massage to help by using reflexology. There was no pain with the abdominal massage. It actually helped me be less bloated. I would definitely return for another abdominal massage.

Very disappointing experience. I walked into this business expecting to get a massage, and while I…read morewas standing at the front desk, they told me to purchase the service through Groupon. At no point did they mention that if I purchased it through Groupon, I wouldn't be able to redeem it that day and would instead have to schedule an appointment for the following week. If I was already in your store, ready to pay and receive a massage, why not simply let me pay you directly? It makes no sense to direct a customer to Groupon without explaining the restrictions. To make matters worse, I was unable to get a refund from either the business or Groupon. I don't want Groupon Bucks--I wanted my money back for a service I wasn't able to receive because of the way this was handled. The lack of communication and transparency was extremely frustrating. I left without a massage and without a refund. I hope they improve their policies and clearly explain any redemption restrictions before telling customers to purchase through Groupon.

The service now feels rushed and much less thorough, and during both the reflexology and massage the staff were talking throughout the treatment, which made it very difficult to relax. I gave it another try hoping my first experience was just an off day, but unfortunately had the same experience again. What's also frustrating is that the previous location still appears to be open with the old pricing, but then you're redirected to the other location where the prices are now nearly double. That should be communicated much more clearly upfront. I'm genuinely bummed because this was one of my favorite places for a long time. Unfortunately, the quality, atmosphere, and value just aren't the same anymore.

Go and behold, they charge $2 to run the card, I wasn't happy about it, but i thought they better not charge me this stupid fee again at the end. Guess what they did and the big sister was very rude and had an attitude when I asked them to waive this fee, which could of been avoided had she listened to me. So no sense for customer service and no sense for business. Not sure how long this place will be around.
