A great spa with reasonable prices. Staff is super friendly and make your experience so relaxing.

Oh wow I got a gift card to come here quite sometime ago.... like two years ago. The voucher was for a foot massage. That being said the price has gone up so I did have to pay the difference. It was totally worth it I came in for a 60 minute reflexology. They took me to a big room with lots of reclining chairs. There is one of the person the back of the room I was seated at the front far left The place had ambient music and was silent other than that When I was seated and was given a very warm tub of water to soak my feet in Lytle did I know reflexology foot massage included head and neck and shoulders also It was absolutely phenomenal I would so come back here It was amazing Really glad I got a gift card here otherwise that I would never have known about it read more

East Holistic Massage - Massage Near Me - Carlsbad, California

Bonnie is a 10/10! I am extremely picky when it comes to massages, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Her bodywork is incredible--she really knows how to work out tension and leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and amazing. If you're looking for someone who genuinely knows how to do great bodywork and you care more about the quality of the massage than a fancy, luxury spa experience, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be coming back to see Bonnie! read more

I had an amazing 1 hour massage with Cindy! I chose the pain relief lotion/balm and it was amazing. She was very detailed to my needs and it was a quiet relaxing experience. I will definitely be back again. This was my first time here and the business itself is clean and well maintained. The air was great and cool inside too. read more

My second review for them, because they are really that good! Receive the best massages and nicest people!

It was such a wonderful way to end the day! Thank you for providing such fabulous service in such a wonderful and calming environment!!

Great massages and foot reflexology. Professional and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend.

Nicole was absolutely amazing! She was kind and checked in often about pressure. Left feeling wonderful! Will definitely be back.

This was my first time at this massage parlor. I have been to many other ones but this one was the only one that has satisfied me. It was relaxing but also relieves my pain and tension. You can either call or make an appointment online. I did the Target 45 for neck, shoulders and back. And boy i have two huge knots on my shoulders and a few on my back. It was painful but also relieves a lot of tension after. Cindy did my massage and I will definitely be coming back soon to relieve more of my pain, tension, and knots! read more

I have been coming here for 5 years! I don't know how I have not done a review until now! This place is amazing!! I have two favs Bonnie and John and they are soo talented! They truly know the body well. They have chair massage and reflexology as well if you're not feeling like laying on the table. They have reasonable prices, they haven't changed the price in the time I've b een going. They can be busy at times so I recommend calling for an appointment. read more

My partner and I booked a couples massage for $140, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the experience. The massage felt very similar to the reflexology service and didn't seem to offer much of a difference, especially considering the higher price. During the massage, one of the masseuse's phones kept ringing, which was distracting and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. On top of that, the power went out, so the ambient lighting was lost and they had to turn the overhead lights on at full brightness. I understand that the power outage wasn't the business's fault, but it definitely affected the overall experience. Overall, the massage didn't meet our expectations for the price we paid, and we left feeling about the same as we would after a reflexology session. I was hoping for a much more relaxing and premium experience. read more

Wendy was amazing. Great pressure and checked in with me on the pressure. The place got me in last minute and was very accommodating.

I've been going to East Holistic since I moved to North County San Diego in 2022, and I can honestly say they're the best value I've found anywhere! As a 31-year-old gymnast with a very active lifestyle, I aim for a monthly massage, and more often than not, this is where I go. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with several incredible therapists--Nicole (who I saw tonight and is amazing!), Lilly, and Jenny are some of my personal favorites. My husband and a close friend both rave about Wendy, so she's on my list to try one day. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the women here--they're all so talented and attentive. I typically stick with the standard massage, and I appreciate that they always listen and adjust based on my feedback. I do encourage anyone going to remember to have patience with anyone who's not a native English speaker. We're all human and they're caring for your body! So grateful to have East Holistic as a regular part of my wellness routine! read more

I have we going to this place for over 15 years. They have had this location since 2019. They have plenty of rooms and chairs for foot reflexology and they table massage. They really use the traditional techniques and are very knowledgeable. I'm in medical consulting and they truly know what they are doing. Price points are decent as well and there are early bird specials if you can get there earlier in the day. It's in a strip mall but at professional levels. I love that they have enough staff that you can drop in most of the time. Even if it's a few of you together. They upgraded their website now so you can do advanced bookings as well and pick your favorite therapist. I go once a week for a body tune up. Fresh hot towels and tea in the lobby and everyone is super nice. Great clean place that delivers great service. I highly recommend. read more

Thank you for Tracy for an amazing massage. I truly appreciate the complimentary hot stone for my birthday, what a special way to celebrate me :) Tracy is strong. I prefer my massage to be medium to hard pressure & it was a wonderful experience. We scored the massage 60 min & foot reflexology 60 min for $115 early bird deal. I called in & it took a few tries to get through, but it was worth the wait. Foot reflexology was in a big room filled with black, single couches & the massage was in a private room. Looking forward to coming back the next time we visit SD! read more

Anna is absolutely the best massage and East holistic is a great value!!! Always friendly and everyone amazing!

Wonderful spot! Takes HSA, highly recommend. All the staff and Masseuses are great. Will continued to return.

I booked the early bird special for a 30 min reflexology and 60 min body massage and it did not disappoint! Pricing was decent too for the amount of time. I had Harry for my massage services and he was amazing. He listened and applied the correct pressure for me and intuitively hit all my sore spots leaving me feeling relaxed and pain-free. Sometimes I leave more sore and glad that wasn't the case today. I will be back read more

While on vacation, my wife and I both really needed a massage. We found this place, ok Yelp/Google. MIA massaged me and Linda massaged my wife. Both of us really enjoyed our massages. The staff here was really friendly and the masseuses were very knowledgeable about reflexology and pressure points. Both my wife and I got much needed relief of our sore areas from traveling and sleeping in hotel beds for the past week. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back the next time we bring our kid back to Legoland! read more
