I usually go to EWC (and had generally good experiences) but this will be my new spot. She used soft AND hard wax. Explained the difference and why she was using what product. I think it's time for this AP to change their software to account for major changes that take place when a business is sold to new ownership that causes a change in business practices. This spa changed ownership over 4 mos ago. All the negative reviews took place well before that date, mostly years ago. This business is now very well run, is kept immaculate, and apparently has been totally upgraded. Linda is an excellent masseuse, as has been noted before. I will definitely return. read more

Relaxed - yup, that's how I feel after a 60 min message. So good I forgot my Massues name. I called for a couples appointment. It gave us 30 minutes to arrive. We got there and waited an additional 10min. My husband's massage was delayed another 10 minutes after mine had started. That person wasnt there yet . mmm Also. What happened to the hot stones???
