It is my favorite place for massage. Thai massage with a stretch helps to loosen up my back and make me feel much better and flexible.

Ask the Community - Sabaidee Thai Massage and Spa

Is it appointment only or can you also walk in?

Yes, they accept walk ins :)

Will be in town...best therapist to help with limited ROM...Been to a couple dz local thai massages & almost all do the same routine. someone who can help do some rotational movements on back and arms to help ROM?

Sarah at Sabaidee Massage is very good and could help with the range of motion. You need to be very clear about how intense you want her to be. She really has helped me with my shoulders and neck.

Making reservations was easy and the girls at the reception desk were very welcoming and helpful…read more The attendant who took me back to give me the "tour" of the facility and amenities was just going through the motions and seemed to not want to be there, which was a bit off putting...just stood in the front of the main room and pointed to the corners where the sauna, steam room, showers, etc. were. I have been to other resort spas where they take a bit more care in explaining / showing you where everything is. Happily, my facial and massage were both EXCELLENT and worth every penny. The Lomi Lomi massage is the best! I felt so relaxed and pampered. I had the enzyme facial with Anne, the products used were excellent and my skin was glowing. Anne gave me a face massage that was incredible... I left the treatment area feeling amazing! We had lunch by the spa pool and the servers were very friendly, and the lunch was fresh and tasty. Great all around experience.

The facial with Christine was amazing. The spa overall has great amenities and was very clean. The…read moreattendants are on top of it and service was helpful and friendly by all the staff there. The lounge spaces are comfy and relaxing. Beautiful space, the showers are a bit older with the Spanish tile and the robe I got was a bit more worn. The spa is on the pricier side but market rate for the area. The overall experience was good and I would return for a facial and sauna session.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I was invited to Invita Head Spa for a girls day out…read morewith some friends. But, the entire experience, from start to finish was fantastic. First, parking was a breeze. There were plenty of spaces available right next to the spa. Walking in, the atmosphere was inviting, clean and welcoming. We were immediately greeted and taken to our chairs, where we were asked to choose our preferred scent for the session. I went with a blend of lavender and peppermint. We started with a relaxing neck massage, followed by photos of our scalps and a mini lesson on which products would work best for our scalp needs. Next, we were led to this lovely dimly lit room (unfortunately, I didn't get a picture) with faux stars across the ceiling. We were invited to lie back in these massage chairs. They literally hugged and massaged every limb and back part of your body while the head spa specialist worked her magic on your scalp. A gentle facial mist added to the experience. Afterwards, we returned to our chairs where our hair was partially blow-dried and finished with some great products. We were also surprised with green tea and dried ginger. One of my favorite parts was seeing the before and after photos of my scalp and feeling how soft and smooth my hair was after. Definitely will be treating myself to head spas more often.

My honest opinion, especially as a first-time client, is that it would have been really helpful to…read moreknow ahead of time what the process would look like. While sitting in the chair, I was trying to understand the condition of my scalp, learn what products the therapist would be using, and hear about the plan for when we moved into the next room. Unfortunately, it was difficult to hear because another client came through after her spa treatment, and there were blow dryers going off in the background. I found the overall environment to be very distracting and, at times, sensory overload. It was hard to relax and focus on what the therapist was explaining. I still gave my therapist five stars because she did a great job, and I was very happy with her care. However, I do feel the spa itself could improve the overall experience. For something that is supposed to be relaxing and therapeutic, I was expecting a little more privacy and a quieter environment while receiving the scalp treatment. I also had some concerns about personal belongings. I didn't feel completely comfortable leaving my purse out while going into the spa room. If space allows, perhaps a locker system or another secure place for clients to store their belongings would help provide peace of mind. I understand that some of these things may be limited by the space or layout, but I think they are worth addressing. It would also be helpful to explain these details to clients before they make an appointment, especially first-time clients. Knowing what to expect, where belongings go, what the treatment process looks like, and how the space is set up would make the experience much more comfortable and relaxing from the beginning. Overall, I appreciated my therapist and the treatment itself. I just think there are some environmental and communication details that could be improved to make the experience feel more private, peaceful, and welcoming--especially for someone experiencing the spa for the first time.
