It's been a while since I had a massage and my normal location closed due to Covid. W saw some good reviews and the price of $60 is the new standard for the area so I wanted to give it a try. Pretty easy to find, located not too far off the freeway on mission. Parking lot is cramped with so many businesses in this little strip mall. I entered as a walk in and was greeted promptly within a minute of entering. You pay up front before the massage. Pretty standard practice. They used to have a stamp reward card but no longer since Covid. I was taken to my room and was surprised to see how large and roomy it was. I have been to several Massage businesses and the rooms are usually half this size. The room also had a chair and table to store your belongings. The table was comfy and sturdy but I don't think it was heated. It was a very warm day so glad it was not heated or not on if it is heated. The rooms are not noise proof. I could hear people talking in the hallway and walking by but it was not too loud or distracting. I posted a picture with their hours. My Wife and I had enjoyed a wonderful weekend away from our business and the stresses that come with it...We always end our short vacations with a massage and this weekend was not going to be an exception. - We called several local massage parlors in the area and they were all booked. We called "AAA Elite Spa" and a very courteous lady answered the phone who same as the others, told us that they were booked... but, she also asked if we would like to book for the following day. Of course, we were leaving town that afternoon. This wonderful lady apologized and we hung up the phone... approximately ten (10) minutes later, same lady said that she had shifted a couple of her scheduled Clients that were more than happy to helped out and that she "AAA Elite Spa" can fit us in and give my wife and I a massage. professional and caring staff. The two ladies that attended to my wife and me were polite and respectful. Kept a wonderful relaxed environment with short polite conversation. The Spa location is very clean with an appropriate decor and pleasant aroma providing an all senses soothing experience. Angie and staff are great people. They will listen to your requests and adjust your massage accordingly. Best place to go if you're trying to get sore muscles sorted out. I always come here before or after cycling races or a heavy lifting week at the gym. First, when I go for a massage I expect a quiet place. The therapist goes in and out of the room. Then I hear laughing. Thats not relaxing for me. Second, the massage technique that she does is not working for me. I feel like she is just caressing my calves, which I expect more pressure since we are always on our feet. Third, I think she gave me between 3-8 minutes short of an hour massage and I arrived early enough to get ready. At least I tried but I don't know if I'm coming back. read more

Wasn't too thrilled with the massage I received tonight. Yes, it was cheap ($25 for the foot massage), but expectations weren't met to even justify what I spent. I had Angie do my massage. She was really personable and friendly but her massage left a lot to be desired. First, there wasn't enough pressure applied (to be fair I should've requested more pressure) and during parts of the massage, she would just get up and leave for no apparent reason. Secondly, there wasn't enough lotion applied which made for a less enjoyable massage. Lastly, I wanted to give her a good tip (I know they make most of their money on tips even though she probably didn't earn it), I gave her a $20 bill and asked that she bring me back $10. I get massages twice a week, and I am very picky about how the massage is. I was visiting a friend in San Marcos and we decided each to get a massage. We found this place on Yelp and the shop has 19 reviews and 4.5 stars. We called to book our appointment and was glad that the shop takes last minute appointments. We both got a 90 minutes massage. This place is neat. People are friendly here. They smile and they speak English well; most places where I have been to do not speak English well and it is hard to communicate and tell them what I want. THIS MASSAGE WAS THE BEST MASSAGE that I have ever had! I have been having a neck issue for years and the lady applied the right amount of pressure to my neck. She spent a lot of time on my neck and I needed it. Again, I want to say this is best neck massage I ever had! She also did a massage from head to toe. I felt so relaxed after the massage. I have been coming here regularly now for 1 year or so. I live close by, so it's convenient to come here after work. They always accommodate my last minute appointment requests. They are very friendly, massage is good, and reasonably priced. The rooms are private and comfortable. I always tip well (20%+) so I'm sure it helps developing rapport with the staff. They do require payment prior to the service, and I used a credit card, but she let me add on the tip afterward so i didn't have to pay the card fee twice, which was nice. Pretty terrible massage. My husband and I called first to schedule 2 foot massages. We get there and the lady says that she only has 1 person to give foot massages but she has other people who do body massage and we need to get a full body massage which of course costs more. She makes us pay in full including tip up front...I don't know about other people but I feel like my tip should be added after a service. Our massage was interrupted numerous times every time a person came thru the door she would leave the room to help who came in the door. I asked for more pressure but all it felt like was someone applying oil to your skin. Second bad experience at this place I should have learned my lesson the first time. So tried this place out. Very impressed. It was CLEAN and didn't smell like an asian restaurant like so many of them do. I did the 1 hour foot massage and it was amazing. One of the best I have been to. They start with a nice massage of the forehead and then use grease-free lotion and do your hands, arms, and shoulders. They actually do a mini foot scrub while your foot is soaking and then move on and do an amazing job on your feet! They the turn you over and do your back, hammies, and calfs. AAA Elite Spa is under new management. I am elated that I decided to give them a try. I've been going there at least twice a week. The entire place is immaculate. The service is grade AAA like the name states. I've seen Michelle several times. She is a highly professional massage therapist. Her massage technique and knowledge of anatomy is greatly impressive. And she is strong! So if you need a deep tissue massage, she is the best! Yet, she can be very gentle as well. Her skills must be experienced. I cannot express in words the extent of her skills. For $25 I got a 1 hour "foot" massage that was actually a full body, over the clothes massage. When I got done I thought they mistakenly gave me the full body massage but nope, it was only $25. Wow, just got a phenomenal massage from elite by a provider named Coco. If you like a very firm massage that works the kinks out from head to toe, she's your provider. Very limited English but this is the real deal. Had a lot of massages over years and the combo here of firm strokes, stretches, hands, feet, head were amazing. Totally professional and it was clear that she has an excellent understanding of anatomy. Only downside was a little pain a couple of times but she listens to feedback. The massage was decent and I thought good value. You have to pay first which I found interesting and you have to include the tip up front if you want to do it all on one card transaction. I was helped by the owner - I don't know her name and it was difficult to understand her. Some of the questions I she asked (that I understood after many iterations) were "how big my house is", "if I made a lot of money". It made me very uncomfortable - I didn't answer. So when we're getting near the end of the session, she asks for a tip. I said I already tipped her when I paid up front. She said yes and thank you but said "you tip me more, okay?" First off my up front tip (mind you this is before I even got a massage) was 20%. I don't think I'll go back. You shouldn't go to a massage place that treats you like you're buying a car! read more

We've been shopping around for a reasonably priced massage that we like and we found it here. I was able to call an hour before and make an appointment for 2 at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. It was empty when we got there, so we were quickly escorted to our own room. The room was dimly lit with light music playing and had several chairs with clean towels. They place your feet in warm water while they massage your body over your clothes. They did such a great job that they put my boyfriend to sleep! Still only $25 for a 1 hr reflexology foot massage(they do your body as well) or $40 for 90 minutes; the price can't be beat! As far as the massage goes, I got the 90 minutes and it was about average, some good parts, other times meh/just not great. Oliver was my masseuse, was very nice and caring but he just wasn't very skilled at face/scalp/arm massage(and didn't do shoulders/neck in the beginning as many places do). I happened to drive past AAA Elite Spa & decided to stop in for a 60 minute foot reflexology. They are under new management & had only been open for 2 weeks. In the short time span of being available to the public AAA Elite Spa nailed all the must haves of an inexpensive massage parlor. I was greeted immediate and taken as a walk-in. The reflexology room had 3 chairs which were all unoccupied. I had the pleasure of getting a massage from Oliver who concentrated on my sore trouble areas. My massage here caused so much stress and actual pain that I really need another massage. The only thing I can say to this place's credit is that it seemed clean. After buying a Groupon, I scheduled a couples' massage. First, the scheduler refused to honor the Groupon and told me I could pay more in person if I paid there! I finally convinced her that I had already paid for the Groupon. This should have been a sign. A few hours later, they returned my call because they forgot the appointment time. Needless to say, when we arrived at our "scheduled" time, nothing was on their schedule. Again, we had to argue over the Groupon, which they did not want to honor. Finally, we made it into the room and got the worst massages by people who were clearly never trained in any sort of massage. They never asked us if there were things we wanted worked on, or if the pressure was OK. My masseuse hit me directly on my kneecap, and repeatedly tried to apply extreme pressure directly to my spine (despite my protestations). My boyfriend's masseuse barely touched him except to rub inside his ears. Gross. The "masseuses" talked and laughed with each other the entire time. Someone came in for a conversation at some point, and they all left the room twice without explanation. We left soon after (should have been sooner). Seems like the kind of place that might offer a happy ending, which wasn't what we came for, and perhaps why we left so very unhappy. read more
