The owners are always nice, and my wife and I have been coming here for years. It had been about a year since my last visit. Two months ago, my wife and daughter came in and said the massage was not good and mentioned there were new therapists working instead of the usual ladies. Today my wife and I decided to give it another try with a couples massage, but unfortunately it confirmed our concerns. There was no focus or passion behind the massage. It felt rushed, large portions were skipped, and the technique was inconsistent. The therapist spent about 30 minutes walking on my back, and the second half of the massage felt half-hearted. As long-time customers, this was disappointing. Overall, the quality has clearly declined. We don't plan to return and will be looking for a different place where the therapists take pride in their work and truly care about helping clients relax and relieve stress. If you're expecting a traditional U.S. massage that's all about soft, relaxing strokes, prepare to be pleasantly challenged. Traditional Thai massages, like the ones offered here, focus on acupuncture points and deep stretching, and the results are nothing short of transformative. I walk in stiff as a board, barely able to turn my neck, and walk out feeling as loose and flexible as one of those air dancers you see outside a car dealership! While there's definitely a relaxing element, this type of massage goes much deeper. One thing to note--expect them to stand on your back. I know that might sound a little scary at first, but trust me, it's incredible for working on those deep pressure points. It was unlike anything I've experienced, and it made such a difference! As someone who lives with the chronic pain of fibromyalgia, I can honestly say this place has changed my life. I've tried other massage places, and while they've been nice, this place is on a completely different level. There is an element of pain for me personally but the rewards of sleeping and living are worth it. The owner, Phen, is incredibly kind and a truly gifted masseuse. She also has a wall full of certifications! I also can't say enough about Vivian--she has a special talent for finding those tight, painful spots and working through them. Usually I leave a massage place with a pleasant euphoric, spacey feeling. Not here. It wasn't bad but not so great either. I didn't care for the woman walking on my back and thighs. It did crack my bones nicely but the pressure on my thighs cut off the circulation and was very uncomfortable. She used baby oil, not massage oil. Personally, I don't care to have a petroleum based product smeared all over me. The latex gloves were kind of weird but not a deal breaker. I had the Thai/Swedish combo and I didn't care for the Thia part of lifting my legs and stretching, I can do that at home, but that isn't on them. The hand massaging was ok but I've had better. I would neither recommend them nor not recommend them. It's up to you if you like those things I mentioned. It was $70 for an hour. If you think it's less than other places, consider that you get what you pay for. Anyway the lady was nice and the atmosphere was good. Though, as others have said, you cold hear through the walls. Donna was good except she was a little rough on my upper back. Had to tell her to stop digging her elbows in my back. I ended up with more back pain in that area. She did loosen my neck muscles though. They use sheets and pillows that I'm not sure are "sanitized" or shared with other customers. The owner is not friendly . Didn't Crack a smile once.... She charged me $64 for 30 mins. Overall, I'd shop around some more. read more

I got a two hour long massage from Donna. She is AMAZING! I'm sick and she massaged my face and opened my sinuses. Thai massage is very interactive, it involves a lot of stretching, but if you trust Donna it is such an great experience. After the massage she made me tea in a cute tea cup and provided water. Then she would set her cellphone on the table I was laying on and it kept buzzing. This is my 2nd time getting a deep tissue massage here. I needed it per my dr and Physical therapist request because I have knots in my trapezoid and rhomboids that were creating numbness in my fingers. My husband and I are always on the the lookout for a foot reflexology or massage spa near by. Of course we want it close by, clean, friendly, with great masseuses, and affordable. My husband is more into the traditional Thai (stretches involved)/deep combo, where I like the swedish/deep combo. I feel safe to say that we are kind of experts in what to look for when looking for massages. When we saw where this was located the first thing that came to my mind, I will need ear plugs for sure! It is located next door to a pizza place. In fact this location is a strip mall. We called for 7:30 pm (a Saturday) appointments, both for 1 1/2 hrs. Before we actually called for the appointments, we did stop in to check out the place. We were greeted by Phen & Pookie(sp?). Both were friendly and did not hesitate when I asked to see the rooms. They have two rooms that are two,'couples' room and one room that is a single person room. They are clean, kind of bare and no color or decor on the wall. Kind of has that clinic feel, hey, I don't care as long as the massage is great! Another thing that caught my eye, were the floor fans. This is usually a sign they do not use their AC, and with the weather being warm, that may not be a good thing. They have two recliners in the front as you walk in, they informed me this is where you can have the foot massages done, but you may also have it done in the rooms. Note: When we walked in for our appointments, someone was getting a foot massage. You will not have privacy and the room lighting is not dimmed. So take note if you are sensitive to these to things. As we were waiting there was no way to avoid looking in the direction of this person having their service. I want to say right off the bat that my masseuse was good and friendly. I have been to many massage spas from top to bottom in the US and international. The one thing I like is a massage that starts from top to bottom or vice versa. Not a massage that is scattered, not a feeling of, oh I wil, I don't find that relaxing at all. Also, when you fill the forms out that ask you where would you like us to focus on, and then they don't. But, with this I have learned to speak up, whether it is the pressure or the areas to focus. Sometimes we just need a little reminder. So my room, I got the one that shares the wall with the Pizza place next door. So when we made our initial stop, I made it a note to bring my plugs just for this reason. It helped drown out the banging next door, and my masseuse also turned on some music that helped too. The temperature in the room was pleasant, with the fan going. If it were during the day in the higher temps then that could be a different story. The massage was good, and usually when I fall asleep during the massage it is one of the signs it was a good massage. They do use some type of lotion or oil, and even though they will wipe you down, you will still feel like you have some on, so keep that in mind. Ok, after looking at my review, I could say, I have been rambling, but I feel it may be something of importance to you, someone. Would I return? Sure. Is it at the top of my list for best local massage? No. Would it be my first choice? No. Would it be my choice for economical reasons and convenience? For sure.
