Upon arrival inside, with the warm and inviting earth tones making a very relaxed vibe, we were greeted by the host and got a table in one of the three rooms. The menu offers an appealing array of tapas, paellas, and traditional Spanish dishes bursting with authentic flavors. As appetizers, we decided on a dozen East Coast Oysters and Ecargots Segovia. Our main entree consisted of Scallops and Shrimp, Stuffed Shrimp, Short Ribs, Whole Baked Branzino, and Veal Castellana unfortunately with no substitution. Rice, Broccoli and Potato Chips accompanied our meal to be shared by everyone. Complimentary European-style rolls with butter started our meal. Each bite was a testament to the chef's dedication to quality and craftsmanship. However, the shrimps were not only overcooked but also tasteless. Everything tasted great so I had high hopes for our entrees. I went with the Mother's Day Special Relleno (stuffed) Salmon. It was a little overcooked but still really tasty. I believe it was stuffed with some crab meat and cheese. I also really liked the sauce that covered it. My dad got oxtail and it was seasoned very well but the oxtail pieces were cooked inconsistently. Some were soft and came off the bone very easily while others were tough to the point I had to use my hands to gnaw the meat off the bone. Everyone else's dishes were pretty good too.
