I was quoted $65 for a French tip, but when I arrived, the tech insisted it was $75. I explained that the owner had given me the original quote, but I still ended up being charged $70. I paid and tipped, but at the end of the transaction, the owner slammed the card reader in frustration, which felt aggressive and unprofessional. It really sucks because I used to go there often and liked the nail techs--mine was kind and did great work--but after that reaction, the whole experience felt uncomfortable and disappointing. I got a call saying they could get me in at 1:45. I said great and I came in at 1:45. I was greeted nicely and offered water or tea which was nice. I used the restroom and I sat back down. My tech walked over to me and told me she was dealing with an owner issue and needed 10 more minutes. Time passes, not positive how long but then I'm told to come back in 30 minutes. I decide to just walk around the shopping center, I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind too much. Then I walk by her and she tells me she's not allowed to go back in the salon yet and she has to wait longer and proceeds to inform me a little bit about what's going on. Anyway, eventually we get back into to salon and she starts on me, but is continuously leaving to talk on the phone during my manicure. Even talking on the phone while my hands are being painted. Huge waiting periods. Other staff is checking on me. During the drilling periods, the drill hit my skin multiple times, at least 8, probably more though. Once she finishes my nails and is on another call, I start having to pick off nail polish on my skin of my fingers. I'm hopeful at least that the pedicure will be nice. She's pretty much done with the phone calls at this point thankfully, but I think the pedicure may have been a little rushed because I was the only one left there. When she was using a tool to remove dead skin (some type of exfoliating drill attachment) she was WAY too rough on the side of my big toes and I woke up to it hurting more the next day. I'm including photos of the wounds. I also have an event this Saturday and I doubt my toes will be healed by then which will be super painful because my heels hit right on the open wound. FINALLY we finish at 6:20. ALMOST FIVE HOURS LATER! Also, I'm in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy so this was a lot of sitting. I missed my son's last baseball game, and didn't get to spend quality time with my kids after school. It was almost like this was purposeful? The worst part is that I was only given 50% off each service. At this point it should have been free. I told all my friends about this experience and they won't be returning either. Run while you can.

I could even go 3 or 4 weeks if I wanted to. People stop me all the time to compliment my nails. They never chip they are my own nails that Kim keeps in perfect condition! She is very artistic & can do anything. I always get a white on while French manicure. Kim's sister is Kelly whom I've used for my pedicures for also 22 years! Always the best most thorough beautiful pedicure.! Kelly now only works on Sundays. The Salon, equipment & everything there is always immaculate . The tools are sterilized, tables cleaned between customers & Salon sterilized at the end of everyday! Nice relaxing atmosphere not the fanciest but definitely the best!!

I discovered this salon on Yelp a few years ago and had completely forgotten about them when I moved further away. After trying many other salons closer to where I live, I stumbled upon my Noire review and decided to go back today. They did not disappoint! I keep my nails short and natural, and apparently they're the only ones in South Florida who don't make me explain myself 47 times about how I like them filed. Just square across top and sides simple right? I don't know what happens at the other places, but here, I say it ONCE, and boom -- they get it every time. Today I had Yisel for my nails and Kevin for my toes, and 10/10. Quick, easy, no stress, and everything came out exactly how I pictured it in my head. She listened, didn't overdo it, didn't freestyle something I didn't ask for -- just gave me exactly what I wanted. I did the mani/pedi in a box which is a lovely soak, sugar scrub, and mask for your hands and feet. It comes in about 7 different scents and were absolutely divine. Finding a nail spot that respects your preferences should not feel like a full-time job, but here we are. Thankfully, Noire keeps it cute, consistent, and worth the gas money.
